  8. You cannot use NVEC Complete + NVCE and MMUE or NV Redesigned 2 NVCE conflicts with NVR2 because of character changes NVEC conflicts wit MMUE because of bug-fixes and more With MMUE use just NVEC Enhancements and CP patch

  11. 1. Remove UFP. You don't need because of FWE 2. Use The Mergers Version of EVE. You find all cp patches with it. 3. Use Dynamic Weather instead of Fellout and ProjectReality - its a way better. Or use The Mergers Version of Fellout. And I don't think Fellout compatible with PR. 4. FR - FWE with MMM should be just after all MMM .esps. 5. Fallout Remastered seems to conflict with EVE (and with WMK, maybe) and I don't see atm package 6. Did you fix conflicts in F3Edit? After all, use BOSS to sort load-order and see FOIP page for small fixes of it.

  13. With F3Edit remove .ESM flag from Alternate Travel and place it in the right place. Atmospheric mods like Fellout should be absolutely last. And I recommend you using Dynamic Weather or The Mergers version of Fellout. Fix your load-order with BOSS and change some things manually, see FOIP page for help. See Gopher's video about Performance in his F3 series.

Fellout + Dynamic Weather = A lot of problems Use only one atmospheric mod. And I don't see cp patches of DM for DLC. Atm mods should be loaded right before merged patch. 6. Where CP patches from FOIP? 7. Where CP patches for DLCs from WMK? 8. Problems with load order. Summary: I strongly recommend you to see Gopher's Fallout 3 video series, but with minor changes - use Paradox Ignition EVE (install all eve files, and then install the Mergers EVE .esm and cp patches)
