I think one way you could introduce your texture variations for outfits would be to make what is called a Texture Set in the Creation Kit. Texture Sets basically function as texture replacers in a sense for a single outfit item, but if you made duplicates of each outfit you have the alternate textures for and just point each variation to a different texture set, that could work. It's also fairly simple to do, although it could get tedious. And for your idea about introducing Lyon's Pride, I've actually been working on a concept for a quest mod revolving around meeting a Brotherhood squad who style themselves after the Lyon's Pride, and are basically rebelling against Maxson's Brotherhood and dedicating themselves to strictly protecting citizens. -

Hopefully. I want to email them first to see if it's fine - since what I do is work on their model and overhaul it and make my own textures and additions, so I don't really build them from scratch, but I don't see any problems that could happen. -

I'm planning on adding in a few different accessories like that. Capes and hooded cloaks you can wear normally or over power armor, waistcapes and mantles as well, and probably scarves and bandanas as well.

It is possible to make some weapons imitate dual-wield, but that involves duplicating the weapon's mesh in its NIF file, then duplicating the projectiles the same way, and I think assigning them to both hand slots. That is by no means a perfect solution or one I have tested out yet, but that's my best guess as to how it was done in the Creation Kit trailer for the miniguns.

So, bottom line is that I'm making a redesign of the Ghoul Mask from Fallout 3 for 3DNPC for Fallout 4 (which hasn't been released yet and won't be for a while), and I'm not sure about how to add the effect it gives when equipped that makes feral ghouls friendly to the player. Can anyone help me out here?

Hey there. I'm doing a port of Tracer's outfit into Fallout 4, and I've run into a few in-game issues where the outfit meshes are invisible and do not appear on the body when equipped. The meshes show up perfectly fine in Nifskope and in the Creation Kit, so I'm a little foggy as to why they're not working properly.

Trying to make a dual wield mod for both handguns and melee

You'd also need to duplicate the model it uses, I'd say. I'm trying to replicate the dual miniguns that was shown in the Creation Kit's trailer, so I duplicated the minigun model and pointed the dual minigun weapon record in the CK to that model. So theoretically that should be all that I need to do. -

So, I've managed to get my first standalone weapon into Fallout 4 using the Creation Kit, and I'm a little bit confused about how to enable it to use the weapon mods I've made to go along with it. My weapon is a pickaxe with a couple of mods that change the type of head and the grip on the handle, so I've been trying to imitate how the machete is set up in the Creation Kit but it's kind of confusing to me.

Yeah, why not, I've already got quite a few NV and Fallout 3 armors and outfits planned to bring into Fallout 4, I'll put it on my list of things to do :)

I'm working on putting a classic version of the Plasma Caster into the game as well as a redesigned version for a quest mod involving a certain shadowy government group that were nearly destroyed on the West Coast and the East Coast. I'm also planning on doing some Legion and NCR armors, as well as new Minutemen ones for the Sons of Liberty mod which will also be available on their own. I'm also working on the Colt Single Action Army and the Webley Revolver. I work on too much stuff at a time.

I'm making a mod adding throwing weapons and one of the first thing I added in is a rock with four variants to choose from. There's also pipe bombs, stick grenades, fusion grenades, shoes, bottlecaps, sticks, throwing knifes and more to come. I might even throw in a ball or two.

I'm already remaking the Plasma Caster, the 12.7mm SMG (and pistol too), the Combat Armor from Fallout 2, and the Midwestern Brotherhood Power armor :)

^ Fair enough. My apologies. I just find that a lot of requests on here tend to be very unrealistic in their expectations or understanding of what a modder can or will do. However your request is pretty sound and simple to do. -

^ I said that because there's a lot of requests on here that basically just boil down to "I want to see this in-game but don't have the ability to do it, so can someone else please use their time and ability to do it for me?" -
I'm actually intending on doing a remake of the 10mm SMG, where it'll be a weapon you can receive from the Brotherhood of Steel only. It'll be able to be converted into a sniper rifle, assault rifle or battle rifle, or even back into a 10mm pistol or SMG.
