Installing the CK (Creation Kit) from Steam has fixed this for some people.

I don't think there is a console command for this, I'm not sure about that though. Although there are 2 mods that may interest you, 1 is called Possessive Corpses it makes npc's that get killed keep their items in their inventory so when they are removed there's no clutter left behind. And there's another mod that will change the cell respawn time to 1 day, I don't know the name of it though, I believe both can be found on Skyrim Nexus.

Wrye Bash may tell what mods your saves are dependent on, at least the esp. ones and the retexture ones will not matter to a save (I know Wrye Bash would do this for Oblivion, and should for Skyrim as well). In Wrye Bash go to the saves tab and it will have a list of mods that the save selected is dependent on.

Anyone know what this unreleased spell actually does?
fms1 replied to fendr's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
I believe this is exactly what your looking for Unusable Spells Made Usable That light beam is the effect from the temple in the DawnBreaker quest. -
I would need to know exactly what it came from (d3dx9.dll and d3dx9_43.dll). If ENB some of the older ones don't work with patch 1.5.26. Also check your SkyrimPrefs sometimes it will change back after you type a change into it.
-
This came as part of a mod or performance improver that was added by you. EDIT: if it came with ENB just get an updated ver. if you want to run it, if not just remove it to somewhere safe in-case you need it later.
-
Find whatever it came from (I think ENB's or some other performance improver) and DL an updated ver..
-
If your Skyrim has updated the patch since that d3dx9.dll was installed, you will need to update the d3dx9.dll to work with your updated Skyrim. It's the same with SKSE and some mods also.

Both stuttering and lower than expected FPS

You may want to check this thread also I found out why Skyrim stutters? -
Most all of these are great (personal taste), I like the Nightingale Prime mod also, but it has been removed from Nexus. I have my copy though. EDIT: I also use this Heroic Dwarven (retex) And it has a standalone Heroic Dwarven Standalone Set

Sorry there's been a lot of uninformed people telling others to use placeatme in their games for finding followers, which causes a lot of save corruption. You could get a npc in place then toggle AI to make them stay put (if that's not a global command).

Dear Bethesda, This is What is what meant to look like

@ BeastlyBeast Your comparing apples to oranges there, that's like robbing a bank, it's just plain illegal anywhere in the world, and not some technicality. -
NEVER EVER use placeatme on npc's if you don't want your game saves corrupted with no way to fix it. EDIT: Use moveto instead.

You do know you have to use the page up\ page down button on your keyboard to actually see any results, instead of a bunch of "function crap", right...
-
The only thing is, that beta test generally means that there would actually be some bugs fixed out of it, instead of having more bugs added to it. EDIT: Don't get me wrong, I still want it, just like all of everyone else.

Only you will have to wait a month for PC, after it comes out for Xbox, because of some exclusivity agreement Beth. signed with Microsoft for 360. Don't you just love these guys....

Yes, I'm sure about the Steam account being that way. And about using CCleaner is spot on too, but it's also good to use a HDD sweeper\ cleaner at this time to remove the leftovers from your HDD, from what I've been hearing in other posts.

Multiple Followers, how to give one to Delphine... ?

All the College of Winterhold ones can I think. -
The change was for how bsa.'s, loose files, and bsa.'s with an esp. "activator" were being loaded. At some point they changed it to where the "activator" bsa.'s would load after loose files, but they fixed it because of all the flack they received from it, back to loose files loading last. EDIT: The "activator" refers to a blank esp. with the same name of the bsa., just to force loading it without changing the ini. setting to load it.

Yes, you can disenchant any item at any skill level\ perks, the higher level enchanted items just give more experience towards leveling enchantment skill. Your enchanting level and perks along with level of filled soul gem determine the enchanted items power and charge. The item's charge has no effect on disenchanting an item. It gives you the same base enchantment.

Idk about all those other drivers, but GameBooster will scan and update your graphics and sound drivers, there was a free and a paid (about $10-$20) for ver., I only used the free ver. about a little over a year ago for a crappy single core rig I used to play Oblivion on. The GameBooster I used was ver. 2.0 or just after, I've seen that 3.0 is available now, and I think there's still a free ver.. EDIT: It also came with another handy utility that allowed you to defrag single folders instead of the whole HDD at once, good for defraging your games without your entire HDD all the time.

Idk if it's resolved, but here's a previous thread Grass bug 1.5 - Nexus Forums

Yes, I agree, Rennn says that CPU usage drops to 1-2% at times and then to 100%, and keeps going back and forth, AFAIK mine don't, I can't remember for sure though so I'll try it and report back. EDIT: Yes, as I thought, my CPU usage is staying fairly consistent, I mean it goes up and down, but generally stays between 25-35%, never dropping below 25%.

If you get to needing to use a registry cleaner, from what I've heard, It wouldn't be a bad idea to also use a HDD sweeper\ cleaner at the same time. Just for Steam and Skyrim.
