  1. Go to the NMM plugin tab and untick the 2 esp which shouldnt run. winter is coming just adds a bunch of armor to the game. Dont worry, wont kill your save.

  3. Did you tried to (make save first, uses scripts) install dynavision and check if the dof there works?
  4. Uninstall both and when they still run around naked the bug is elsewhere.

  6. I agree with Korun that the lite version isnt so much different to the 4096 version. The hours with afterburner showed me also that you can easily use high quality packs in dungeons, but in cities there is no way for me to go with non-lite texture versions. Whiterun is my homebase and the area around the smithy eats vram like candy. So yesterday I tested a couple of texture mods like SFO and water. SFO is pretty demanding and for the visual quality it provides (awesome grass, a couple of ugly trees) its too much for my system and my taste (easily monitored with afterburner). So I went with lush grass/trees (meshes, no textures) and going to test this if my system can handle it. SMIM is also pretty demanding now for me and doesnt offer so much visual improvment, so not anymore. For texture compression I use optimizer texture and currently Im testing ddsopt (http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:DDSopt_%26_Texture_Overhauls#tab=Introduction) but difference seems to be next to nothing. SMCO crashed during my tests, thats a no go and it doesnt offer backup.
  7. Its too much for your vram and there is nothing you can do. Im in a similar position (have even an older graphiccard and only 1GB vram) and if I use afterburner to display vram the lag happens if vram gets maxed. The moment you turn the game tries to load textures and the small delay is extremely visible through the motion. In the end I had and still have to deceide what texture mods are worth to keep and how much lag I can stomach. You can try the texture pack combiner, maybe thats an alternative (required without optionals) for the highrestexturepacks. If the required mods run well, you can easily upgrade more texture mods. Takes some time to setup, but I like it.
  8. For starters I would disable pc exclusive path and the ton of mods which change cities and add new locations.

  10. The saves from your clean save wont load because you removed a mod from the loadup which is needed. I dont have a clue what BBLS is, but I would do the following: First find out which mods you really need to get your cleansave running again. For example I need skyrim, dawnguard, racecompability, custom race mod. Than my save loads. Is there some bloodtexture spread, you need the bloodmod too (enhanced bloodtexture or the other one). This is an example what is essentiell for my save to load. Papyrus goes crazy but I load into the game. For you it will be a different setup and youll have to find it out. It will take a bunch of tries, but with NMM is easy to uncheck 20 mods and try loading up and repeat this again and again. It takes some time, but it will be helpful even in the future. After you found your essentiell modlist, think about what mods are needed to run this BBLS thing. Tick them also in NMM, load into game and enter this BBLS. If its still crashing Im out of ideas what else you can do. If its working you just have to find out by enabling your mods with NMM which of the mods is the cause of the crash. Oh, and dont forget the skeletons and such things. I had this nice crash because I used a custom skeleton and it was only crashing near kajits.
  11. Beside running 200 mods is crazy I see that you have ugrids to 7, skytest, blotifier (1 year old), skyre (with such a huge amount of mods I hardly believe this runs without errors). Hows the papyrus log?

  15. I see at least 2 possible lightning mods in your load. Disable warmer magic lights and the lantern mod and check if this makes a difference.
  16. Im using deadly combat + master level. Until level 30 every opponent with a 2 hander could 2 shot me (hell, some even did a 1 shot), a normal dragon was a killer machine I was not able to overcome alone. With a companion (a must IMO) + concentrating on archery it was a challenging way to reach higher levels. With enchantment 100 and the final perk of the enchantment tree the game went a lot easier and now Im also looking for ways to make it challenging again. Summary: Deadly combat works very well but lacks perk changes.
  17. Upgrade both skyui and skse to latest version (you cant use NMM for skse, do it manually). Load game and in mainmenu open console and type getskseversion. If its not 1.6.9 you have somewhere a 2nd installation of skyrim and skse.
  18. I would try kill/resurrect and toggle ai. Make a save first.
  19. I just looked at the pictures of thepal modpage and honestly on a lot of those (from the modder himself) posted pictures there are neckseams. Which is kinda strange, than I looked at the date of the files and those are from february-april 2012. I went to the caliente thread and there the newest download (which youre probably using) is from november 2012. IMO thepal isnt created for the cbbe body v3 youre using. The neckseam is prob created because face/hands/feet use the cbbe v3 textures and the body thepal. Texblend should be a solution for this, but for whatever reason its not working (you should ask for help in the cbbe v3 thread).

  21. I think caliente has a tool in the pack called texblend which can be used to get rid of neckseams. I would search the nexus cbbe thread for more informations.
  22. Whats with alternate start? I dont use the mod but AFAIK the player chooses some start of his new life and the mod puts him/her to a new location. If this cell was changed by some other mod wouldnt be the symptons that he can create the char and ctd the moment the char is moved to the location of the alternate start?
