I use the same mod, and to my knowledge there is no mod that does this, if there was, it would likely be included in the suggestions for that map mod.

Frostfall already has a function very much like that, in addition to many other survival related functions.

Is there a mod that increases the cost of carriage rides to about 5-10 times what is now, and doesn't do anything else? I've come across one or two the do something kind of like this, but one of them only changes the amount it takes, and not how much it says it costs in the dialogue screen (an unacceptable immersion break for me) and another one changes the price of rooms, and I already have Realistic Room Rental and really enjoy it.

Generally, if you install ANY mod you need to rerun all SkyProc patches and re-bash patch your game, which is why it's a good idea to not do either of those things until you are 100% certain you have all the mods you want! ^_^

I use frostfall, but I ignore the set up camp option for immersion, sense I carry extra tents for my followers! ^_^
I'm glad you like, I would never use another follower mod besides AFT =D

What quality do you play the game on? Turn it down a level or two. Also, do not install any texture packs, including the Bethesda released one. This has more of an effect on your GPU then your CPU, but it's the only thing I can think of that might work.
Also, make sure not to use any script heavy mods, if I'm correct your CPU handles scripts.

I suggest not using UFO, it is outdated and problematic, AFT(Amazing Follower Tweaks) is a much better, more updated alternative. I use it with SkyRe and lots of follower mods and have no trouble. I am not sure about adding perks to the followers, but I know you can add even mod added spells to followers, you just need to make a hard save before adding a new spell from a mod becomes sometimes they glitch out.
AFT lets you set a followers combat style (two handed, shield and sword, magic, dual wield, sword and magic, etc, etc)
I have tried UFO on three different occasions, and every time experienced a different 'game breaking' glitch, one of which was all my followers getting stuck in an invisible bubble they wouldn't leave for anything, another one was my followers going totally agro and trying to kill me at totally random intervals, and another was it just randomly removing my followers as followers, usually as I fast travel so they were lost in the middle of the woods for all eternity.
UFO was a great mod for it's time, but it's a perfect example of how a great mod can go south when it's owner gives up on it and refuses to let other people take it over. =[ AFT isn't quite as good, but it's very stable, updated, and is loaded with tons of useful and fun features, including the ability to pose your followers and interact with them, I believe you can even hug and kiss your followers XD

NMM is very silly about wanting to replace irrelevant files when you install new mods with slightly similar names. Generally, you ALWAYS say "No" if it asks you to replace, unless you know for a fact you are SPECIFICALLY updating a mod you already have with a newer version of the exact same mod.

I have no idea what myztikrice is talking about. I use SkyRe and have gotten a pure mage character to level 35 with no issue whatsoever, SkyRe is very balanced, even around magic. I personally suggest adding in additional magic mods because SkyRe does make the game a lot harder, which makes magic harder to use effectively. It is not 'broken' or 'incompatible' with magic, it simply makes it not the be-all-end-all of skyrim characters like it was in vanilla skyrim, which is why people often think it 'breaks' magic, because they are use to magic being broken in the first place, and it FIXES it to be as balanced as the other skill sets. Remember, SkyRe is designed to make you put more effort into your charcter build, instead of just dumping ALL your points into destruction magic and becoming a mage-god you have to balance things out.
Here are some of my suggestions for magic mods to make magic feel 'powerful' again for a pure mage character. (I personally use all of them + Asis to give the new spells to enemies)

SkyRe's magic perk system is very narrow, complicated, and tedious. You can beat the game on legendary naked with a dagger, I don't care that you reached 35 with SkyRe magic. I didn't say it was hard, it's just not fun. This is its magic system, btw. The other changes SkyRe makes to melee perks and the like are fine.
Seriously, you must have SkyRe installed wrong or something. I couldn't survive 2 wolves on expert naked with a dagger, so that basically proves you've done something really wrong, or are using some very incompatible mod that overpowers melee combat grossly.
And SkyRe magic is very fun to me, much funner then vanilla skyrim. Vanilla skyrim has such a pointless, boring, over powered magic system it almost ruins the game. SkyRe makes magic balanced and enjoyable. In fact, I think most of the weapon skill perks it adds are pretty bland and boring myself, really just the same general thing as vanilla skyrim just over complicated with a ton of different weapon options, most of which are over powered or just outright confusing. It's almost painful to try and pick a perk in one of the weapons skills, usually there's a half dozen options that do almost the exact same thing with a different weapon class, and in my opinion it's the biggest weak point, and most unbalanced, over powered part of the SkyRe overhaul. Iif you dump most of your perks into one weapon skill tree, and spamthat one weapon, the game becomes god of war (blindly spam hit the 'attack' button over and over and over until you win or die). Magic in SkyRe is challenging, rewarding, and overall very fun to use, where is weapons are boring, over powered and ungodly bland to use, which is why I avoid them. I suppose if you like playing bland over powered characters, then I can understand where your coming from.
Not that I'm saying there is anything wrong with that, I mean, games like God of War are popular for a reason. ^_^

I would like to point out I have very recently realized Empowered Magic might conflict with SkyRe because it edits perks!
Also, Locational Damage is one of the most immersive combat mods in my opinion, especially when used with SkyRe, if you have MCM you can edit how likely critical hits are for each weapon group on every single body part, as well as make it so head shots with an arrow are ALWAYS 1 hit kills for both you and enemies! It even adds an option so that if someone is wearing a heavy helmet that the 1 hit kill effect won't work on them(including you)
I do have to say though, I play on adept, and the game is very hard thanks to those two mods, on master locational damage might make things a bit TO intense. But, if you really think about totally realistically, one arrow to the chest and you should be down for the count anyways. XD

To my knowledge, FNIS conflicts with AP, and you have to use some sort of patch to use the two together. Also, something that just adds an NPC could not possible mess with an animation mod. ^_^

In my opinion a "clean whip" is an over reaction unless you are pretty new to modding, I have a default set up of about 130 mods I know is very stable, and I copy this default set up using Skyim Install Swapper and add on more mods to get the 'perfect' feel I want. I've been working on putting together this install for over 6 months now, and I would NEVER resort to just nuking the whole thing. XP
I am reducing the number of mods slowly, but from my understanding at least, as long as you have under 200 mods the sheer number of mods should not cause any problems.
I think I may have fixed the issue though, I did about an hour worth of testing to get some screen shots for my new mod earlier, and I only had the game freeze up once (and it wasn't even freezing before, only CTDing) and it did that as I hit the screencap button, so I think it was just a random derp in skyrim itself.
I did manage to get some stunning screencaps considering I spent over an hour outside and never hat a 3.1gig CTD

I am having some random CTDs and use both of those mods, and I remember reading in a FPS and CTD guide that those two mods can cause issues, But I can't confirm if they are the cause.

I already said I use TES5edit as well, all the mods that still say they need to be clean displayed this error even after being cleaned with TES5edit, XP

Hmm, I've been kind of suspicious of that mod, sense I use Locational Damage, and I had a feeling those tow might not be compatible. I uninstalled a couple other mods and it seems to have mostly fixed the problem, and uninstalling that one will likely completely fix the problem! ^_^

Try installing your mods without using NMM? I find it can cause a lot of weird unpredictable problematic glitches, and prefer manual installation myself. If anything, stick to using it with texture and mesh replacer mods, since easily installing and uninstalling these are really the only major positive of using NMM outside of convenience. ^_^

Eh, I had a different experience with SkyRe. My Destruction magic was hugely overpowered when I reached a higher level and invested in the Destruction perks. I could kill a guy with two fireballs versus 20 slashes of a sword.
Try playing with Locational Damage, it seems to go really nice with SkyRe and makes it so that almost all battles are over in a matter of seconds(You should NEVER have to hit anything 20 times unless you are fighting a mammoth, or using an iron dagger), but it is still as challenging as SkyRe intended.

I honestly have no idea what the problem is anymore, I have cleaned nearly every mod I am using with tes5EDIT, use BOSS extensively, as well as BUM to place unrecognized mods, even went through and replaced a lot of my 2k textures with 1k textures, and the CTDs just seem to get worse and worse. If I try to start a new character through alternate start, I CTD every time I click the bed, if I play an existing character I CTD after about 30 seconds of walking around or if I try and fast travel/ I have a pretty even 45-50 FPS, I get no freezing, no lags, it just CTDs without warning CONSTANTLY.
I have noticed an EXTENSIVE amount of things relating to AP in my papyrus log, so I have already uninstalled it, but the main problem seems to be the last few lines, which is one thing repeated over and over again.

I have no idea what myztikrice is talking about. I use SkyRe and have gotten a pure mage character to level 35 with no issue whatsoever, SkyRe is very balanced, even around magic. I personally suggest adding in additional magic mods because SkyRe does make the game a lot harder, which makes magic harder to use effectively. It is not 'broken' or 'incompatible' with magic, it simply makes it not the be-all-end-all of skyrim characters like it was in vanilla skyrim, which is why people often think it 'breaks' magic, because they are use to magic being broken in the first place, and it FIXES it to be as balanced as the other skill sets. Remember, SkyRe is designed to make you put more effort into your charcter build, instead of just dumping ALL your points into destruction magic and becoming a mage-god you have to balance things out.
Here are some of my suggestions for magic mods to make magic feel 'powerful' again for a pure mage character. (I personally use all of them + Asis to give the new spells to enemies)

I think it comes down to how much you 'optimize' them. Try optimizing them, and if the visual effect is not to your liking, then you have your answer, if it looks almost exactly the same, then you have your answer too! ^_^
UNP BBP - Solid black feet

I can't seem to track down the cause of this... sense the feet texture is part of the main body texture, and the main body texture works fine, their is no logical reason this should happen. It happens regardless of what body texture I am using also. Oddly enough, if I wade into water, somewhat the feet will go back to normal while they are submerged, so I can tell texture is THERE, something is just replacing it with solid black. It's just utterly baffling, no mod that I've recently installed should cause an issue like this. I did recently update XCE, but I disable the esp and it didn't stop the issue.
I am using a SweetFX shader, ENBoost, but no ENB itself. I have tried reinstalling UNPBBP files again,so that nothing has overwritten them. I honestly don't know what else to try, I just can't seem to figure out what is causing this issue and where it came from.
I did recently install FNIS, could that be to blame somehow?
