It is similar to Storm Call, but it calls forth a meteor storm instead of a lightning storm and the sky turns red instead of stormy gray. Alduin used this shout to destroy Helgen. Clear Skies interrupts the storm. 4C40B here's my idea for a laugh, a new spell or shout players can get called gender reveal party, when used it first causes a fire storm effect, then next it causes the dragon storm call effect i.e. makes the sky rain fire and meteors I thought it would be hilarious to do
