Deleted1115216User
*SOLVED**Set default timescale value (or anything above 1).*I installed SKSE, SKYUI, and Skyrim HD at max quality, SMAA injector, no FXAA, no MSAA, HW 16x AF implementation.I have already tested out default .inis versus my .inis, hardware AF, SMAA, and plugins, and the problem persists. It has got to be some sort of texture error, so I've went through my entire texture folder looking for any texture resembling the following (to replace or delete it), and I've came up with nothing. Please help.*Note* - Due to 250kb limit, I've had to resize screenshots, but you get the idea. The rest can be viewed here. SineWaveDrox
I've had this happen when I set the timescale variable too low. If you've messed with that at all, try setting it to the default 20 and play for a bit and see if that helps.
Werne
Post your hardware specs and load order, I find that it tends to happen sometimes when people add too many mods the PC can't take. Also, since that's LOD that's popping up, if you have any mods changing those cells deactivate them and check if the problem persists.

The LOD doesn't "pop-up" like that. I've elminated all "pop-up" of textures it's literally MSs from cell load. I have tried standing and looking down at the rogue texture for over 30 minutes and it doesn't ever fully render. hylskrik
Actually, that sort of is fully rendered -- that's the LOD texture. For some reason the proper texture isn't loading. It would be fieldgrass or fielddirtgrass, I believe. What bothers me is the farm screenshot -- there are several textures blended in that area and none are showing, suggesting something might be up with the mesh? :psyduck: http://i.imgur.com/p2JlmKC.jpg
Deleted1115216User
The game just isn't mean to be played at 0 timescale, so I gave up on that, I figured 1 is realtime so I'll do that. For anyone suffering the same problem but doesn't want to play at default timescale, you need to add "fLandLOfadeSeconds=X" to your Skyrim.ini and where X is, but half of your timescale. So, I opened my last save game, went to where the problem is prevelant, and "fLandLOfadeSeconds=0.5:general" in console, refreshed, saved, qqq, then loaded it up and it solved itself. Unfortunate that I wasted so much time when it was just that, but yea, thanks for your help everyone.
Gwain96
Okay, this happens to me, but with all buildings and most trees on Solstheim. I've tried uninstalling my LOD-modifying ods, and that doesn't change things. It renders the proper texture, but the "distant" version is also there- so towers look completely solid from the outside, but from inside they look normal, etc. I play on the default timescale, and have never modified it. Gwain96
For the moment, creating fLandLOfadeSeconds=10 in the Display section, using the console commands <setini "fLandLOfadeSeconds:Display" 10> and <refini>, then quitting seems to have fixed the problem. I will return if this proves false. UPDATE: Nope, it's still a problem. Edited October 17, 2014 by Gwain96
Dahveed
Gwain, did you ever find a fix for this? I'm having the same problem.
MacSvensson
got the same issue since a while back. Game starts out fine but after crossing a few cells, the issue reoccurs. As Gwain96 points out, the fully detailed textures ARE being loaded, but the LOD textures are not unloaded, so they overlap each other.Saving and reopening the game, fixes the issue. So simply stated the issue is that the distand LOD textures are not unloaded upon approaching the area. Also happens upon fast travel. Not sure how to explain that.
