  1. In the video it looks like the oponent is a dual wielder (which would explain the impact noises) but with the normal animation. I didnt looked through your list (300++ is kinda silly) but if you use some combat mod (or a mod with additional spawns) enemy npcs can dish out insane damage. Example: I play in clothes with over 400 health. Some draugr guy 1 shotted me an hour ago. Reason is, Im using unleashed + ultimate combat + draugr was using a 2-hander + Im in clothes. Lydia, my follower in light armor, just tanked the same guy in the 2nd try half a minute until I finished him.
  2. Go ask on the mod forum if the missing sheath is because of no support for your used weapon mod.
  3. Missing textures are normally a sign for vram issues. I see you use the monli race. Im not sure how the skeleton of this race interacts with the rest of skyrim. Schlongs also installs a skeleton afaik. skulltyrant is offering monli skeletons + normal ones and hes normally answering questions to skeletons in a day. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/16712/? He might know if there a problems with schlongs + elin/monli skels. Same possible problem with the bodies btw. Only an idea.
  4. Why dont you enable the mods after the opening sequence is over?
  5. The lantern mod seems to create a loop. There is the line that dawnguard.esm is missing. UFOs last update is 1 year old, so probably abandoned. Get another one for your follower (eff, aft etc.)
  6. The Papyrus log is basically useless for bug hunting. If you lag you can check the log for looping scripts (and hope they leave a trace there). Beside that you can ignore the log. Your best tool to get rid of bugs is mod organizer, a manager version on steroids. If you start a new game get it. Migrating from a already running game is possible too, but you will have to invest time. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1334/?
  7. There is no esp file in the unp base download. And the textures are from a naked body, so just find the mod which give the underwear and disable it.
  8. Start a new game with 0 mods. Save in helgen. Enable skyui, frostfall (+prerequisites), check if meters show up. If yes, enable all your mods of your current playsession and check again. If yes again your save is compromised. If no one of your mod is interfering and youll have to waste time finding out the culprit by disabling/enabling.
  9. Use mod organizer. Your seam problem was probably just the usual file remains of half a dozen of install/reinstalls/removes.
  10. Is this the bug where you leave a house/cave/dungeon (inside cell) your fps suddenly get halfed? Happens totally at random times?
  11. Erso dragon and deadly dragons probably confilict. Oh and dragon combat overhaul. Civil War... the old one was often a reason for ctds and the new one... Im just reading a bit through the post section and thats one of the mods I definitly wont install. Im not sure if skytest is working with skyre. Check skyre forum. You run an awful lot of mods who spawn npc. Seriously... disable all, and reenable one additional after 1 hour of crash free gameplay. Than the next. I think frostfall makes get snowy redundant.
  12. Error code 4 there is a thread about this: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1093171-skyui-error-code-4-papyrus-settings/
  13. You cant move any mod or just the one?
  14. If you uninstall sharpshooter and install real vision is the problem the same? If no some leftover/missing files are the problem.
  15. Did you check that both enb and skyrim run windowed or fullscreen?
  16. Logic would say that another mod is overwriting beautiful followers. So just disable the other one or move beautiful followers behind the culprit. Ist your turn to identify the invading mod.
  17. Start a new game with 0 mods. Save at helgen. Enable skse and skyui and check if its working. If no reset your skyrim folder back to original either bei new install or using the step guide to revert to vanilla and try again. If yes load your old save and disable all mods beside those two mentioned. If its working its just a mod conflict, if its not working.... .....
  18. 1. Press shift+enter untick enabledepthoffield. Click save configuration. Its not realistic at all, its a cinematic effect. 2. Not sure what a graphic modification has to do with harvesting salad? Anyway it sounds like some mod conflict. Uninstall all the crap you installed and just install what you need. Who the hell needs bloody dragon bones?
  19. Disable water for falskaar. It crashes because you do not have falskaar installed and the water addon tries to modify it. Its called a missing master and the crash at bethesda logo is the usual sign for that.
  20. If you deceide to make a new start, get Mod Organizer (if you dont have it already) http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1334/? Yes, its a bit harder at the start but later it pays back hundred times. You dont have to install skyrim a new you can revert back to vanilla using the step guide http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Make_Skyrim_Vanilla_Again Not sure whats faster though. If you start new do not use any mods. Just plain vanilla setup, and save in helgen after the opening sequence. Now you can install mods. With MO all you have to care now is that your save game wont get corrupted. The problem of NMM that uninstalling and overwriting leaving a bunch of remains back is gone and sooner or later you will run into the next skyrim bug/crash anyway. Install the mod basics (skse, fnis, skyui, skeleton, body, race, patches etc.) and make another save and never ever change these 2 saves in the future. The only performance test of a mod setup I found so far is from vurt (the maker of skyrim flora overhaul). He suggested to check if your mod setup is stable, to open the console and: player.setav speedmult 1500 TCL tgm Unsheat/sheat weapon and now run around for 5 minutes. If your machine can handle it and your mods working you should be fine. For example Im using an ancient rig overloaded with too many textures. I normally freeze in 1 minute. Good enough for me  Thats all I can say. If you mod skyrim you will run into problems, no way around.
  21. Just be a bit sma... ehh more experienced with disabling/enabling mods. First make a BACKUP PROFILE with MO. Than disable all texture/sound _replacer_. Make sure there are no scripts or meshes in those directories (/mo/mods/*.*) Disable all weapon/armor mods (check for scripts). Now disable category wise. Like climates of tamriel + all the bunch of mods using cot + patches. Now disable all lightning mods + compagnions. That shoudl basically half your load order. Use the refresh of MO to get an up-to-date mod list and make another backup of your profile. Now it starts to get tedious and time consuming. As Tlymond suggested disable a bunch of the remaining unimportant mods until the ingame bug vanishes. The mods which should be disabled last are normally: skeleton, body, racemod with patches, enhanced blood (-.-), skse, fnis, skyui, unofficial patches (this isnt complete, just what I had in mind atm) But even those are not essential. I can disable all mods on my current game and still load up the save (my papyrus log explodes but its anyway useless for bug hunting). Yeah its time consuming but its doable. I normally invest 1-2 hours to squash a repeatable bug, Im slow so you can probably do it much faster.
  22. Im using windows 8 with enbs (yesterday I tried sharpshooter v5) with no problems. I cant help you with the problem, had once a black screen at gamestart and ingame (sound/music played correctly) and it was a problem with fullscreen/windowed. But I doubt its the same in your case.
