Mods won't work (Battle Brothers)

Mods don't seem to work for Battle Brothers, and i can't figure out why.

I've tried installing Mods for Battle Brothers.
Game has been bought through Steam, and it has the DLC Lindwurm as only DLC.

I've used the Hook suggested and I've tried a number of different mods, but non of the work.
I've tried installing through Vortex Download, Manual download (and drag'n'drop into the program) and I've manually installed them in the Data directory.
I've tried uninstalling (And deleting remaining files) and installing on C: Drive instead of D: where it was originally installed.
I've tried disabling all mods, and trying them one at a time.
I've tried uninstalling all mods and install on at a time.
When I tried with the LEGENDS mod, I showed Black screen with the cursor (and i could only exit with Task manager close. I can see that the game runs on 32-bit here.

I think I've run out of new ways to try to figure out a solution on my own, so I'm looking here to get some needed help.




Info on my setup

Vortex v. 1.2.20


64-bit windows 10 pro

32gb ram

intel i7 core

8gb gefore gtx 1070 graphics card

I get warnings that Vortex is run as an administrator, but when i right click the icon, it's not set as administrator.

Is Battle Brothers supported by Vortex?
I don't see it in my Game list

Might be worth posting on that page, I'm afraid I'm not too familiar with Battle Brothers myself.
