  1. Cbbe and body slide. He uses many different animation in different videos.
  2. Icecreamassassin from legacy of the dragonborn and everyone who made his/her mod available for legacy of the dragonborn Hothtrooper in special for having my favorite armor and weapon mods (also available for legacy of the dragonborn). Every other author who made great weapon/armor packs I used a lot. The authors of ELFX, Cot and Truevision. The maker(s) of SKSE (without them we couldn't mod in this extent) The author of realvision (I don't use it, but his messages and mod recommendations helped a lot finding new ones I still use) Every author that was kind enough to let me review their player home (toppdogg, Cirena, Aragorn58, daedrastep, skyrimlazz, gg and many more.) Ld50365, Chrishpz and Whitemorn in special for helping me out with things. SmartBluecat, Emma Amgepo and Lycantroph from inigo and Vilja Jk and bluepiano from jk skyrim and dawn of skyrim. And I really feel like I'm forgetting some authors in special Every Author who uploads their mods and made my Skyrim more enjoyable (or stable) deserves the respect really. Thanks for all what you do. I gues a bit offtopic, but without them I wouldn't have found some said mods/authors and I generally enjoy watching them (Youtubers MXR and Zaric Zhakaron)
  3. Hey there, You might want to check this topic, you're more likely to get people finding your question. This topic is not for mod request ;) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Moderator quotte; The Mod Requests section is for suggesting mods which may not yet exist, or for talking about mod ideas that you do not have any plans on making yourself. http://www.thenexusf...m-mod-requests/
  4. It's a lot of personal preferences. I used quite some combinations and sticking to this combo now. Modern brawl bug fixes Combat behavior imrpoved dodge mod (tk dodge does practically the same, but interferes with combat behavior imrpoved) duel wield parrying Sperg (and patches) (requires uncapper, there is someone who made a pre version for sperg called sperg - better leveling) simple spell scaling (to not be too overpowered with sperg) Violens (killcam control) archery gameplay overhaul (Has lots of control and extra's for archers) Grimoire of Skyrim (Adds really cool spells immersively in the game) Immersive weapons and armor (since the npc's will use these) combat evolved (the best combat mod out there IMO, I haven't tried wild cat yet, which might be nice to) Be sure to read up on all the descriptions and look at some videos or reviews of people to see if the mods are for you. Also check at dangerous outdated mod lists in reddit (just google it). I think there are some combat mods that can seriously mess up your game.
  5. There is a 'save game script cleaner' for any scripts left behind in a existing save file to be extra save. I haven't tried it, but I heard good things about it. If you do try it, be sure to make a extra save as a backup. When you remove or add mods always save twice from your last point before doing so, this way you're sure you can roll back without any errors or messages of missing things. (Basically the same as beep boop sais using a throw away save). Having two saves from the last point you played when messing around with mods is always a nice extra backup. Better save than sorry I gues
  6. Looking good! I'd like to explore this :) If you need more testers, pm me sometime, maybe I can be of some minor help.
  7. When you open loot you can set the game in the top bar. at the top right there'l be a button that sais sort plugins when you haul over it. Loot will also show if you have dirty plugins or Errors. Errors need to be solved at all times, Dirty plugins can be cleaned with tes5edit. If you intent to just use these few mods I think you're fine with just sorting your load order and cleaning any dirty plugins (and official dlc's). I do advise to read up on Tes5Edit before installing any mods or delving deep in the game. If you do plan to add in more mods I do advise to read or watch tutorials on how to mod skyrim and how to still have it stable after a long time playing the game. It can be a lot to take in, but will make the modding experience a lot more enjoyable.
  8. Sounds promising. Always nice to see more quest mods and new lands still being added and made. Good luck on both the project and school!
  9. Being not experienced with skyrim modding doesn't necessarly require the whole step guide. especially if he just uses those 3 mods. I'm not saying it isn't a good guide for beginners or anything. Even more so it might be nice to have included as a extra on top of a answer for the original question. I never state I'm smarter than anyone. I litteraly say 'it could be' Why would you say I don't know what I'm talking about? I never ment to offend you, and have no idea why you're being so harsh here.. Sorry if I came over as a wisenose. I did not intent this. My only intention was to give a suggestion to what might as well be the case for his problem. Cheers
  10. Something completely irrelevant to your question that is. It could be that your load order doesn't read the mod. Try sorting your load order with loot.
  11. Nothing like a home showcase, but didn't want to make a new topic. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cqntIIyXylg
  12. Very underrated (home) mod. The place has a very nice story, lots of treasures, quite some exploring and even a Combat Tower to complete.
  13. You don't need Fnis for lifelike idle animations. Try a new game and see if it is still running (Scripts might just still be active on existing save). If it is, manually delete the files. (compare with the manual download).
  14. Working on a new video for 5 smaller homes. Tried a different subject with commentary in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Et3mO6QPULQ
  15. SKSE and Enboost might help for the crashes. Ordenador might help for the stutter. As for the question 'what enb path and setup I should use?' I'm not sure what you mean. Setup is done manually most of the time. If you prefer realism I would recommend using True Vision. It's more a personal preference. I personally don't like realvision a lot becasue the colors feel unnaturaly colorful. If your gonna do a fresh reinstall be sure you do the necesarry steps. delete all existing data including the skyrim folder in the appdata folder. Delete the virtual install in your nmm, wryebash or mo as well. (whatever you use). For more details search STEP Make Skyrim Vanilla again or Gopher Fresh Install. Theres plenty of nice enbs. If you want realism might be worth checking upon. However as for all graphic modifactions it's a personal preference. My favorites are: True vision, Realvision, Sharpshooter, Conan, Charlotte and Tamriel Reloaded Enb's.
  16. People praise bethesda a lot for some good reasons. They are terrible at protecting mod authors and their own work though. I remember Skyrim itself was leaked to piracy before the worldwide livestream and release of bethesda themselves.
  17. interesting npcs and inconsequential npcs is very nice. Immersive creatures as mentioned is cool to. I do advice to put random cell spawn off with a heavy mod loadout though. Normally when a area is underwhelming, some house mods or extra dungeons / locations might be nice to. Even if it's just to fill up some spaces. I like border flags and unique borders a lot to.
  18. Safety load is replaced by SKSE, Guesing you use Skyui you have that already. Safety load and mse startup is redundant with those. I also would go against Hdt physics. It looks nice, but if you can go without I would advise to do so. Smaller things like hdt phycis, fnis and even something like wet and cold or footsteps can be realy heavy for skyrim. Especially if you use lots of other mods. As for any other graphic mods that get advised here. It's very much your own taste. Definition of what is pretty in Skyrim is personal. I'd really advise to do your own research and try different graphic mods to see what you like, what is compatible with what you use, and what is necesarry for you to change around Skyrim. (If you even need a lot of graphic mods) Using about 10 carefully picked graphic mods can enhance Skyrim quite drastically already To me actual gameplay mods, quests and new lands, sound characters etc, is a lot more important than graphics. I gues that's the beauty of modding. Every game looks and plays so drastically different from another and can be adjusted completely with what you want. :)
  19. Violens has everything you need. You can customize killmoves however you want. Npc kill moves on player can also be adjusted.
  20. You can normally still use the hd texture packs. Just look at what already has parallax from the hd texture pack you want.. Some hd packs include parallax. For all paralax you will need a high quality enb and set fixparalaxbugs to true. If things do get overwritten (or want to get overwritten) be sure to check if it still comes out fine. I did use parallax mods before with noble skyrim and water enhancers. It worked fine, but the land close to water came out a little off sometimes. But as with most mods, Effects and experience might vary from area to area lol.
  21. No problem. Also read upon tes5edit if you didn't before. be sure you did what needs to be done before installing mods. Also try and use wrye bash for some other handy features. If you need help with this check out gopher on Tes5edit. He has very helpfull videos for modding skyrim.
  22. Did you run loot to see if there were any errors? Other than that try and install a few mods, then test. This way you know more easily what mod has issues. Just disabling one by one won't always work, especially not if certain things got replaced or continueing from the same saved game.
