  1. Its still showing up on the "feed", but theres no file to go to when you click on it.
  2. Venison Stew made my mouth water... I would be happy to make the textures for these soups if someone could script out the linking of them to the different models. :)
  3. Yeah I do the sleep schedule too... cant wait for an essentials mod. I also eat and drink when I wake up in the morning and randomly during adventures. At least some ale and bread or cheese.
  4. So I just had this idea, is it possible to console cheat yourself to 50 or whatever the cap is, and still have your skills be the starting level (15 I think?) Would that make you too weak against the mobs since they would all be level-capped too? That way your skills would still be starter and have to level up, but your level wouldnt increase.
  5. Have to wait for the ck. But as my forum name suggests, I am totally for a fox maiden race mod. :D
  6. Some things to think on: Heavy armour in the game really is not practical IRL (and yes Im bringing real life in since this an RP thread), mainly because full-plate which is what a lot of these models are, was only used by knights in mounted combat. They type that was used for foot-based combat is field-plate or half plate which was mixed with chain mail. It covered only parts of the body, like the front of the legs, the hips, chest, shoulders and the like. You could easily jog in this stuff for short distances. All those movies where you see hordes of guys charging across a field in full plate armour? Thats just Hollywood being their usual stupid self. It just looks good in movies. So... I would suggest that the walking in heavy plate armour rule be modified to reflect this. Otherwise I think its a fairly good list. :) I do a lot of it already.
  7. I read that as "Become a dragon, customize looks!" and then had an image of a dragon holding scissors with a guy sitting before it. xD
  8. I guess its another case of me fumbling around until I can either figure it out or I give up since no one wants to help... >.> I edited the front of the texture so that theres a cord-strap across the front, but I think that the model for it is making the neckline stay cut out since there is no strap in the mesh.
  9. Its not contradictory, its just poorly worded in at least one spot. lol
  10. Then you need to make one... but I dont know how to do that. >.<
  11. "Showing off lots of skin," can be taken as sleazy.... Depends on how its being shown. I would like versions of the armour that shows off certain things but is still kinda-sorta practical. I know thats an odd juxtaposition, but its what Id like to see. Like maybe the cleavage shows and a shoulder, or the legs show below the "skirt"... stuff like that. Noctural I think is pretty neat, but I dont like how the neckline just hangs out like that with nothing to keep the robe from falling off the shoulders lol.
  12. Sheesh I had to go back 12 pages to find this...
  13. Did you happen to notice the Mechanima logo at the start? Thats a title given to "movies" made by basically hacking the game so that it does stuff that you normally cant, like getting run over by giant cabbages... its a lot of work, but the rewards can be hilarious. In part 1 there was a whole section where the character was getting killed by giant rabbits and stuff.
  14. I think the Nocturnal robe edits are really nice. But I only have one small little problem. The Wardrobe Malfunction neckline. lol Could someone with better editing skills than me, fix this so that there is either a higher neckline, or some sort of strap that goes across the breasts to hold it shut? Please. I dont care if its not a part of the mesh, a painted on cord would be fine for me. I tried it, but it didnt show up in the game.
  15. The way I do it is when redoing the texture, as in actually repainting it, I increase the file size beforehand. This makes it so that the game doesnt have to stretch 512*512 textures across some of the larger gaming screens like 1920 or 2000something. I suggest 1024, as the 2044 (I think?) can seriously chew up the graphics memory if you have a heaping ton of them loaded. Unless you have a beast of a computer.
  16. Yeah there were a couple that had some "insider-knowledge" that makes it only funny if youre said insider.
  17. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=no1fBQzVKQc&feature=player_embedded Part 2 is up... do NOT drink anything while watching this, especially not when you get to 100.
  18. This I agree on. I wouldn't want a three year old child sitting with me and seeing headless bodies spewing blood either. However, when/if I have kids, I am not going to be plopping them down in front of the computer/tv and letting that raise my kid for me. I plan on raising them like I was raised... sorta. lol I wont do all the damaging sheltering, but I'm not going to try and protect them from every little evil I could imagine.
  19. The HDR mods kinda do, but not to such a point that you need candles or torches to see in the dark.
  20. When I was little it was The Secret of Mana. My cousin and I spent days playing that game. Not really. If you read all of my post i said we played games like video games where you pulled the trigger, and watched cartoons that had similar. Video games were just starting to gain a foothold in the US, when I was little. And really none of use grew up to be raving psychopaths because of it. But thats your opinion, and it differs from mine.
  21. Firebug... I dont know how old you are, but when I was litte, we watched Buggs Bunny, and GI Joe, and Transformers, and played silly cowboy and indian games complete with cap-firing guns and playing dead. NONE of us grew up emotionally damaged because of it. Hell, Transformers and Bugs Bunny had death scenes in it. GI Joe was pretty santized so you never saw the COBRA cannon-fodder getting killed... But to the OP, I am not trying to talk you out of wasting your time (Im not really), if youre that deadset on it, go for it, but you're not doing your kid any favours.
  22. Why not let your kid play it as is? I guarantee you that your child has seen worse than whats in this game, unless you're one of those types that shelters their children from EVERYTHING. And let me tell you, sheltering your child so that he/she ends up like a "greenhouse flower" does them no favours. I was raised in such a manner, and I resent my family for doing so. It took me years to... "un-brainwash" myself (there's a better way of expressing, that I just cant think of it). I know that they meant well by doing so, but it doesn't do you any good for when you grow up and have to take care of yourself. That's not to say I'm socially inept or still tied to my mothers aprons, I just had some psychological/emotional issues because of it. Anyway, that's likely TMI, so I will end it with, it's ok to censor what your kids watch, its not okay to censor your kids so much that when they encounter stuff on their own, they won't be able to cope properly. If its the exploring part you want, why not look for a game that has exploring as its main theme instead of wasting ALL this time sanitizing a game? I can even point you to a game, where (as far as I know), you dont have to fight if you dont want, and you cant even see it when people fight the monsters. It's called Wakfu, its REALLY cute, and its very child-friendly. It's an mmo, but its quite low on the computer specs, and its free to play.
  23. Just wait. I hear talk of a morrowind port/remake mod for Skyrim.
