  1. I've always played as Wood Elf and that is what I'm going to do. Now since that's all I play as I will probably make another character and have it be Nord. Or perhaps not, but it's fun to see the difference it will have in game. I was also thinking of a Dark Elf so yea.....never played as one.
  2. I usually always use my name for Profile name uses, but I'm actaully thinking of naming my character(s)...weird I know  Well here are some thoughts: Allsekr- Nord (Male) Skelfa- Wood Elf (Female) Maybe..... Nátta- Dark Elf (Male) Sváss- Some Female....maybe Nord Fem
  3. I could see the ultimate role playing experience
  4. That's actually.......a pretty good idea. The only thing is like in Fable 3 you basically do the same the quest over and over again for people, but in Skyrim you're not actually out to get people to help and support you in a revolution. You should be able to go on dates! If things don't work out..... You: Uh huh...uh huh *bored* Date: Oh and you wear dirty socks. You: -.- *Dragon comes out of nowhere to kill you* Dragon: RAWR You: *push date in front of Dragon*. Date: Ahhh! Dragon: *slurp* You: *whistles and walks away*
  5. Your Speech imo would honestly have to be based on dialogue options. In FO3 you leveled up your Charisma to get people to help you and give you information (the occasional extra story changing result) , that's the only reason why you would level it up. In Skyrim it wouldn't be worth trying to be nice or anything to people JUST for that... or actually leveling it up as a skill would not work for that aspect. I make no sense...What I mean is.... You can probably level it up (skill or dialogue) and then have different options of outcomes on certain things when talking to NPCs...you bring up a good point however, because I truly don't know :/ I found this thread, maybe it can give you a few pointers or ideas?
  6. Sometimes I feel as if the developers finish the game, have it all ready, then they tell you that it will be released at XXXXX day, and theeeeeeeeeeen just wait until that release day. They are probably working out some bugs and polishing it. I want it to be very shiny :D
  7. GREY FOX!!!!!!!!!! Oh wait wrong game again.......a cat would be a cool companion, but then again it won't fetch you supplies or attack your enemies....unless it attacks and beats down enemies with its adorableness!!!!! XD and unless it's Ser-Pounce-a-lot. But it depends...cat...domestic cat or giant white Siberian tiger with paws the size of a continent and claws as sharp as daggers? I would ride a tiger....but anyways a Maine Coon cat would be pretty awesome...not gigantic, but it would be large enough. They get about 20-25lbs, 40in length and 16in tall.....Pretty big cats is you ask me. Plus they have long fur for the weather  http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/d/d3/MaineCoonSilverTabby.jpg/800px-MaineCoonSilverTabby.jpg
  8. If there is anything that I've learned from Bethesda games....nothing is impossible...except for *names long list* I do want a pet dragon, I think it would be awesome to stumble upon a Dragon's nest or something and then...UH OH adoption! Plus I would want to be able to ride it and fly around WEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! http://i109.photobucket.com/albums/n54/Kaloray/Lil_dragon_by_DarkuAngel.png And if I had some sort of Canine..it would be a wolf and like I said....pet CRAB!
  9. I'm just gonna say this here since I'm not sure where this would fit...... Wouldn't it be a good idea when becoming skilled in archery that you can shoot more than one arrow at a time?
  10. Thanks! XD Finally I can see and read!....the magazine pages that is....
  11. I use to use MySpace, but I deleted it and moved to Facebook...then I would imagine soon I'll just move on to something else.
  12. Heck no! I'm more of a 'do some main questing, but go off and do all those side quests' kind of person. I played Oblivion and well......I did everything BUT the main quest. However, Skyrim seems like the main quest is consisted of many things other than closing the same Oblivion gate 100x. I have a feeling it will be more in depth and that is why I shall finish the main quest line. But it won't be the first thing I do nor will it be my number 1 priority. I like running around doing side quests and joining guilds and such :)
  13. 'Stop by at Mick and Ralph's for all your shopping needs!' oh wrong game...... I think Children in the game will make Skyrim seem more realistic, but I'm just afraid because NPCs have this thing of running in front of my sword when I attack something
  14. I love you're way of thinking! That sounds like an awesome and excellent idea  It would be really cool to have horseback riding/taming as a skill. It's a skill in real life so why not have it be a skill in the game? Who knows maybe Bethesda has come up with something like that, they have to at least thought about it.
  15. You know what would be awesome that no one seems to have mentioned? A pet dragon....I mean come on....they're back and you are Dragonborn.......
  16. I agree with the whistle concept, that would be cool. Otherwise hitching posts would be nice. It would be pretty awesome to hitch your horse to a tree/post or something, Oh, a dragon and see it fly off!!!......no? Just me? Okay...forget I said anything.
  17. If anything Bethesda will just make it to where your horse stays put wherever you dismount. You know they should just have something like in Assassin's Creed, where you just whistle and your horse comes running.
  18. This game shall be rated R!!!!! Nah it will be M for Mature. 17+
  19. In Bethesda games I always end up wanting more than 2 companions no matter how much they get in the way. If you wanted, let's say 5 companions, Bethesda would have to make it where they actually do something other than stay close or keep their distance from you. They would have to acknowledge a situation for EX: if you're sneaking up to someone's camp and you want to raid them, it would be a smart thing to have someone lying in wait in the bushes or something and attack from afar and have someone back you up if you get cornered. I mean let's just face it, having 5 companions and trying to sneak up on someone, wouldn't exactly work seeing as they would attack on sight and just ignore everything else. In games like Fallout, your companions just attacked on sight and just kept whatever distance you told them to. They were pretty much just mindless zombies. So companions.....make them smarter and more aware of their surroundings. I certainly don't want to be sneaking at night and have my companions start shooting at the nearest enemy...
  20. Not to be that guy, though I'm totally gonna. Devs have already stated that you're being led to your execution at the start of the game. Seems to me you'll start off on foot. I want something to blow up at the beginning of my escape. What better way to start the story than with some destruction?! >: D Mwahaha!
  21. I think that a hardcore mode would work better with Skyrim then it did for NV. It seems that in Skyrim you're more apt to actually sleep, drink, and eat to regain energy and such. Other than the gun you get in NV for completing HC mode in NV it just seemed pointless. In my opinion.
  22. 2010,I knew about the Nexus before but I didn't actually join until later...much later.
