Editing and Combining Existing Mods to Create A Huge Weapons/Armor Mod

I was wondering if anyone could take all the weapons and armors from Francescos Creatures and Items - V5 https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/40190 and Oblivion War Cry https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/34673 and combine them with the leveled lists in Immersive Weapons 2 https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/43879

 

I love the look of all the items Frans and War Cry adds but don't like any of the gameplay changes.

 

Immersive Weapons 2 is very good, but lacks any armor additions.

 

Also, could you remove all the offhand weapons from all three mods?

Well, first you would need the permission of those three mod authors to merge their mods together

So you should probably start there

Once you get the Permissions from all three mod authors to merge them together, then you can recruit someone to do all the work for you

Combining level lists are done with Wrye Bash which I used now for 17 years. :)
