  1. The read me file does have some vague instructions: [PerksAtLevelUp] ;Set the number of perks gained at each level up. If a specific level is not specified then the closest lower level setting is used. ;Default game value is one perk per level (you can also use float as value, for example 1.25 per points per level) ; Level (2..10000) = Perks (0..255) ; ;In the following inactive commented example the player will gain 1 perk per level at and from level 2 to 9, then 2 perks per level at and from level 10 to 29, ; then 4 perks per level at and from level 30 to 94, then no perk at all per level for level 95 and above ; ;2=1 ;10=2 ;30=4 ;95=0 2=1 But it does not specify if it is the top line or bottom line that needs to be changed or both. I will keep on trying for a while, all I want is 2 perks per level.
  2. Hello, I am having problems modifying the file such that I gain 2 perks per level rather than the conventional 1. ; Anything behind a semicolon is considered a comment and has no effect ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; [General] ;DO NOT MODIFY THIS VALUE ;INI file version iINIFileVersion = 3 ;Enable(1) or Disable(0) the plugin ;Default value = 0 bEnabled=1 ;Enable(1) or Disable(0) the AutoUpdate functionality. Handle them with caution. ; Default game value = 100 iAlchemy=999 iAlteration=999 iArchery=999 iBlock=999 As you can see, I changed the value to 2 but I still only gain one. Which semicolons if any must I remove? I would be greatly appreciative of any help offered. Thank you in advance.
  3. I was asking myself this because given how powerful vampire lords are you'd think mortal Dawnguards would have something more up their sleeves than just crossbows. I also so some image of a spell that looked 'anti undead' as far as I could tell. Any thoughts on this?
  4. Well, at least we on the PC will know how to build future Vampire Lord characters optimally because all the info will be out for us via Xbox. It seems magic heavy, so I am thinking Nightbladish...or something.
  5. I have tried a lot of mods but none really seem to do it for me in terms of being a vampire so I will wait until Dawnguard comes out and see what the Vampire Lord is like. With any luck modders will give it actual flight abilities for example. In the meantime I think I will work on a warrior on the side of the Dawnguard. Anyone else doing it this way?

  7. Does anyone else find this odd to say the least. The head honcho and Lord of Elder Scrolls himself has "no idea" when Dawnguard is coming out for the PC. Has there been any information on a PC release date?
  8. As in when you finish the main quest, there will be no sun?
  9. Sure seems that way. Yes, it is slower but much faster, does more damage and seems more likely to ensure a OSOK kill than a bow. Thoughts?
  10. or start you with five and give you 2 per level or something like that? Anyone know? Cheers
  11. There won't be any release for the PC?
  12. Thanks, looks good. Nice to be able to choose, vampires look to be revolutionised.
  13. So I have been mostly playing ME3/MP and have not been playing Skyrim for a while and now thinking about getting back into it because of the many cool mods out there but I just some trailer on youtube called Dawnguard... It looked amazing. Can someone tell me what this is about? and it won't be released for the PC? Thanks in advance.
  14. Since I have been out of the loop, if someone could direct me to a mod I would appreciate it. Thank you
  15. Hi folks, been playing other games and doing other stuff, was wondering if there was a mod now that makes kill moves work on every enemy, whether the first or last? Cheers
  16. what's more, because I needed to create a new account for Origin I could only register the game under that account meaning if I want to post about ME3 stuff I have to use that account, which means this one is effectively useless. Release date check? Are you kidding me? you want to see my receipt? I can't play a game I legally bought because you don't want people in Europe to play it yet? I can predict that people will grow tired of jumping through hoops for you. I remember when you could buy a game, install it and play it. Remember that novel concept? Maybe next time you should/can distribute EA chips to insert in our brains so we can register properly. Seriously...if I didn't love ME3 I would be done with you. What is the point of this?
  17. http://i1211.photobucket.com/albums/cc429/Stardusk78/TESV2012-01-2811-35-12-31.jpg I tried going ethereal, becoming a werewolf, changing the face, but nothing works. Any ideas? cheers

LOL
  19. especially for female players...? Have they ever commented on this?
  20. Now my sword and shield warrior has 100 restoration I just go ethereal, cast Bane of the Undead and that is pretty much it. I love setting them on fire..haha.
  21. It would be nice to have the option at least.
  22. Stealth characters can do anything but I find it less challenging, hell you can even sneak attack a dragon in some cases.
