  1. don't forget to actually get rid of the mods in the skyrim folder. the backup is just in case you decide to install them again, so you don't have to re-download them. But I have to say, the way the steam workshop works is pretty shitty for skyrim. Maybe you should think about using the nexus as mod source, since here you get actual mod files and can manage them properly with one of the mod managers out there. That'll probably save you a lot of trouble in the long run.
  2. he's talking about loot. if you run loot you have a little window with 3 buttons. there you hit "sort plugins" and after a short time it will open a new window, where you just click "apply" in the right corner. After that a new window will open again. That window is the report, tabbed in "Summary" and "Details". Copy the detailed list and paste them like ripple mentioned above. That way we'll know what mods you are using and hopefully figure out whats wrong.
  3. NMM does nothing by itself, by steam sure set up all your previous mods. And a disabled mod isn't a uninstalled mod. the files are still there and can cause problems with your game, just like you are experiencing right now. back them up and remove them from your skyrim folder and you should have a full functioning vanilla skyrim. From there you can beginn to carefully add mods. I wonder though, how in the seven hells did you manage to get 377 running? as far as I know there is a cap around 254, which can only be bypassed by merging plugins.
  4. Ah yes, I know that feeling, I too had to go two steps back, asking "What?" even now I'm struggeling to reconstruct where I got which folder First: what you need: 1.: The injector, somewhere not far from the mainpage of ENB. That's the program itself 2.: the enbseries_skyrim archive/folder. it contains the folders "Injector Version" (which we'll ignore) and WrapperVersion, which is the folder mentioned in the description. 3. ENBoost 5_0_xxxx, which contains three folders for three different videocard manufacturers. not sure abot the last two, which I got where Second: what you have to do: 1. unpack the injector in your skyrim directory 2. go to the archive/folder with the "WrapperVersion" and put it in your skyrim directory too. 3. go to the atchive with the different videocard manufactures, select the manufacturer of your card and then the amount of VRAM your card has. put that enblocal.ini to the rest of the enb stuff in your skyrim directory. Note that those files do not belong in the data folder, they belong in the main directory where the TESV.exe is.
  5. SMME what you posted is the monitor I mentioned above. Would be nice if you would edit your last post if you have something to add a few minutes later, instead of double/triple posting. helps to keep it clear. and please read the stuff I write carefully, I've already given you any further info regarding the reason behind your current crash in my post above.
  6. as mentioned above, you are missing one or more plugins, which are required by one or more you have active. check your active files and their masters/parents. And here again: please keep this to one thread, there is no need to open a 2nd with basicly the same content
  7. let's contain your troubleshoot in one thread, not two...
  8. you're welcome ;) crash after bethesda logo? check your mods, you are missing a parent plugin random? get skyrim monitor to check RAM/Vram usage. -> SMME for RAM issue, ENBoost for VRam certain place/action every time? most likely conflicting mods, have to have more info
  9. unobtainable just means that you can't get them via normal gameplay. that excludes glitches like the one you got your first bolt with, same goes for the console.
  10. install loot, it sorts your plugins in the best possible way and gives a nice report windows, which gives a complete list of your plugins too.
  11. why ask that on the nexus forums and not on steam? why do you use the workshop anyway? ^^
  12. if you were missing a dependencie in the first place, reinstalling everything just can not solve your problem.
  13. The notes are usually always there, if you are 100% sure you are doing it already, you can ignore that. warnings or errors shouldn't be ignored though  always SKSE, doesn't matter if you use the .exe directly or use NMM, just don't use steam since steam launches the launcher, which launches teh TESV.exe. you would have to fiddle with the files to get steam to launch SKSE. SKSE sort of mounts the game itself. is the game running on it's own, SKSE isn't active.
  14. yes, just don't forget to save :> in case of the dlc loot recognices the change and shouldn't tell you anymore that there are dirty edits. but that's only the case with the official dlc, other mods need cleaning as well, but loot won't recognise whether it's alredy cleaned or not.
  15. don't know how to fix the cooking crashes other then re-install and try everything, but to clarify: LOOT is BOSS' successor and basicly both are operated the same way. only difference is how they work internally and there LOOT is superior.
  16. The unoffcial patches. every single one of them. one for skyrim itself and one for every dlc. I'm not entirely sure, but I think with the Overhaul I posted + the patches you should be good to go. The infos an the mod page are a bit outdated, since the weapon and armor fixes are a part the unofficial patches today. At least that's what BOSS/LOOT report is telling me.
  17. *withstanding the urge to pm you with some gibberish in polish* :pirate: But seriously: unusual bug indeed. Can't narrow it down to anything specific, but try using LOOT. Won't hurt and helps making your mods get along with each other as good as possible. What it does: looks trough your mods and sorts them in the best order. maybe that will fix your trade window too.
  18. As far as I know: 1. body and head are completly seperated in the file structure. That's why there are dozen of body mods and they all work with all those quadriziollon face mods 2. you have to differ between the body and the skeleton as well. I've played with the vanilla skeleton for a very long time and then switched to XP32 because I wanted dual sheath. For you, the player, there is no optical difference. It's just how the game processes your animations and such things. Don't know how exacly the Lunari mods handels the body, but I guess, from other race mods, it uses the default body. Meaning if you want the UNP body, install and be happy. If you want the CBBE, install and be happy. Same goes for all the other variations as well. If the mod comes with a special outfit it is likely made for one specific body type, but you don't have to wear that anyway.
  19. If you have the 2k texture mod, you can and should get rid of the official high res pack. Crashing after the bethesda logo is caused by a missing dependencie, meaning one or more plugins require another to start. Thats checked on startup and if anything is missing, it says "screw you" and kicks you back to your desktop :P look trough your installed plugins with a mod manager of your choice and check if which plugin is required, but missing.
  20. first of all: inofficial patches. download them from the nexus, easy to find. Second: make yourself know with the basics of Tes5Edit. Boss already told you, that there are dirty edits in the DLCs, which should be cleaned. it also provides a link to a cleaning guide in the report. Same goes for other mods, if the report says so. Watch out for notes in the report in general. third: switch from BOSS to LOOT, it's it's successor and superior. edit: crafting overhaul, also comes in handy, fixes many bugs/oversights related to crafting
  21. What's that exactly about the crashes? random or at certain points? If your rig isn't at it's limits yet, replace the HiRes DLC with 2k textures or something similiar, the official dlc is known to cause instability and the textures itself are.. well, resolution? yes? high? not so much  if the crashes are random, there is a skyrim performance monitor, use it to check if it's a memory issue. Other than that, I see nothing worth mentioning, but I never used many of your mods.
  22. Next time you post a mod list, please use a spoiler and use a boss/loot report window to copy from. this is a pain to read and thus difficult to pinpoint a possible cause of your problem and it isn't even a complete list of what is actually loaded. Talking about your problem: You definetly have something regarding weapons in your game, because in the vanilla game there is nothing like a halberd or a tonto. Judging from these weapons being invisible, I guess there is the .esp in your data folder, but the meshes are missing. I think it's Immersive Weapons. Don't know how you managed to get those in without knowing...
  23. the SKSE.ini isn't there by default, you have to make one via editor/notepad whatever. basicly it's just a simple textfile with a different fileending, giving additional parameters.
  24. Sounds like a tutorial "i'll drop your heal to command you to take a potion" combined with lower healt then normal cause of a mod. But I don't remember Skyrim having something like that. Maybe one of your mods? Would be something related to a new start.
