Ive always assumed that somones following me so if I see a ship thats bigger than me ill warp to one of my points. Ive seen a ton of Ibis's in my area few Bantams and mostly starter ships.Ive noticed a few destroyers saw a cap in one of my mining runs seen quite a few ore miner ships,Exhumers i think,buzzed them to check them out just to get an idea of scale,most of the people ive seen kinda know im just mining as my Bantam isnt really set up for ship on ship fighting. the Merlins pretty good as on the noob missions I can cream the enemys frigates pretty fast. Im not too bothered by the flurry of Bantams,Ibis's and COndors all over the place. The only ship that Ive seen in my class that would make me think twice is either another Merlin of the missile one
IF something happens to any of my ships Im pretty sure I can cover the loss, but ive been doing the school missions as most of the noobs in my area are.I havent found anyone who wants to do mining runs with me or anything lol

my lowly Bantam is my mining rig I tend to hang out a lot in secure sectors so I havent had TOO major of an issue with people harrassing me
I do have another pure mining rig waiting for me,but I might sell it as it has less cap than the bantam
a random shuttle for when I Need a speedy run
Any tips on affordable next tier ships? I had one of those little single turret ships,sold that right off the bat lol. I had seen a ship,Caldaris destroyer class I believe,looked interesting,and ive seen a boat load of them around

I wanna play as a buisness miner salvager kinda thing I hate being stuck to one role I like being able to multitask and the ability to earn money in lots of ways

Ive been hanging around the first area,seen a few of the large cap ships too.I can say,my little bantam wont be taking them on.Ive been mining to earn some money,the first area has some good spots with enriched veldpsar and scorite I think.
Im mostly gearing towards PvE so I can make money,IVe read people use frigates well,but most of the ships IVe seen are either larger,or better equipped than I am
My ships are
Bantam-Set up for mining operations,upgraded mining lasers,sheild boosters
Ibis-Upgraded weapons-125mm railgun and civillian rail gun
the little Amarr shuttle for when I have to go a long ways
I made a major oops last night,not thinking I bought a cargo container to haul my ore in,but I didnt check the size and the price was almost 100k,so right now Im nursing my wallet back to its fatness I had.
Ill look into joining Terminator,that wayt I wont feel so exposed when I see the giant ships.
I'd finish the tutorials before joining any corp to be honest. That way you'll be a bit more prepared for the inevitable wars we sometimes end up in. :)
I just finished the crash course,the rest ill learn as i go:D My Bantam is set up for mining ops so that way I can fatten my wallet back up killing bots is something thats amusing lol but taking on a PVP,id have to try with my noob ship
I bought a basic shipping container and its freaking huge I think,im not sure if it will fit in my Bantam,so Im pretty sure a shuttle run thats 12 systems away to sell it is the best thing to do right?

Ok,so I just got EVE to take my minds off the immense frustrations New Vegas has given me,Ive read the AWESOME instruction book,read a bunch of articles on how to play and get started,so any more tips and tricks from the local pros? Ill post my name too so if anyone wants to join they can

There was a theory a few years back(AC was partly based on it) that genetics harbor memories.thats how instincts work. Ill see around and see if i can find the articles i read on it. But intelligent deathclaws would be so much more fun. I always thought they kinda had a potential to be something great but left half baked as Bethsoft is famous for.

Type 3 bodies replace both npc and female player bodies,they allow for more customization and plenty of armor options like Breezes and Roberts are for males. Theres plenty of versions of type 3 type 2 and type 1,i havent seen the other 2 personally. But if you wanna look into type 3s Black Blossom has an excellent one

I got it all working,did an uninstall from windows then steam.then i uninstalled any and all FNV files then I reinstalled it and steam then I went with the 3 gig enabler and not a single issue or crash since then.
Im still pretty peeved about losing ll my games><

Its gonna be awhile for me,I have to save up for a total rebuild,i gotta get a second video card too,that way I can run a muliple moniter setup i had in mind

Mods and other things that make changes in any program installed in the program files folders are protected by UAC - which is intended to keep any changes from being applied in order to protect those files from being changed by Virus attack.
I do not recommend disabling UAC as that will leave you vulnerable to those type virus attacks in programs that you do not want to be changed. (such as your antivirus program). There is no need for game programs to have this kind of protection.
Instead, reinstall the steam client to a location outside of the program files folders. Such as C:\Games\Steam. Then reinstall any steam games and they will automatically be placed in the new location. Then UAC will not cause any problems. You will then be able to install any Non Steam games to C:\Games\game-name so all of your games will be found in the same place.
Thanks for the help,i FINALLY got it all working again I had used the 3 gig enabler and all my issues went away then a total reinstall of everything and it works

let's start with the obvious
1 what directory is steam installed into --- and what operating system are you using
(Hinty --- what steps have you taken to insure that this is not simply a UAC issue)
2 are you using NVSE 1.6 b or 1.5b --- 1.5 won't work with the current NV patch
Windows Vista Ultimate SP 1( in the process for SP2)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam is the directory.
1.6B is my NVSE
I honestly have to say this addition of Steam makes it a pain in the rear to add mods at least for me.
But I loaded an old save,checked my NVSE version said 1,and so that tells me its working.

Alright,after completely purging my system of FNV,I redownloaded FOMM and my mods( thankfully i kept backups) So I get it all up and running. Now NVSE says its not working,so this anoyying as heck box pops up "NVSE Not detected or supported version some mods may not work" so this pop up every 5 seconds. Pretty anoyying.Wont go away,now NV will not run from FOMM it keeps bringing me back to the default startup program. This is litterally making me want to punt my computer><

I honestly think GITS would be sorta lore friendly,They are androids and cyborgs.Just more bot than person. Id have to assume with the Institute in FO3 mentioning androids,they must be making pure on cyborgs.

I have been refusing to update my New Vegas,so when some mods were causing havoc,it forced me to to a total uninstall and redo of it.Now Steam says New Vegas is the only game in my library,but I have Spore,L4D,PoRtAl,and some of the free Half Life games.
I put the cd in to redo nv,yet steam insists I have to download it.Steam is royally irritating me.I really cant stand Steam.

Boone is my favorite. I have him and Rex.
Me and Boone are dressed in Dragonskin Tactical Armor. Diffrent colors ofcourse, And Rex is like our little pet :D
Boone isn't " Broken " He is just a little .... Overpower. I didnt know you could give him new weapons though. Oh well.
I had an entire team in DTOs.Raul usually ends up my pack mule.But Still Vera is broken,I have no clue why.Boones quest was bugging for a long time,Arcades still wont initiate,FINALLY got Rauls to work.Boones wont initiate no matter what I do,seems like history points arent working on Arcade or Boone now.
In FO3 I never had this much of an issue getting a follower unless my karma wasnt good enough,but then again,i hated vanilla 3 followers...
I applaud the efforts to add story to companions,but they shoulda been more bug tested

Well,Ive been wanting to do a nice total liquid build for quite some time(I had an early CoolMaster liquid CPU tower and I loved it) I currently have a decent build(HD 5970 2 gig Black Ed. AMD Phenom xlll 8 gigs ram gigabyte mobo seagate 300 gig sata drive) the tower is sorta small so id end up getting rid of that. But I was wondering,how much would it set me back to do a completely liquid cooled pc? I mean ram sticks,cpu graphics etc? or should I stick with what I got and save up for a SSD? The tower I have cools pretty well but sounds like a wind tunnel

yeah pretty much,only thing is you need some sort of magnetic containment system,Anti matter+matter=big boom.
Unreal had the right idea for a beam based weapon,the Shock rifle is the best example,or the Starsiege Particle Beam Cannon

Odds are a particle beam would just punch through any armor,burning anything behind it,then destroying it,not quite a god weapon,but an excellent anti armor weapon.Or anti everything weapon.
Benefit of a PBW is it punches through anything so I would assume a total disinigration is possible.
An idea is an antimatter powered energy weapon

I must have looked at the wrong file, because the one I found was this one, and it only tweaks their faces and modifies their vanilla gear so that it's playable.
Are there any mods in existence right now that adds a slinky, stylish black dress for tearing it up on the strip? Lots of good business suits for guys, but not much yet for the girls.
In the meantime I'm working on something so PM me if you want something real specific.
Mo 'Beta has a couple dressy dresses and Type 3 from Black Blossom makes the Formal wear for women look better too. I combo'd that with Type3 and looked great Id post images if I could hire Vera..

im having the problim that fomm is now crashing when i click the button. its been working fine for months and all of a sunnen it wont work. any seggestions?
I had to do an uninstall of both NV and FOMM then do a reboot afew times afterwards,for some odd reason my FOMM kept saying that it was being used by snother program,uninstall reinstall reboot fixed it

I just bought my first tier Destroyer Cormont to replace my bantam,that Ill be selling.should I sell my extra ships ie when I get two or more of the same kind? I had an extra Merlin I sold.I have a Badger too but Idk what I want to do with it yet.
IF you happen to see Shadows Fury,thats the ship im using. ATM i ts set up for combat as im doing that school
