Stomy090909 Posted August 20, 2019 Share Posted August 20, 2019 Fresh install of skyrim special edition, fresh install vortex,No matter what i do i cant get my mods to deployed, always get the same error "Deployment failed, the most likely reason is that files were locked by external applications so please ensure no other application has a mod file open, then repeat deployment"i have no other mod programs, the drive is the same one with skyrim on it, its NTFS, its not read only, i have no antivirus. those are all of the things i have found as issues with my google search.
