I don't quite have access to my files at the moment, but I have made a Baliwog pet before. Basically took one of the CM partner creatures' AI and script as a template. Wasn't hard at all. You should look into that. :3

Yes. I am able to move a little more freely in towns, but come up with a few strange errors. Some shutting down oblivion again, some freezing it. I have a feeling it's more of an issue with my computer. Still trying to look into it.
