Well I'm working on a total conversion mod for fo3 with some others. We don't have anything at the moment that needs voice acting, but we might in the future

I'm guessing it's the ALPHA layer, which dictates what is transparent. Try using Intel Texture Works, or edit dds files in PNG or another image format then save-as DDS

update your drivers and delete your inis, that should fix it, otherwise reinstall the game

yeah I would go with texture sets, use Fo4Edit and look at what other mods do regarding settlers and new outfits and use that info to do stuff in CK or Fo4Edit. with new factions, you can try, but it may be quite a big undertaking. Get a piece of paper- here is a Wikipedia page on what this stuff is https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paper , I've never heard of it.... - and right down a list of what exactly you want to do, since you'll need to plan it out first . look at all the armour meshes in the game and see if you can use them

Looks a lot better. Although I do believe that there should be an area on the main page which shows recently updated mods as well. As I think some mods can end up going unnoticed as they can almost disappear after being in the new files area as they can't be seen anymore

I want to go on editing textures for the grass but I don't know what settings to have. Paint.net? Nvidia?intel? dxt3?dxt4? I need someone to tell me what the best is, and also MATERIALS!!!!!! not a clue they are so confusing. i also want grass to actually cast shadows? dunno how that would affect fps though
