  1. I uh... When I was modding new vegas, part of the trouble was fade duration. increasing the fade duration means that the bullets stay in existance longer...dunno if that helps at all.

  8. your skill is probably about equal to mine, but I'm willing to try anything. if you make a dropbox or a page on the nexus and label it as a modder's resource, that'd be a good first step. PM me when you have that set up and I'll see what I can do for you. (prolly not much tbh)

  11. yeah. I was watching a thing about Spetznaz training they were all about keeping the gun pointed at the enemy. I dunno. I think I just had that moment where like, if you ask somone to draw bicycle they usually draw it wrong. In hindsight it makes sense that the charge lever is on the outside (right). that's where the casings are ejected from and (of course) you only have one side of the gun with a hole in it...but I had a pretty bad Derp!
  12. I put it on a ring and labeled it "-Ghost-" then just took it off when i wanted to not be invisible. I was using armor-smith extended and whatever the mod is that let you put legionaries on everything. Dunno if that'd do it or not.

Mods like this ask for a lot of tiny variance that the end user could easily make for themselves and I don't want to be responsible for that. instead here is a toutorial I banged out. you can do this mod yourself. I believe in you. the CK is basically harmless so far as modding goes, worst thing that happens is you have to load a save from before you started modding and or delete the ESP you made. Radium skull, it is slightly more complicated than that. as the safe is a generic one you need to make specific. It probably won't help you because I took a glance and there's no effects that appear on the stimpack that make you thirsty after use... So....that's really strange....I haven't gotten a chance to play survival... can anyone confirm this is a vanilla thing? if all else fails you could add a hydration effect to the stimpack direct that counters the dehydration?

  19. Okay. I think i get it now. just seems really counter intuitive that you have to take your hand off the trigger so often IRL. dunno boss.

Step 1. ask the original creator if they plan on porting. step 2. if not, for any kind of port you will need to ask the original creator for permission to use his work. see in the new vegas thing how it says "This is a port of baelkin and anonetwo Kerberos/Chinese Heavy armor. tumbajamba created the original "Commander" armor and the textures for it. Used with permission." Step 3. if 1&2 fail beg the modding community to make the models from scratch. Which is not likely to happen.
  21. if I made a longer reload hunting rifle with more dammage would that scratch your itch? or does it have to be in the flintlocky model of the British soldiers?
