Hidden Agenda. Reviewed it when it first appeared in 1988. Very deep title, but very easy to play. Lots of outcomes. Nothing quite like it has ever appeared. When the developer approached a publisher with the idea of doing a similar in-depth game about a fictional nation in the MidEast, he was told (or so he informed me) that "no one was interested in the MidEast"!

Loot table issues. If the problem reoccurs, try bringing up the console in game by typing ~, then type: StartQuest FransMenu Hit enter, and exit the console. That'll bring up Frans' menu, and you can reset things. See if that fixes the problem. It sometimes works, but by no means always.

Should there be a punishment for not rating mods?

Pretty much my position, except that I have given a thumbs down on one mod unsupported mod that actually breaks the game. There are also a few mod categories where my ratings come much later: 1) Quest and dungeon mods that I install and deliberately forget about, until much later--because I'm involved in something else in the game, or a much higher level is recommended, or I'd just rather hit things by surprise. 2) Armor/weaponry mods that I'm gathering for a large merge. Punishing users for not rating? I question that the ratings we'd get by threats would be worth anything. Even as it is, there are so many blank-faced "Hi! Love the mod!" that reveal nothing. Forcing people to post ratings in order to download would probably generate a lot more, unless someone actually moderates the responses--and that's annoying make-work that would raise tempers and achieve little, in my opinion. Best idea, I think: just go on rating mods, and let the next person do what they want. -
I would also suggest installing Wrye Bash. OBMM does some things extremely well, such as handling OMOD installations, but Wrye is superior when it comes to managing mod ilsts. Between BOSS and Wrye Bash, you should be able to figure matters out. One other note: I can't read what several of your mods are, because the titles are cut off, but they appear to be cosmetic compilations of some sort. It's easier to tell what conflicts may be there if we see the full names of items.

Onions aren't a harvestable ingredient, so you can't plant them. I myself use Lady E's GrowPlants!, but as with other, similar mods, you'll only find standard plants on offer.

Vanished teleport room in Bravil mage guild

I've been informed there are no mage guild teleportal rooms in Oblivion, something I'd forgotten, since many of the mods I'm running go pretty far back. If that's the case, and anybody has an idea what mod of the group above might have added those guilds, it would be a place to start. -
Clearly a mod has done it: completely removed any access to the Bravil mage guild's teleport room. If I try to take the teleport in from another guild, I get out in Bravil teleport room--but when I attempt to leave, I end up falling through the floor repeatedly, endlessly, outside the guild's main floor room. Almost as though something was ESMified, but I've no idea what. Good catch. :) Have you tried contacting the modder? Failing that, I'd drop a note here to the management, so they can consider if they want to continue offering the mod. -

It's being done, right now. When you use a poisoned weapon, you're in effect casting a spell when that weapon hits. The same thing goes with enchanted weapons. So your answer is, yes.

Mega unstable game with rec mods?!?!?!?!

I've used Balanced Races without any problems at all. If meshes from Francesco's mod are missing, then it wasn't installed properly. I'd also suggest checking over your installation of Mart's: you've got some duplication of functionality that definitely isn't good going on, there. For example, Mart's documentation says you should load: You're running both the Fran and OOO versions, rather than either. I'd suggest uninstalling Mart's and using the OMOD version. Really makes life easier. -
I'd honestly expected to find crates, barrels, and a small, mousy man or woman keeping a ledger of goods who, with a bit of threat or bribery, revealed they were a link to a small smuggling operation.

Same here. In the long haul, both games are relatively new: just not out yesterday. And by yesterday, I mean that I still play Hidden Agenda, which I first reviewed for a magazine back in 1988. Have to say, modded Morrowind and Oblivion are incredible things. -
You might want to check out the Oblivion Quest list. It's very well done, and I would suggest checking out the extremely immersive Integration. Which also requires the author's Less Annoying Magic Experience, and Race Balancing mods.

I'm having some problems with missing armor meshes to the various cities' guards. So I'm looking for a mod that would replace all the town guard meshes. Alternatively, if I could just open the CAB files on my Oblivion CD--but for some reason, they all report as "damaged" when I try open them. Help with either would be appreciated.

Did you remember to remove the ESP for Texians when you installed AWLS? Because Texians will conflict with AWLS, and that could cause problems. As for the textures, as I recall, not everything lights up at night. Read the documentation that comes with the mod, and it should say so, one way or the other.

At the risk of stating the obvious, have you tried pressing CTRL to see if that removes your problem? Sometimes we all hit something on the keyboard without realizing it that can mess up our games.

You want a request? I'm using a superb house mod, Tchos Alchemy Tower. Problem is, Tchos didn't like display cases and didn't leave enough space for any of them, or for mannequins. I'd like to see a hatch a basement level that could load after his mod (and rely upon it) that will add some nicely lit display cases--perhaps a dozen--and room for at least half a dozen mannequins. Perhaps another 3 to 4 chests for storage. That's all, and it would be very much appreciated.

Think of the console as something of an instant fix for some problems, an ability to try different things you normally couldn't, and the source of many cheats. Here's a good discussion of the console and the commands that work on it. You can, for instance, give yourself 100000 septims, which would be: player.additem F 100000 ...or you could become invulnerable, which would be: tgm ...or you could kill anything, which would be: kill (victim you've indicated with your mouse) Of course, having all that money, being invulnerable, and killing anyone means the game is essentially over, since there's no challenge and nothing to do. You've won! Time to find something else to play. That's the problem with cheats, whether in the console or in items. They remove the reason to play while they're satisfying the need to succeed. So what are non-munchkin uses of the console? Recently I had an issue with two conflicting mods and a poor setting in a third, that led to my new character facing 28 Daedric Prince summons while in the first dungeon. :D I didn't want to restart, so I toggled tgm, and starting using the "disable" command everywhere. Once I got past that, I turned off tgm, changed my Supreme Magicka ini file settings, and stripped down my modlist so I could find the mod conflict. That's a good use of the console. Enjoy it. You can do a lot with it. :)

You might want to try Combat Tweaks http://www.dragonagenexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=354 But as hinted, it is quite a bit more all-encompassing and adds additional changes. I've installed it, after reading the details. Thanks for the recommendation. :) Not really a recommendation, just an alternative. It's at least a thorough reworking of the system. I know of one other, now, so two are around, and both look quite good. I suspect others will appear over time.
