  1. Here's one work around that will let you place that robot workbench. It's called " Fallout 76 Camp " https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/32772 , It's more than you asked for, but gives you the option of a Settlement almost anywhere on the map, with access to that robot workbench. The added benefit is that some things you create, will stay in the world when you move the Camp workbench. Read the complete description.
  2. To do that you would have to turn off collision. If you can let a bullet through, then you could swing a sword or your fist and make hits through those same walls. I don't see a way to let specific item pass while blocking most everything else. There might be a way, but not even close to easy.
  3. I can't argue too much on that as I haven't tried it myself, but if you're on PC, I know you can use console commands to change something's size including your character. I wish they gave us a way to show whether we are playing on a Console or PC so we don't have to guess.
  4. Save yourself some time and check this mod out, you may already be using it. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/9424 It's called Place Everywhere , one of its functions lets you resize objects. All the basics are covered in the description.
  5. Yeah, I think this one is probably the closest to what you want, Zorkaz, or you could do something similar to that and hack together your own .nif from vanilla meshes. https://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/1151/images/28605/28605-1513792266-923404295.png Here are a couple of examples from 76 if you end up having to make one or get one made. https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/fallout/images/5/58/Fo76_Vehicle_new_1.png/revision/latest?cb=20200909181556 https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/fallout/images/2/2c/FO76_New_vehicles_9.png/revision/latest?cb=20200925025233 Neither is super complicated, and you could get close to the second one by just adding a motor to the vanilla rowboat. I wish they had like buttons.
  6. This is the closest I know of. Driveables of the Commonwealth - Boats, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28605 I thought Forest Grove Water Lock, would have one, nope.
  7. Take a look at this mod, Workshop Menu Missing Tabs Fix https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22205 Read complete instructions because you uninstall it after repairing your menus.
  8. You've probably seen this, but it's all I can think of. Permanent Fusion Cores https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/15313
  9. So some sort of a cinematic movie or free fly cam type view while still controlling the fight. It seems like one or the other would need A.I. support because of the problems involved with controlling two separate functions at the same time, with a gamepad or keyboard. Maybe a way to trigger the free fly cam with some way to keep the focus on the action while fighting. I like the idea but will have to wait with you for someone to make it.
  10. ImmortalAbsol has you covered for structures, here's you workbench solution, Fallout 76 C.A.M.P. placeable - moveable - workbench, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/32772 . check out the mod page and see if this will work for you.
  11. This may or may not help, but it's all I've got. Omnidirectional PA Headlamps https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/19129
  12. Take a look at ' Auto Loot " https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/27719 . This does way more than the name implies. It is totally configurable in game via a pip-boy holotape. It has an almost complete list of items and types of items that you can choose from to loot and scrap, an added benefit is the ability to choose how big an area to cover. It's worth a look at.
  13. The mod author stopped supporting this on Feb. 26th 2020. I have used it almost since it came out in 2018. It's called, " All Materials, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/30855 You do need to use a console command for it to work. Once this is installed, open console and type bat materials . It give 10,000 of all materials, including food crops. You want to be standing by your workshop workbench because it loads into your inventory, until you transfer it you're gonna slow walk everywhere. You only need to do it once, or until something runs out. Now open a supply line to another settlement and that settlement now has access to the materials. Hit a new settlement, build a recruitment beacon, you'll have someone there in minutes, make them your supply line trader, instant materials. It's not immersive but that's not what you asked for.
  14. Do you absolutely have to kill a faction? I have no clue if or how you would try to work it, but ", Four factions alive " (FO4-FA) https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22381 is one I have used. There is also, " A cleaner equation ", (for those who like the Railroad and Brotherhood of Steel to be at peace) https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/48571 which I downloaded but never installed. I've never tried to fudge two separate quests with a single character. You could get Dr. Li's ID and try spawning her back at the Institute, if it works fine, if not, remove the extra Dr. Li with a console command. If you get it to work, it would be cool if you came back and told people how you did it. Good luck. Yes I know the second doesn't involve the Institute, but added it anyway.
  15. Have you looked at what's on Nexus fallout 4 right now? Some are not in English, but searching, " Fallout 76 " gave 51 results. Sorry, I don't have time to go through it for you.
  16. Here are several that I have downloaded, although I'm not using then in my current play through. You may know about some of these, some may be useless for now, but all have something in them that others don't. You'll have to check them out yourself. If any are useful to you, please leave a response so I know. Have fun. Snap'n build , https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28834 Homemaker - Expanded Settlements, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1478 , Easy Homebuilder and Working Double Beds, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/categories/45/ , Office and Store Buildings, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20925 , JCW Builder, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/categories/48/ , Workshop Rearranged, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/categories/48/
  17. I'm not sure if this works with consoles, but I have used it on PC. I don't remember exactly the limits of what can be scraped, but you can configure it from pretty much everything down to a single category, with a huge range limit. It's called Auto Loot, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/27719 . This may work for you, there may be others, but good luck.
  18. This only works on PC, but if you open the console with the tilde key, type in " addkeyword 246f85 " then hit enter, it converts the Homeplate workbench to a full workbench like in a settlement. If you decide to try this, make sure you do a full save first, just in case. If you can't or don't want to do that you can try " Full featured Workbench patch " by hoge111 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/41997 Sorry that's all I can think of.
  19. This was just added on March 8, 2021. MDE2506's mostly colorful and modular hotchpotch and other stuff , https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/47920Brick By Brick December 2020, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/48763 Trailer Park Workshop July 2020, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/46254 All of these wer found under Mods, categories, Crafting- Home/Settlement located at the top of the Nexus Fallout 4 home page. There are over 1100 mods in this category, you might find something you like in there.
  20. This is an old problem, check out this mod I use. Omnidirectional PA Headlamps. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/19129 This works pretty good, especially if you go to settings and change the sliders to a brighter white. There also may be a change you can make to the helmet light on the PA workbench
  21. Give Global Stash a look, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/41511 , another one, Linked Storage Containers, https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/20936 may help, but is not connected to the work benches.
  22. Once the Mechanist's story line is completed, or you use a mod to unlock all of the features of the DLC's, you can swap out any and all parts of the robots. You can mix them up however you like. You can create pretty much what you want. If this isn't the answer you want, you need to be way more specific n your request. Let your inner Frankenstein run wild. There may be mods that add extra parts, I haven't looked in a while. Enter robot in the search box of Nexus FO4 hit enter and see whats available.
  23. I think we're looking at this backwards, maybe we just need to ask for wooden and glass armor. Since even a mini-nuke can't get through the stuff.
  24. Go to Fallout 4 Nexus page. On the top header click on Mods, on the drop down click on categories, then scroll to the bottom. once there you will find " VR " there are currently. about 108 VR mods.
