Vortex has some translations already: https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/categories/7/ As our team only speak English and German natively, those are the only languages we'll be able to ship Vortex in. However, we encourage users of other languages to upload their translations of Vortex :)

A way you can support us on top of the Premium Membership currently would be to contributing our Mod Author Donation Points fund via the Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/nexusmods). This is, of course, completely optional. And the funds all go back into supporting our Mod Authors. As far as "enhanced" membership options go, it's not something we've got any plans for at the moment.

Hi CyniclyPink, I've just checked if your history is being generated and it seems to be there, the below screenshot contains the timestamps of your last downloaded mods (possibly in GMT+1) Are you blocking any scripts that run on websites or anything that could prevent this from appearing for you?
