Frostfall is an immersion mod, and unless I'm mixing Scenic carriages with another carriage mod, you can tell the driver to stop, giving you time to warm up. There is absolutely nothing blocking the cold winds or-- supposedly warming the passengers while on the carriage... So its perfectly realistic that you would freeze your thumbs off. With that said, I did take a look and found this statement from the Compatibility site for Frostfall: https://sites.google.com/site/skyrimsurvivorseries/frostfall/compatibilityScenic carriages: Your exposure will not change when traveling in a carriage.In other words you can still freeze to death in a carriage. "Your exposure will not change when traveling in a carriage" means that your exposure will neither increase nor decrease while riding in a carriage, just as your exposure does not change while in combat. But I'm not sure if it will work, because its a separate mod and not all mods are compatible. Because Touring Carriages isn't Scenic Carriages. Frostfall seems to be aware of the latter, but not of the former. Which I find kinda annoying.
