Hey, babe. Carah's mod does not require Shivering Isles. The meshes / textures are in the BSA file with the down load.

There are a few files/commands to boost the graphics to 900x600. Take a look in the folders. Me, I have no complaints about the game. Been waiting a long time to see how Shodan got started.

I've wanted to play SS1 ever since I played SS2. Downloaded the game and started it. Jeez...it's difficult to remember graphics being that bad. But hey, I finally get to play, even if I can't find the code to get out of the first area. My heartfelt thanks for sharing the link.
