  1. Post #3 [One][1.3][3][3] Follows directly on from previous post. The Rainbowsphere touched some, of the malignantly rogue apedogs, and caused them to vanish away with very small side-effects of Rainbowflashes. These same incidents caused other, closer by, malignant rogues to become both calmer and less malignant; they also bolstered those trying to capture the aggressive victims. With the assistance of one monkeynoid scout, who was followed closely by her beloved ridebird, the EverWanderer reached the dead, mysterious, figure. There were monkeynoid, and bigger chimpnoid, warriors in the forest canopies around them as they had been there to try to stop others from interfering with the death scene. Melandias examined the body, crouching close to it as he did so. His stare was very intense, giving the odd impression that he was examining it with more than normal vision though he was using human like eyes. Then he reached out and gingerly touched the spike's flat, disk shaped, back end. He spoke. “This is a shadowman being a shadowatis human hybrid as a Shadowsublord or of the lowest tier of the Shadowlords; they are the least powerful but most common of their kind that serve the shadowatis in the mortal realms. Even the Shadowsublords are not very common on Hopesworld. Even such as he should not be in this place, this sealed off bubblezone or at least it should be sealed off. We few EverFolk here gained both permission to come here, and the way to do so, by certain Celestial Authorities.” The Rainbowsphere was now floating fairly close to the EverWanderer aspect. It spoke with an odd twangy sounding voice. “Celestiraynbahybridom?” Melandias smiled. “No, even if it should be, perhaps, but the Celestriallium as of Celestial Justice that deals with the mortal realms.” He took a softly glowing, translucent, metacrystal sphere out of his hoodrobe and pressed it against the flat end of the spike. For a second the sphere glowed suddenly brighter. He nodded, as if to his own thoughts, and then placed the odd device back from where he had taken it. “He was killed by his own Justisfier Spike for he was a Shadowcult Leadership Investigator of constable ranking. He did not seem to have put up a fight.” He shook his head, a little, in wonder. “The Shadowcult is very hierarchical, and disciplined, but somewhat eccentric at times in how it operates. It can also be brutal, even cruel and quite twisted in its thinking at times. This dead one was met by what he assumed was a higher ranking version of himself who ordered the constable to pass over his Justisfier Spike before that other used it to kill the constable. The question is was the killer really who, or even what, the shadowman thought he was? I picked up a subtle impression of deep deception and cunning manipulation made more effective through the use of darkside psychic backed psychonics.” The EverWanderer caused the corpse to vanish away with a soft sparkling shimmer, taking the spike with it and of course all of the other gear. Truth was it was now 'inside' the EverServer that was seemingly 'bigger inside than out' though only by a moderate amount. In that place was not only more EverFollowers, and EverMinions, but also an EverCompanion. She would soon begin to investigate the dead one, and his gear, under very secure-safe conditions. The difficulties, with the malignantly rogue apedogs, were over. With the Rainbowsphere closely by his side, Melandias was soon enough arriving back at the growing encampment only to find out that yet more refugees had arrived. This time they were fleeing far more than just more malignant rogue hybrid entities.
  2. It doesn't matter, Happybara, if you don't get it all correct as long as you are having fun. Wonders as ones built in certain RTS (Real Time Strategy) games.
  3. Earth Empire 3 and a handful of others. Could people please not use so many acronyms as I can not always identify the games that you are mentioning.
  4. I have a few faves but dragons are to the forefront be they four legged ones or wyverns; not all dragons fly but I like them all.
  5. Post #2 [One][1.2][2][2] Follows directly on from previous post. The EverWanderer, and his EverFollowers, took items from the EverServer that, at that moment, had the identity and shape of a steamcart. Somehow most others, there, failed to note that more items were removed from the 'steamcart' than could possible be contained in the enclosed back of the kind of vehicle that it seemed to be; that is a boxback steamcart. The nine EverMinions assembled strong, waterproof, prefab structures, delivered consumable items to the SisterBrotherhood outpost that was still being set up; the items were all food, drink and cooking related. Running the outpost were the Sisterhood of Protection that had brothers serving it. Helping to protect the outpost were members of the Brotherhood of Protection of which a few were women; in both were those of the neuter gender. The irony was that the SistersBrothers wore the same kind of hoodrobes as did the EverFolk, except for the EverServer, of course, but so did a few others in that group. All were of the same tone of dull, dark, green. None of the wildfolk did so preferring webbings, of pouchbelts dotted with other items and wore not much else. Molenoids, a kind of mannoid, offered to dig bigger warrens, even warren networks being more than one warren along with other features. EverFolk were soon giving them items that would assist their efforts and enhance their warren network. Three monkeynoids came racing into the encampment as couriers of the backs of flightless ridebirds, that type of mannoid being ideal riders for those type of smaller, light, fast ridebirds. There had been found a dead, hoodrobe wearing figure, of very pale human like features. The corpse was impaled into stone with a bronze spike that ran through 'his' chest, the gender being hard to tell. The very strange symbol, on the flat top of the spike, was of the often feared, hated and denigrated Shadowcult. According to the spike's symbol, the humanoid had been killed by that body but in truth somebody outside, of that group, could have used such a spike so as to mislead any investigation into the killing. Melandias, as the EverWanderer, went to investigate the scene of the crime. With him went one EverFollower and three EverMinions. They were soon joined by a Rainbowsphere and some Rainbowverted tigerchimps along with some mannoid fighters better trained and equipped, than most of their kind, along with being combat veterans. The rain was slowly-steadily falling heavier. Very high above sparkled, for just a moment, the sky ceiling of the bubblezone realm that they were all in. A black dot zipped briefly into sight, and then out again, thanks to the same small gap in the rain clouds. Yet the EverWanderer looked up sharply in time to observe it ever so briefly. He sighed softly and had no other obvious reaction to what he had somehow both observed and identified despite it being so very high above him. It was then that apedogs began to pelt past with adults holding backsacks of goods or piggy backing those apedogs unable to move very past. Melandias held up his hand and the apedogs became calm as they slowed down to a halt to group to one side of him and those with him. The mannoid fighters at once formed a protective barrier partly around them. Approving of their choice, the EverFolk left some items for the refugees, who had fled from malignantly insane apedogs, and then went to where the fighting was taking place; that is between malignant apedogs, all of them adult males, and other mannoids of which not all were apedogs.
  6. Post #1 [One][1.1][1][1] There were small, brief, flashes of energy along with the hatred filled screams of some of the tigerchimps. Rainbowconverted tigerchimps fought malignant ones that were under the influence of a local situated Malignanter. The generally enhanced former used basic level energy bubbles, more focused shields, and pulses against the insanely, physically, boosted enemies. Other tigerchimps fought alongside one, of those sides, or staid back as if undecided. Then the last began to join the Rainbowliance, Rainbow Alliance. Then came Rainbowspheres floating amongst the battle and the malignantly enslaved tigerchimps fell as they were abandoned by the malignant entity that had sent them insane. Only now was it clear that the fallen were all formerly male adults gone rogue, that condition having left them open to exploitation by the Malignanter. The tall, hoodrobed, figure arrived of a manifestation of the EverWanderer of the EverFolk. Soon he, and his three EverFollowers plus nine EverMinions, were assisting to save the fallen tigerchimps. He, as named Melandias, spoke to a tigerchimp matriarch. “Somebody has been drugging tigerchimp bachelors living at the outskirts of tigerchimp settlements. They seem to be using a variety of means from darts to free food left out for the taking and other tricks. The targets become extremely rogue and much vulnerable to Malignanter manipulation. The surprise is that many tigerchimps do not become either extreme rogues or fall under malignant influence.” He showed her a dart that she took and examined with a frown. She spoke. “Yes, we have been finding darts but also parcels of food that we destroy and even some odd booby-traps consisting of poisoned spikes. There have been brief encounters with a strange smelling, very pale, hairless figure in a black hoodrobe a little like the one that you are wearing.” A Rainbowsphere floated close by. A light rain began to fall as a first touch of a rainstorm coming from the north. Melandias spoke again. “The description could fit a wide range of beings serving different factions but also those being deceptive including shapeshifters, illusionists and many other types of deceivers. For now I will summon in some resources to assist in this situation and perhaps the Rainbowliance will do the same.” There was a light, localised, Rainbowflash of rainbow energies. There was a rejuvenating, regenerative, effect on lifeforms and objects. There were more lifeforms there, now, than the EverFolk and the tigerchimps along with their gear. The Rainbowflash had originated from the 13 Rainbowspheres in the area. People, and domesticated wildlife of tamelife, were now there along with carts, wagons and other vehicles including clean, efficient, burning steamcarts. There were many, of a few types of lifeforms, such as mannoids and other wildfolk including more human like wildmans. Yet there were also mortal Rainbowfolk, of various kinds, along with far fewer Rainbowfollowers as lesser Celestials. Yet there were a few others as well, of mixed nature, all of them curious.

  8. Post #181 [Two][89.1][26.1] In the Seekahomecentre now lay replicas of the preservation cubes and what lay in them. Seekachampions examined them along with other Seekars. To the former there was something indistinct about them that caused them a deep, hard to define, feeling of disquiet. They recorded everything that they could with larger, loss portable, hitech than they had had with them when they had been in that 'reflection of yet somewhere else'; that is a mysterious location that the 'voice' had not identified. What was before them was 'raw' in that it was a more like the everyday existence, nature, of Doomsworld life for most people though with facets more advanced than most had; the Seekars, if anything, had more advanced tech in the form of computers, robots and in other forms. Just walking amongst the preservation cubes was an amazing experience in its own right. There were notes made, drawings sketched, and some discussions undertaken. A strange shivering sensation went, briefly, through everybody-everything as yet more changes seemed to be happening to Doomsworld.
  9. Post #181 [Two][88.1][25.1] Sharry0101, Shanda0101 and Shenny0101 slept deeply back in Seekahomeworld being in a Seekabase in Seekahomecity along with the rest of Seekataskteam0101 as designated at that time. In Seekahome the Seekachampions had taken upon themselves, each, the designation of 000+ such as Sharry0001. Then there was Newzantaccalla! When Seekars closed in on the mysterious group, with their clean burning neocoal vehicles, they found only a disturbing scene of distorted, split open, human bodies and larger type animals; the vehicles were abandoned as was the equipment-supplies except for food rations that had often been devoured. Seekascouts were first to arrive but Seekachampions came soon enough so alarming was the scene. Seekatranspost03 materialised and soon detective, forensics, work was taking place. The surviving babies, and toddlers, were lightly drugged into a mild stupor. Thus they had survived as other young children had not. The EverWanderer had come to the scene, with the Seekachampions, and as Teresa she frowned hard. “Infestators known as fleshpuppetteers take over preferred type biological bodies and turn them into fleshpuppets. They were another horror weapon created during the Doomswar. Not only were a number of varieties created but mutation caused the creation of new subspecies.” Shanda0201 looked around at Seekapartners, Seekacompanions and Seekaminions busy checking carefully the area. New names had arisen as Seekadroids, Seekarobots and Seekadrones as new upgraded, refined and augmented androids, robots and drones. With them where older type androids, robots and drones. “I deepsense that the fleshpuppets were controlled largely through the means of causing them with pleasure-pain or, at times, agony-ecstasy. The very young could not be fleshpuppettised and so we found them either devoured, or rescued, but not infested.” Some animals had escaped and were tracked down to be carefully placed, in care, as the dozen babies and infants had been. Even before they went into the Seekatranspost the rescued were carefully checked and were found to be clean of infestation, the animals being too small to be so; that is smaller type ones and the very young of bigger type creatures. When the Rainbowflash, of energies, washed through the area there came to be 'returned' most of the people, and all of the animals, that had been killed whether they had been infested or not. None, of the older humans, were in any condition to be questioned as they were deep asleep. Sharry0201 frowned. “Why did the infestators break out here, and now, from their host bodies when that would make them more vulnerable? There is more to what took place here than is obvious! There was a very dark presence here, of deep malignance in nature, if one could use that term for it, that is somehow familiar to us.”
  10. Post #180 [Two][87.1][24.1] The fighting, in Newzantacca, was urban warfare except in the templeparks, and public garden parks, being often of semiwilderness in nature as befitted Shaztec-Zhastec ways. Seekatroopers were active in non secured areas, along with Seekascouts, while secured ones were kept so by Seekaguards and Seekasecuritors; the former dealt with the whole areas, in general, while the latter focused on Seekar locations. Locals were being recruited into Seekamilitia units. Sharry0201 spoke to the envoys of the Radical Reformation Alliance of Newzantaccalla, the RRAN. “We Seekars are mandated to do what we do such as in ruling over the whole of Seekamary. That is Celestial Mandate-Protocols as linked to the Celestial Goddessgods.” A cold eyed woman gave a rather cold smile as if trying a warm version but failing to do so. “Semiautonomous rule is the story going around.” Sharry0201 frowned softly at the woman. “It is the truth as we are Mandated-Protocoled to do so but only if you locals accept the situation as it is. Otherwise we will be forced to go into hard occupation mode.” She, who was named Manticory, spoke. “My people are neither Shaztecs or Zhastecs! We are former clonefolk created to be living computers.” The Seekachampion nodded. “The Icentatici of the Handentici that started out as a codename of a cloning program of projects, one project being the one that produced your people. Each project had its own codename that became the name of its clone product. Not all the projects went as smoothly as did the Icentatici one did.” The woman nodded. “We have gone out of our way to carefully breed with other human subspecies to reduce our 'coldness' but with only mixed results. Yet I see what you mean when it comes to some of our cousin clone peoples like the crazed ones, the enraged ones and the consciousless ones; we are not like the last thanks to our attempts to change so we call ourselves the coolatatici!” Sharry0201 nodded. “As in 'cool and groovy'.” Manticory attempted a warm smile and almost made it. “Yes, as in that OldEarth way of putting matters. The infestation came from the Doomswar. The Icentatici were involved in the research-development of the distortion-infestations known as Pra101a to Pra118b. Our genetically engineered, biological, databanks have us think that it is most likely Pra112c as a successful subvarient of the Pra112 Line.” Reports came to Sharry0201 through psychic means that Seekamilitia units, being made up of a core of Seekafolk but mostly of locals, were doing increasingly more of the fighting. The last were being given up-training, more equipment, better pay-conditions and service-support than they used to have. As much as was possible, the infested were knocked out, captured and isolated to be studied by more advanced means. A partial antidote had been created that slowed down the rate of infestation in a victim's body. The Icentatici made for very good scientists and were soon assisting to work out how to stop the infestations and how to capture infestators for closer study. The main drive was to find a vaccine to stop the bizarre infestation in its tracks.
  11. An Australian show called 'Return to Paradise', a who done it type series based on the British one 'A Murder in Paradise' having the same 'Agatha Christi like format'; that is all the suspects are rounded up at the end of every episode, except for two episode specials, and the hero detective points out the villain, or villains, and how they carried out their crime.
  12. Post #179 [Two][86.1][23.1] Metallic, transparent, ice cubes? They were each 10 cubic metres in dimensions and there were many of them confronting the three Seekachampions. Sharry0101, Shanda0101 and Shenny0101 stopped before where a lightly distorted, young, woman was ensconced in an advanced tech hoverchair. There were items suspended all around her but none obscured her. Amongst them were a wheelchair, still quite advanced, paraplegic usable sporting goods such as a compound bow, a bookshelf full of books in different languages, computers, painted portraits, small lifeforms such as plants plus animals, bits of clothing and more. There other such cubes each with a person in them. Many of those where like the Seekachampions in appearance. They were surrounded by varieties of items with some commonalities existing between them; one such were computer hardware. Other 'cubes' had other human, or human like, individuals in them along with items but there were also ones with other, bigger, lifeforms in them; those were mostly of more known, 'normal', kinds but a few were more fantastical. Then there ones that held robots and other sophisticated machines of which a few were very hard to identify when it came to their nature and purpose. Sharry0101 spoke. “The lifeforms, the devices, are linked together but at center are the humans that look like we Seekachampions. This is an amazingly important, and decisive, discovery or that is the 'impression' that I gain just by being here. This is not the real place but a reflection of it, as realistic as that is.” The voice spoke from all directions at once or so it seemed to be. It was quiet but carried easily and was well heard by the three. “You must depart now to absorb what you have learned but at the Seekahomecentre you will find a special subcentre linked to this, recent, experience. You have done very well in showing the courage to come here though it disturbed you more deeply than you were fully aware of at the time; you, and your peoples, will be well rewarded because of it.” The three Seekachampions felt themselves falling into welcoming, comforting, darkness and would not wake up until they were back in the Seekahomeworld.
  13. At home I wear shorts and Tshirts but away from there? Cargo pants are a fave thanks to all of the extra pockets and, yes, Tshirts being often embellished ones! I am not very fashionable!
  14. Post #178 Follows on directly from previous Post #177. [Two][85.2][22.2] Sharry0201 whirled and fired off a heavy stunpulsebullet from her fingertips, of her right hand, making the distorting human shudder but not to fall. It was the Seekasecuritor that had earlier on reported to her except he was becoming something else. Two more stunpulsebullets dropped him and then Seekabodyguards were restraining him before taking him off to the secured, quarantine, medical area. The sounds of stunpulsebullets, being unleashed, were soon joined by those of blastpulsebullets and solid bullets being fired off. Shouts, screams and other sounds of trouble; they were mingled with some that were both strange and disturbing. What happened there was soon contained but it came to the headquarters that the strange outbreaks were taking place across the templecity and, in a more scattered way, the templecitystate. Sharry0201 frowned softly. “The deep infestation could not have gotten into the bubblezone, through its bubble-barriers, and so it must have been here before the bubblezone engulfed the templecitystate. There was a Rainbowflash, that went through the area, at that point but perhaps it was not strong enough to deal with all of the infested sleepers. Question is if those infested are here then what else could be hidden away?” She went on. “The Seekasecuritor that came to me was recruited from the local population and is noted as being a Shaztec.” The number of incoming Seekar reinforcements increased greatly along with the flow of other types of resources.
  15. Inspired by the movie 'Blazing Saddles'. The Great Automated Tollgate: an enemy army reaches it but can not find the right change, or even the right currency, to get through it and so they withdraw in frustration; the day is won for the defenders in a bloodless fashion!
