please allow the ability to KEEP external changes. (not deleting them them when you click apply)

i keep having to paste my back up. please add an option that allows you to say "do nothing with external changes". this is really annoying. i rather keep my changes then delete all of them

You have Two options when Vortex tells you about External Changes... "REVERT, or SAVE"

 

It sounds like you keep REVERTING the External changes and you have no idea what the options mean

 

If you pick Revert, then Vortex will UNDO all the changes you've made

 

If you pick Save then Vortex keeps the changes you made
