  1. My assumption is that the autosave script in your savegame got stuck (Dont ask why.....s#*! happens). For some reason the fact that the script threads task has been completed is not recognised by the engine. Try using this script scalpel, especially try to stop any running threads in your savegame. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53045/?
  2. Like this it is basically impossible to say what the actual problem might be. Need more data here, mate! Post you modorder (not just your esps). Check if any other mod changes anything in the Whiterun maincell. Like really...anything. A missing mesh for a weapon equipped by the guards could be the problem.
  3. Nope. I would like you to do the following: Check if the CBBE entry is activated in your priority list RightClick the CBBE entry in MO (the priority list on the left) Choose "information" Choose the "Conflicts" tab and see if the CBBE files are being overwritten by something else Check the "Filetree" tab and see if you got a meshes and textures folderCBBE doesnt contain any esps, so changing your loadorder changes nothing. My assumption is that you might have an issue with your priority order. Did you check if the vanilla esms (the master files) are at the very top of your list? If that would not be the case, the CBBE files might be overwritten by the vanilla meshes/textures.
  4. The mod is 108 MB large which can take a few secs during the installation process. On the other hand check if NMM is started in elevated mode (administrator rights).
  5. Since you use MO: What does the Wrath of Nature entry in the priority list say about conflicts? Did you check that? (Rightclick the Wrath of Nature entry and choose information. Then take a look at the conflicts tab) Are any contents of the mod overwritten by another mod? Problem with load orders is that you never see replacer files, only installed esps. On the other hand I'm pretty sure noone here knows every single mod on the Skyrim Nexus.
  6. First of all you should make sure there is nothing wrong with the installation itself. My guess is that you deinstalled Skyrim but didnt delete the leftover Skyrim folder (together with all leftover mod files). If you dont delete that manually, all leftovers stay in that folder and will produce that same problem over and over no matter how often you reinstall. So my advice is to start with a clean installation. Deinstall Skyrim and then delete the remaining Skyrim folder manually. After that reinstall it and SKSE after that. Before you start installing mods try the vanilla installation and see if it runs. Then go to NMM and start installing your mods. NEVER install a mod MANUALLY from that moment on! Use NMMs "install mod from file" feature instead if the need arises.
  7. I have used EO in connection with DualSheath too. Unfortunately they dont work well with each other. I ended up drawing my onehanded hammer while still holding my two-handed hammer. Or I drew my crossbow while still holding the hammer. Sometimes I even drew my hammer up to my chin instead the crossbow.....lol...was a good laugh. They just dont work together. I got rid of DualSheath eventually. Only difference now is that shields are not on NPCs backs. NPCs rarely had a staff equipped on their back anyway even before I used EO and only DualSheath. So my only advice unfortunately is to get rid of either mod. Remember to use a script scalpel to get rid of leftover script instances in your savegame. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53045/?
  8. I took a closer look at your loadorder. While I dont know all your mods by name (I mean...who does..lol) I dont see a custom armor mod. Is there a custom armor in your loadorder I dont recognise? Or are you talking about vanilla armors and changing their meshes to the CBBE body? If the answer is yes then you would need a mod which contains Bodyslide slider files first. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/65831/? Just mentioning it. Bodyslide contains UNP HDT slider files for the CBBE body by default. Just in case you find an armor only available for UNP that you want to use.
  9. What happens if you try to leave using the coc command in console? Try that a few times and see if it works better. Are autosaves activated? Answer that and I might have an idea what to do.
  10. Hello and welcome back to the community and to Skyrim! What Jeir said is a good start. If you got any further questions. Don't hesitate to ask! I'm better with answering questions with specific issues than answering it generally. Better females is not bad. I used it myself for quite some time, but it is outdated if you ask me. Going to post my body meshes/textures setup here. You can give it a try if you want. XP32 HDT Skeleton (includes animations for drawing weapons)UNP HDT SMWO Body (I modified it for my purposes. Sporty yet subtle muscular structure. Like somebody who works out but isnt a body builder)Fair Skin complexion UNP (I get the best results with this one...even if I choose to give my PC a darker tan or so)Demoniac UNP texture sporty (I only use the normal/specular maps from this one; Produces a nice but subtle muscular structure; subtle abs; also contains options for the PC head so you dont need Bella's)
  11. Depends...what exactly do you propose? A way to summon a sword with no mana cost or using it as a passive power so the sword is active at all times? If the first is true I would advise you to rather make it a spell without mana cost. Advantage is that you still get skill credit for summoning it. If the second is true....not going to work mate no way. A workaround would be to get a Daedric sword and then use the mod below to add the visible effects to it. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/56614/?
  12. How exactly did you give him the armor? Just so we are on the same page.... Open console and click on Erik. Then enter showinventory in console. Enter unequipitem followed by the ID of the armor he initially wears. Then enter equipitem followed by the number of the armor you gave him. What puzzles me is how you managed that. Shouldnt be possible. So please answer the question above and also how you made him wear the armor.
  13. First...I see a race compatibility mod with no custom race installed. Is that on purpose? For what? Only possible conflict I can see is maybe between NPC Overhaul and Immersive citizens. What kind of enemy did you approach? A bandit? Put the unofficial skyrim patch after the HR Patches. Move SkyUI after that and move ALAL to the very bottom. Do you use any replacers? If yes, then I need those too, not just the esps.
  14. Do you mean this? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/71214/?
  15. Actually I dont think it has to do with textures. My assumption is that it has to do with autosaves. Please try the following. Keep autosaves active and delete all autosaves in your savefolder. Then trigger 3 events which produce an autosave (sleeping, changing cell, etc). Try triggering a fourth event. Does it crash then? Post results here please. In addition try changing cell by entering coc qasmoke in the console after you tried what I wrote above.
  16. Dont have that Preset in my list. Whatever...if you already tried building feet and hands with the UUNP HDT preset for hands and feet, then you already did all you can do. At least everything that can be done quickly and easily. Only other option would be to try and modify the preset in Nifscope, but that is tricky. Honestly I would advise you to choose a better preset in Bodyslide and then maybe modify that with Bodyslide sliders to match your preference.
  17. My first advice is to try and use a script scalpel. I will post a link below. If crashes seemingly happen at random intervals in random situations, there might be unattached script instances in your save game. Try cleaning these with the tool first, then play and see if it works. If it crashes again, try and remove all scripts without script classes. Finally if that doesnt work try and stop running script threads with the tool......Cross your fingers that it works after that. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/53045/? Dont forget to set the necessary entries for the script log in your ini file.
  18. This seems like a problem with file resolution or whatever compression type you used. Try compressing them with BC2 /DXT3 compression. If that doesnt change the problem I'm afraid your erstwhile solution is not capable of rendering them correctly.
  19. Take a look at this post. Might be helpful. https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/584113-making-misc-items-static-in-game-non-moving/
  20. First of all I would strongly advise you to either use NMM or Mod Organiser for handling your Mods. With one of those its incredily easier to figure out whats wrong. Fur further investigation I would need a modlist (not just esps). Which is moot since some replacer mods have been installed manually. Fact is.....something you installed messes with the texture/mesh files of Argonians and Khajit. In your place I would get NMM and install everything in there. So install NMM and then redownload your mods or add the mod package to NMM (if you still have it). After you installed them all boot Skyrim and take a look (cross your fingers). The only other option would be to create a clean start...deinstall Skyrim....delete all leftover folders...Reinstall...Then install all mmods in NMM or MO.
  21. Hello First of all forget CK for what you're doing. What you need is this: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/29624/? So first download and install. Next you need the nif and texture file for the NPC in question. I cant tell you where exactly you can find them. I would need the folder structure of the original mod for that (you can post the link to the mod here and I can take a look if you cant find it) usually it looks a bit like this: Data - Meshes - Actors - Character - (next might be NPC name) - facegeom - (next might be NPC name) There will be one or more nif files in that folder. You have to find out which is the face of the NPC you mean. Check the meshes in Nifscope or try them all if you're not sure. Same for the face texture: Data - Textures - (Rest must be same structure as above) Again there will be one or more dds files in that folder whose name matches the nif files. Thats what you need. Copy those files into the following folder: SKSE - plugins - Chargen (NOT in the Preset subfolder or you wont find them) Now start Skyrim and open console. Type "showracemenu" and hit enter. Navigate to the "Sculpt" tab. The gender of the NPC has to match your PC's so dont try this with a male PC. Now we have to add a mask to the head or you're going to have an ugly neck seam. On the right hand side is the "HeadParts" menu. Deactivate display of the hair here so it doesnt get in the way. The menues are draggable by the way. Now in the middle bottom of the screen is the Brushes menu. Navigate to the left until the "Mask Add" brush is selected. In the big window displaying the head hover your mouse over the very bottom edge of the neck. Click and paint the blue line that appears all around the very base of your PCs head. Now hit F9 and import the nif we just copied into the Chargen folder. Next save the head as a preset. Done! IF the race of your PC is a different one from the NPC you chose there is an additional step. Go to the "Extra" tab. Find the race of your PC and move the corresponding slider to -1. Find the slider of the race of the NPC and move it to 1. This process will not copy the hair of the NPC though. I'm quite certain the hair comes from one of the hair mods here on the Nexus. Post a pic of the NPC and I might be able to tell you which mod contains the hair. Since the Maid II mod is in your loadorder there is a big chance the hair is already in your list of available hair though. So simply navigate to the "Hair" tab and see if you can find it. One little word about something else.....Remember you cant upload the preset unless you got permission from the mod author.
  22. Something is wrong with the custom textures for Argonians. Possibly also the body mesh is missing or incompatible. You probably never noticed it because this only shows on a nude Argonian. Double check the texture files of the Lizard mod. They went in the wrong place.
  23. Lets first make sure WryeBash is installed correctly. Should be here SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Mopy\Wrye Bash.exe The exe link in MO should refer to this path. Next look into your Skyrim \ Data Folder and see if the esms are there. The way I did it is to retain the original esms and then have them overwritten by the clean version in MO. So my loadorder looks like this: Update (Unmanaged)Update CleanDawnguard (Unmanaged)Dawnguard Cleanand so on....
