exit dialog option always present

i tested it, for some reason the only time i ever see the 'exit dialog' option is when there is already a goodbye option. in all the instances where there isnt a goodbye option, there isnt a 'exit dialog' option either. how about instead of a topic that exits dialog, when you press E in the dialog menu you automatically leave the conversation? that seems like a much more elegant system, because in the dialog menu there are no other uses for the E key -

it always annoyed me how there are so many instances of the game not giving you the option to exit dialog so you are forced to talk to someone that you don't want to talk to. So i want a mod that adds an exit dialog option to all instances where this option is inaccessible for no reason, i know there are some situations where there is an actual reason, like someone locking the door behind you or someone having a gun pointed at you, but most of the time its removed for no real reason. which is why i want that dialog option to be added

apparently the xzax armory mod has 2 unused colt python models in its files. one is the pic i just showed, and the other is the same but with a slightly shorter barrel. but the only actually playable python is the black grips version for some reason. i could make an addon for the armory mod that forces the game to use the other python model (the one in the pic i posted) if you want

this mod has a python in it, it looks almost exactly like the pic you posted (orange grips with black frame). in the screenshots it looks kinda ugly because of the lighting mods the author was using, but if you look at it ingame, it actually looks pretty decent http://new2.fjcdn.com/large/pictures/ab/a1/aba14a_5470966.jpg

i searched, but there werent any that replaced the existing vault suits, and all of them were armored vault 13 suits

a mod that changes vault suit's shape so it clings to the wearer's body more, and changes the textures to make the seams in the fabric less noticeable, while making the yellows brighter and more luminescent, and making the blues darker. i want it to somewhat resemble the vault suites from fallout 1/2

im trying to make a list of all the instances of npcs fighting each other either contextually or through a quest 1-hoover dam/ending (obviously) 2-primm quest (if you side with NCR) 3-NCRCF questline 4-goodsprings quest 5-nelson/forlorn hope battles 6-star bottle cap random encounter am i missing anything?

does XRE cars have npcs driving around in vehicals? if no, can it support npcs driving around?

that pistol is very low quality i think my eye teared a little from how ugly it is, i dont think OP would want that. if you dont want the toz-66 because its too small, we could always make it bigger

we could use millenia's toz-66 as a base. although its almost impossible to get his permission, he's very picky about who he lets use his stuff

Things like the cartoony mutants, the bulky robots, and the crazy tribals, the underground vaults, the alien ships, the 50s science fiction aesthetic with a hints of old america, and the mutilating and bloody combat give fallout its uniqueness. i don't understand why anybody would remove all of the elements while keeping the very minor feature of it being somewhat western like. Seems like a ridiculous prospect -
a mod that adds the different uniforms that the soldiers are using in the film Full Metal Jacket™, with all the random things written on their helmets, and the random objects hanging off their uniforms, like bb guns, peace buttons, cameras, etc to the NCR troopers throughout the game, or maybe specific NCR npcs get different stuff or specific objects on their uniforms or specific things written on their helmets. like 10 of spades having "full house" written on his helmet, with a 10 of spades playing card on his goggle strap. or colonel hsu having buddhist proverbs on his helmet. or marie pappas having "animal mother" written on her helmet. things like that could flesh out the NCR a lot more

I've looked around the geck, and in the vanilla game every quest will check for the quest items in your inventory even though there would have been no way for them to NOT be in your inventory, so the quests themselves wouldn't break, but if you mean the player will make the quests unsolvable because they lost the item, I'm pretty sure the people who want this mod know what they are getting into. its also really annoying having really expensive stuff (or at least it should be expensive even though its value is 0) in my inventory that I can't sell, or stuff I don't want and can't get rid of

a mod that untags all quest items in the vanilla game/dlcs and gives them the amount of weight and value that they should have compared to other items in the same category, and also gives them a havok'd world meshes

a mod that lets you fight fists with npcs without them resourting to using weapons or attemting to kill you, like a bar brawl. but some npcs dont play by the rules and will pull out weapons on you or they wont stop punching you until you die instead of stopping after your health gets low
