In response to post #36956040. #36961335 is also a reply to the same post. I see, but I need a bethesda account isn't it? I can't believe I have to register for something else just for enabling mods -_- Thank you :)

Hm... what does that mean for those who don't use NMM? Do I still install mods manually and activate them normally? I'm a bit confused :S I don't use NMM and I allways install mods manually, how will I activate them?

I loved the survival mode, although the console command being disabled was a bit of a let down but alas I was able to spawn the rebel outfit mod for my character as well as a custom knife before activating survival mode, if you like dark souls this mode is similar, you only save when sleeping which makes you wonder about your decisions, like if you see a pack of wild dogs in a distance and you don't have good weapons it's probably better to avoid confrontation. For me it took me a day just to do the minute man mission where you have to go to this factory and kill raiders, but then again I play as a swordsman and even with run from bullets perk and melee weapon perks it was quite challanging, I had to think my strategies to engage and kill groups of raiders with a sword (I died often until I succeeded XD) but all in all it was really fun. You have to eat and drink and rest plus be carefull with your health. When sick I had either to scavange for antibiotics or hunt for the ingredients for it, which in my case meant dealing with mirelurks, good thing I just send dogmeat to retrieve them for me without disturbing mirelurks nest, also had to do it at night as one of the ingredients is glowing mushrooms which are better seen at night. Basically every decision you make in this mode matters and affects your character, because if you die you might have to do all over again XD

Got this problem as well, I was so happy to try the beta but without the mods I installed is no fun, specially after spending an hour trying to activate watch dogs on uplay :( Does anyone knows a solution to this?

Hello, I´ve been living in london for almost a year now, I finnally got a nice house and a nice job and thought it was time to get my pc for gaming, already have a ps3 and ps4 but I want to go back to tamriel and modding XD, and even more now with fallout 4 coming, so I wanted some advice about a pc I saw and would be great if you guys could help me. So basically this is the base pc I was aiming for http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/computing/desktop-pcs/desktop-pcs/pc-specialist-vortex-defensor-gaming-pc-10109320-pdt.html I was thinking about that for now and later on change the graphic card, I have some questions also, in the specifications it says PSU IS 450 WATT but it doesn´t seem much for that graphic card, will I have problems with these two things? In general you think it´s a good pc to play high graphic games and later on change the graphic card to a ASUS gtx 980? Do you know any good gaming pc stores in london to get budgets and advice for custom pcs? Thank you so much for your time and hopefully I will be back soon  EDIT: So found this one and was able to assemble parts with a nice budget. What you think? https://www.dinopc.com/shop/pc/viewCart.asp

Quick updates to the site, money money money edition
scot replied to Dark0ne's topic in Site Updates
Hey hey been so long since I´ve been active in this community, just heard the news, it sounds terrible, steam workshop is already full of stolen content and ripped content from other games and doesn´t do anything about it and now they are going to allow the mods to be sold? This is going to be chaos, I see why the really good and talented modders would like to earn money and it´s fair but the real world there will be problems like people trying to steal these artists work which in the end will end up with these amazing modders we have quitting and stop sharing their amazing work... it can´t be controlled in my opinion, I will be back to modding one day and I will allways keep doing it for free as I do it not for money but for fun and appreciation of other modders. -
Hello, I am going to start building my future in London next month and I was wonder if anyone could help me on how to make a CV like what format should I use what sohuld I putt there and what order. Also any advice to look for work? At least for the start. Thank you very much for your time :)

Dawnguard downloaded its self for free on my pc? what?
scot replied to gfraire1309's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
I used steam workshop once, after it started installing mods by itself, mods that I didn´t even checked I delete them all and never downloaded anything from the steam workshop. Steam has also uninstalled all my games from the library by itself -.- but that is new, giving away DLC for free XD -
I play oblivion a bit everyday since it came out so... XD
-
I just wish better quests and not so much reliance on radiant repetitive quests.
-
I know you have heard it before - No more Skyrim DLC's
scot replied to Halithorn's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
I would love to see more skyrim expansions rather than DLC I wish they did hammerfell as an expansion to contrast skyrim snowy environment, as for elder scrolls online there is no relation with stop making skyrim dlc and it´s development, ESO is being made by another team called zenimax online and skyrim was made by Bethesda softworks, two different teams, they stopped skrim DLC because they will most likely focus on fallout 4 and after that give it like 2 or 3 more years and we will hear about elder scrolls VI -
You should think about deleting the last two links because you could get banned for it.

Oblivion, quests were more interesting and had variety while skyrim most quests are go in kill this fetch that and come back, not to mention the main quests of guilds and dragonborn main quest were a joke in terms of size, companions main questline is like 4 quests -.- not much is explained things are that way just because. Oblivion had also different environments not to mention mods to add other provinces and my mod that enhances caves x) Skyrim is all snow and gets really boring to travel on it, Bethesda had a great chance to make something different with expansions like making an expansion in hammerfell to contrast skyrim snowy landscape but no.... Dawnguard was the best thing for skyrim in my opinion, quests were well done and felt complete and much better than all skyrim´s quests combined (can´t talk about dark brotherhood or thieves guild because I haven´t played them but I don´t have much hope after the companions and the college) The hearthfire DLC ... why the hell was that considered a DLC -.- Dragonborn had the potential to be the greatest expansion but when I started to get into it and exicted about the main quest asking oooh what´s next? I must find the books? or what? Miraak dies .... In terms of graphics skyrim is better but oblivion with mods can be close to skyrim, the only thing oblivion needs is dynamic shadows. But anyway I love elder scrolls ever since morrowind, despite my complaints about skyrim I still love to mod it and play it, but I prefer oblivion, in fact I prefer morrowind but since I play morrowind in oblivion it´s just two in one XD
-
It´s for a good reason believe me XD anyway, why not do like I do, copy all the skyrim data files into a safe hardrive then if you need to reinstall everything you just install skyrim normally updates and all and then when it´s all correctly installed paste the data folder you saved, I have 50 GB of oblivion so it´s pretty useful having a safe hardrive. It worked for me many times, some of those times it´s because steam decides to uninstall all my games on it´s own -.-

Google UESP, it has everything about the lore in there :)

What skyrim weapons/armor do you like to use?
scot replied to toshiro88's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
I use a slightly modified version of the journeyman robe with chainmail textures for the shirt bellow the jacket, then I use hand rags and leather boots. As for the weapons well I use jaysus swords and daggers. -
I like both games but oblivion in my opinion is so much better in terms of quests, skyrim quests are just go get this and back or go kill this and back not to mention the guild main quests (at least the companions and the college, never started the thieves nor the assassins guild but I´m not hopeful XD) are just like 5 each and they are just fetch quests. Dragonborn main quest is the same thing, just as I was all excited about the quest BAM miraak dies -.- Also there is suppose to be random dragon encounters but I´m yet to see this since 11/11/11. All the dragons I found were quest dragons cities were never attacked in my game nor did I walked around the wilderness and a dragon appears.

I got all three editions, the normal one, the GOTY edition and the 5th anniversary edition, my normal one I borrow to a friend so I never got it back the GOTY version have a tiny little crack and so I bought the 5th anniversary edition for safe keeping XD
-
Yes I don´t like the 50 feeling of fallout games but that´s what mods are for :D I replace all the old weapons for modern weapons, I actually like how they made new vegas with the same engine and stuff from fallout 3 that way we could port mods we liked from fallout 3 to new vegas and vice versa.
-
Looking foward to both, they will announce fallout 4 sooner or later and as for the next TES I really hope it takes a very long time until we hear from that, I want them to take their time and make a good game rather than turning TES like COD or assassins creed -.- I´m also curious about that new horror game they are making and hoping for a stalker game (they bought the franchise) with mod capabilities and both first and third person mode like TES and fallout series.

I will, but as allways I buy my games on UK amazon because even with ports paying fee the ames get cheaper than buying them in my country. So I will get it for 30 euros more or less or even less than that while in my country the cheapest price is 40 euros, 50 euros for a newly released game for pc and almost 80 euros for console games -.- minimal wage in my country is less than 500 euros so games are for rich people XD
