Did you install breezes male or another male body maybe roberts? ( not sure on the textures/UV for that) if so its not install correctly and would grab the armor hot fix. They are the same errors you usually get with breezes male body when just using textures, or at least look like it.

The disk version also requires steam and and will install steam and auto update to the latest version as part of the installation........... :whistling:

Means the mod is missing meshes, if there is a red exclamation mark. So mod needs installing correctly or is missing a pre required mod, more then likely.

Right click fallout icon on steam library and delete local files, but no one can realy help with the limited info provided. Right click the fo3 icon and select properties then local files and hit verify local cache to see if there was a problem with the original download and it should fix any downloads, also we would need to know load order, have you installed any mods ect? stuff like that

Is it just happening on a single save? or on all saves, and does it happen everywhere? If is just a single save and happening everywhere more then likely the save game has got corrupted.

Unnecessary Violance does the throw any weapon and its designed to work along side DR 5, although it does not offer throw torch feature as far as I am aware

You can only do it yourself for personal use, you cannot or someone else cannot convert it then distribute it. You can create and ESP for it and tell ppl what assets they need to xfer from there new vegas folder however, just not distribute the actually models/textures for the NV remenant armor. That has been done already here.

All new vegas versions that are legal use steam, popups can be disabled in the settings. If your ESP's are not showing up after putting them in data folder its probably a UAC issue so set the game to run as admin or disable UAC.
