i always felt like the firing animation for the .44 magnum was a little ridiculous. So i want a mod that brings back the tamer .44 magnum firing animation back from fallout 3

a mod that reduces ranged weapon accuracy in the dark for npcs and the player. Like all characters have their energy weapon and guns skills reduced in dark environments, causing their weapon to wobble more, so less skilled characters will shoot blindly in the dark while more skilled characters can still shoot straight

is there a way to detect when a reputation becomes avalible in the pip-boy? just asking because im making a mod that changes the player's starting reputation with certain factions, but i dont want to change the player's reputation before they get it on their pip-boy because it doesnt make sense for them to have that reputation when they havnt met that faction yet

a mod that adds bayonettes to all service rifles and makes the users of those rifles stab with it occasionally if their target is too close

a mod that replaces a weapon with a jurry-rigged version that has the exact same stats but looks different once it has been repaired with the jury-rigged perk. its always bothered me how when you jury-rig something it still looks exactly the same, some visual distiction would have been cool to see

i have project 13- populated wasteland, and i have this issue with the mod, specifically in the primm area, there are too many powder gangsters. and i have 3 other mods that also add more powder gangsters. theres like 300 dudes in there. so my question is, how do i remove them from the .esps/.esms?

how do you make npcs attack faster or slower in combat?

i remember this flail mod from oblivion that has the sort of animations the chain would have. and since oblivion and new vegas use the same animation format, it might be possible to convert it

a swinging chain thats slightly faster than the sledge hammer, but slightly less damage

a mod that allows you to pick up and throw grenades back at the enemy with a chance of success based on your explosives skill, and if you fail it explodes in your hand. and if you survive, your right arm gets crippled

i mean like a thin little kevlar vest that is very effective against bullets, but is barely effective against knives, sledge hammers, baseball bats, or melee weapons in general or a sports safety gear type armor that is very effective against melee attacks, but provides almost no protection against bullets
