I rotate bettween elder scrolls and falliut 3 and new vegas acording to my mood, if I´m in the mood for fantasy medieval world elderscrolls :) if it´s for post apocalipse modern day game I´ll go for fallout I never play the games at the same time, I still play morrowind and oblivion and honestly I can spend hours just taking walks in the woods in oblivion and morrowind while in skyrim I really don´t feel like I feel with previews elder scrolls, first the setting is depressing all snowy areas and stuff, the creatures are not that interesting and the quests XDXDXDXD where are the quests? Quests in skyrim are a joke compared to other elder scrolls games, even fallout has more interesting quests than skyrim.

I play as a vampire and I hate how the companions doesn´t give us a choice, anyway, I just solve most my problems with console command so I just opened the console command and complete that quest (SPOILER) to the point where I have to kill the silver hand with eola or whatever she is called and then I can play all the way as a vampire helping werewolves XD The console command to pass the point to choose to be a werewolf is setstage C03 25

You don´t need to start the next game with someone new, my character is the same since morrowind, he lives as a human through morrowind but I jsut get a follower and pretend that he is the nerevarine and I´m his "follower", then I move on to oblivion wich is 3 years or something after morrowind with the same character, there he turns into a vampire and voila skyrim character is the same because vampires can live forever, as for the next elder scrolls my character will be the same XD

Calm down, they said they weren´t done with skyrim, I think they will soon announce fallout 4 and an expansion for skyrim like shivering islands.

Well that shouldn´t cause CTD XD Perhaps mod compatibility? I have quest mods that cause me CTD and some followers that came with new scripts, bear in mind that every skyrim game for pc is different, what works for you might not work for others and vice versa it really depends on what mods each one of us installs, I tend to keep elders crolls and fallout games modded but simple and allways making sure I know how to come back to a previews state when it worked in case a mod causes problems. It´s a pain but if you are having a CTD try disabling your mods (esps) one at the time and see if it still crashes if not do the same thing but with the textures files. Tens de perceber que todos os jogos o skyrim para pc são diferentes, o que funciona para ti pode não funcionar para os outros e vice versa depende mesmo dos mods que cada um instala, eu mantenho sempre os jogos do elder scrolls e fallout modificads mas de maneira simples e tenho sempre cuidade em saber voltar atras caso um mod cause problemas. É uma seca mas se tiveres CTD tenta desativar os teus mods (esps) um de cada vez e vê se continua a crashar senão faz a mesma coisa mas com os ficheiros das texturas.

English:Texture mods can indeed cause CTD, accrding to what I read and my experience it depends on your VRAM and RAM, I have 1 VRAM and 8 GB RAM and I can only use 1K textures above that it will cause CTD, most texture mods have in the description the requirements, if you have over 1 gb VRAM you can use 2k resolution textures if it´s 1 gb VRAM under you should use 1k resolution. If you use too many texture mods it will cause CTD depending on your machine. Apart from one previews official patch the only CTD I had were due to textures when I had 4 GB RAM and the old graphic card. Portuguese:Mods de texturas podem causar CTD de acordo com a minha experiencia e o que ja li pela net depende da tua RAM e VRAM, eu tenho 1 GB VRAM e 8 GB RAM e so consigo usar texturas de resolução 1k, se usar acima disso o meu jogo fca com CTD. Maior parte dos mods de textura tem na descrição os requesitos, se tiveres mais de 1 GB VRAM podes usar resolução 2k se tiveres menos de 1 GB VRAM usa o 1k. Se usares demasiados mods de textura pode causar CTD dependendo do teu hardware. Aparte de um dos patches officiais passados os unicos CTD que eu tive foi por causa de texturas quando eu tinha 4 GB de ram e a placa grafica antiga.

New vegas was not made by bethesda, they were the publishers but they didn´t made the game. As fort he next game I would love to see valenwood or blackmarsh, I´m hoping for a skyrim DLC in hamerfell since the next one is called redguard. They are still working on skyrim DLC and most likely fallout 4, they also bought stalker franchise so I wouldn´t be surprised to see a stalker game from bethesda and then comes elder scrolls VI.

Serana is the only vanilla follower I like because it has a story and we can interact with her. When bethesda said before skyrim was release that we could be friends with most of the characters in game and recruit them as followers I thought those characters would have a story of their own. Bethesda should look at new vegas followers.

Well I simply disabled the last dragon he absorbs with the console command and that fixed for me. I use dance of death.

Ok so I just finnished dragonborn DLC after I had to solve miraak final battle glitch with console command and I must say I´m surprised how small quests are in skyrim, when I played the companions quests and finnished them I was like ??? was this it? Then I tried the college and same reaction :S and now I was all happy playing dragonborn until I finnish the main quest and I´m still like WTH? Was this it? it happens everytime I´m getting really exited to see what comes next and then boom final quest -.- Honestly the questlines I played so far that are worth it are dawnguard DLC vampire questlines all the other questlines seem so small not to mention they are just go there and come back quests.Am I the only one thinking like this?

HAha, it sounds like you have one of those fake anti-viruses. Actually I use microsoft security essentials all updated and the antivirus acuses the virus but 1 or 2 seconds after it blocks my computer.

I had that virus 4 times, luckily I was able to remove it by starting my system with the recovery menu and get back in pc time when I didn´t had the virus then I just make a full scan with my antivirus and remove it. One of it I was able to just start in the safe mode and making a full scan and remove it. I hate that virus makes my blood boil when I start to see a blnk screen and then that notice that I´m downloading music (I don´t even hear music -.-) I get this virus often simply by browsing the internet with antivirus, it makes me think how dangerous the internet is for computers.

Well I know you can make a race with different bodies, I use CBBE vanilla but one of my followers uses UNP skinny, although I have to create oufits just for the UNP.

To me miraak just appeared once, although I already had dragon souls to use, since I don´t care for shouts.

Personally I buy every DLC for skyrim, worth it or not it adds more content :)

Well I´m used to do it by hand so I prefer that way, also I don´t use mods that are too complex and the armours or swords I want I just download the meshes and textures and then put them all into a single esp file.

The only problem I got with the the workshop once was that it was automatically uploading mods to my game and I don´t even go to the workshop -.- had to look for them then and unsubscribe. I prefer installing mods in the old fashioned way so I know what I´m putting into my game.

I like fighting dragons but they are really rare for me -.- don´t ask me why but ever since the game first came out I only got like 4 or 5 random dragons the rest are qust related so....

How much RAM do you have? How much VRAM do you have? Are you 32 bit or 64 bit? All that can make a difference if you are using too much HD texture mods. I used to be a 32 bit with 4 RAM and using HD textures would cause my game to CTD. I changed to 64 with 8 RAM and 1 VRAM and even so I get CTD if I use 2k textures so I have to stick with 1k.

There is at least one more DLC called redguard, since they filed a trademark for dawnguard, hearthfires, dragonborn and redguard and the last three being the skyrim DLC it´s safe to assume that we might get another DLC in hammerfell.

Been reading bethesda forums and according to this http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1437517-skyrim-dlc-pcps3-release-thread/ they will release information today I´m betting it´s a release date :D

I play third person, thank god the elder scrolls have that option, I really hate how first person is handled, it´s so retarded because in first person we are basically floating heads with arms for ears -.- I´m yet to see a first person game with a body with the right porpotions.

Last week people were waiting each day to come out in bethesda forums and bethesda ended up telling them not last week, so people are hoping for this week, thay said not last week so maybe this week we get at least some news or something. People are saying february out of nothing as well as bethesda will release it when the ps3 version is ready but there is nothing to support those rumors. Since dawnguard and hearthfire came out suddenly I wouldn´t be surprised if dragonborn appears on steam without notice XD

Some time ago I found out that steam had uninstalled all my games for no reason -.- then after hours forcing steam to install from the CD skyrim, all games were also installed :S Why do we need this useless software for single player games -.-
