1. Special Edition. The only downside is the creation club updates which often break skyrim script extender and mods that depend on it.Although the fixes are usually posted quite quickly. SE is 64 bit and doesnt have the 3GB ram limitation.
2. That mod hasnt been ported because the authors permission hasnt been given. So the only way is to do it yourself for your own personal use -you couldnt upload it. People in that thread have posted how to do it,but that means using the creation kit.
3. If i remember correctly its:
what you want to hide
without the spaces in the brackets.
4. Copy and paste these 3 files in your Skyrim Special Edition folder after removing the ones from from previous versions of skse64 skse64_1_5_73.dll skse64_loader skse64_steam_loader.dll Copy and paste all of the scripts (PEX files) into the Skyrim Special Edition /data/scripts folder after removing all scripts from previous versions ALWAYS launch the game using the skse64_loader and make sure steam is already running before you do so.
5. You could try a fishing rod Skyrim Fishing SE https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17774 might make it a bit more immersive.
6. "SKYUI will also need to be updated " SKYUI development has ended,it hasnt been updated since 3/oct 2017. Its mods that use SKYUI that may need to update when SKSE64 updates. Not SKYUI itself.
7. RaceMenu causes disappearing eyes and it hasnt been updated yet. There is a fix for it on that mods page. Have you applied the fix and it still happens?
8. Theres been reports of a bug in the mod RACEMENU which causes disappearing eyes. The fix for it is in that thread.Could it be that? https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/7398896-i-seem-to-have-lost-my-eyes/
9. Theres a big difference between increased difficulty/challenge ,which can be fun and impossible (without cheating)which isnt any fun at all.I think a lot of these mods go too far and turn the volume of everything all the way up to 11. I take my hat off to you though if you can survive on master without cheating with all of those mods installed.OBIS is ok it can be tough but i never found it impossible. Those other ones are just ridiculous.
10. Arthmoor-yes you are right the city attacks were removed, but thats the mod that the OP is complaining about. Better Vampire NPCs adds the Dawnguard vampire attack nodes and their conditions back into the game.(city attacks) It also gives some vampire enemies blood weapons which the OP was also complaining about. Both can be enabled/disabled in the options menu by sneaking and activating the vampire bloodgem in your inventory. They probably downloaded that mod,but didnt RTFM.Although to be fair the city attacks/Options menu mechanism arent exactly clear in the mods description.Hope that clears it up.
11. You can turn off the city attacks with better vampire npc mod by using the vampire bloodgem which is placed in your invetory when you run the mod. you can also turn off the blood weapons and other things as well. You have to sneak and then equip it and a menu will appear.
12. Forgot about become ethereal. A mod might add the no resist flag to a poison so the only way too combat it is to heal until the effect wears off. The only mod that ive come across that does this is Skytoxin which also makes cure poison potions useless. And since it also greatly increases the lethality of poisons in the game it makes spiders, chaurus, poison traps etc very dangerous and difficult too combat. There might be other mods out there that also do something like that as well.
13. Clear Skies shout- Clears fog and inclement weather, including poison gas traps.Thats the only thing i can think of to try. Does it still kill with poison resistance. If a mod added that ,there must be a way to get through it.
14. Those 2 oldrim mods are the textures and meshes fully compatible with SE?Many are not and will cause SE to crash unless they are converted to supported formats in a tool like Nifscope. There has been lots of info and warnings on this online ever since SE was released. Thats the only other thing i can think of.
15. Maeven brows doesnt require usleep.YMMp is hidden?.No SE mod should try to reference usleep since that is for oldrim as you know.yet clearly something in your load order is. Youl have to remove all mods and scripts and add them back in one at a time until the crashing starts again. Its tedious but all modders have been there. You could speed it up by adding them back in groups. Papyrus is useless as a crash log unfortunately. It was never designed as one.
16. It seems to be a script that is looking for usleep. One of your mods may be for oldrim and requires the oldrim patches as masters and will crash if they are not present. Are you certain that all your mods are for special edition? Theres a ref to project AHO
17. Select the recipe that youve copied and in the right hand pane click on conditions entry to add a new condition. Go to that condition and there will be fields that you can click to get a scroll down list of what type you want eg get actor value player level.Other fields will allow you to set comparison value eg 20 and the type of comparison eg >=.So if players level is >= 20 then the recipe will display. You could try a ridiculous level of 500, if less than zero doesnt work.Ive never tried less than zero before. Edit if the recipe already has conditions then you may only need to modify one of them, rather than create a new one.
18. Yes you can . I moved my steam folder and therefore my games from one drive to another and decided to intall it outside of program files.I simply used copy /paste.Same for the mod manager and all my mods.
19. Check that all your mods are form version 44 using SSEDIT.Many mods on here are not fully compatible with skyrim special edition just oldrim mods(form version 43) that havent been converted. This is known to cause save game corruption. You can play for many hours before this happens. Console modders are protected because mods can only be uploaded via the special edition creation kit. PC users have to put up with this because nexus makes no checks .
