This is a phenomenon that sometimes happens when a game is getting older.
You can block tags if you don't want to see these kinds of mods anymore. In this case I would recommend blocking "Sexy/Skimpy" and "Sexualised Content".

No, that is another file, uploaded by a complerely different person.
Files are scanned through VirusTotal, using a whole bunch of different AVs, from the most popular ones to entirely obscure AVs. Unfortunately new types of malware sometimes gets through every single one of them.
Since this issue has been resolved I am going to lock this thread, so as to avoid more misinformation being spread.
