  1. Depends souly on your computer's specs, unless you state them no one can really tell you.
  2. Same way you ported the meshes, you should be able to tell what the textures are needed in Nifskope or just by the textures name being close to the meshes.
  3. Perhaps because Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 3 are different games and contain different resources, FNV may not contain the textures you need for those meshes.
  4. Gribbleshnibit8: I sure would love a copy of that plugin, for some reason its not working when I do it...which is really odd LOL.
  5. I posted on your comments in the Niner mod section: "A clean save does NOT mean you start over, a clean save is when you leave the area effected by the mod you wish to uninstall (I suggest going to Goodsprings Victor's shack). Save there. Now uninstall the mod causeing the problem The Rockwell mod it seems to be. Load the game WITHOUT that mod, save again and exit the game. Do not reinstall the problem mod, its broken. Your game should work now. If it does NOT then your save is keeping the broken areas, sadly you will need to go back to a different save before entering the strip. This has nothing to do with Niner, and everything to do with the problem mod." Pretty much then your save is keeping the data in it, and nothing anyone can really do for you.
  6. You can read up on others haveing the Vault 21 missing problem on the mods page: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/47724
  7. Truthfully neither is "better" then the other, simply a different option and more options is always a good thing. I use WMX, I have used Antistar's work for a very long time and know him to be a good dependable modder with high quality work. Also the fact that he made the FO3 mod Weapon Modification Kits that the game makers decided to copy to put into FNV means to me he has the right idea.
  8. Your adding tags to your own mod so yes 99 is correct, mod users are just making suggested tags when they vote one up.
  9. You need to include the .tri and .egm files it will crash if your not includeing them all.
  10. With fan art and the like you will need to get permission from the actual artist, you can always check out: http://www.deviantart.com/ But again you will want to get permission, its just like asking to use someone elses mod.
  11. You may wish to try PMing Capt Mitch since he offered to help you, as I am sure he is rather bit busy to check on all the forum posts.
  12. I use NVInteriors Project together with AWOP just fine, make sure you pick up the you know NVInteriors Project AWOP patch thats what its there for.
  13. Yes, its well known for its crashes. Mostly because of mod conflicts, if two mods edit the same item (especially if its been deleted by one of the mods) it can cause a crash. Since AWOP edits a huge amount of stuff its of course going to conflict more then most mods, you will have to go through and decide which you like better AWOP or the mod that is conflicting.
  14. Crashes like that means your missing a master file, you downloaded a mod that requires another mod to be installed and turned on. Its gonna have to be up to you to find out which mod it is, try useing Wyre Bash or FNVEdit to make it easier on you.
  15. Perhaps you should post it in the TTW forums rather then a site its not currently legal to be on?
  16. I would assume the same way you installed the Skyrim Bash, just put it in the Fallout new vegas directory. There is also a readme in it, open the folder called mopy and there is a doc Wrye Bash.html
  17. Pretty much 90% of all utility programs that came out for Skyrim where used by Fallout before Skyrim came out. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/35003
  18. First, open http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/ You see on the upper right hand side, where it says SEARCH.... Type in Boss, scroll down to the last entry where it says BOSS. Download BOSS and run BOSS.
  19. Why not just use BOSS? You know it was for Fallout BEFORE it was for Skyrim lol.
  20. Well if you can not figure it out, send me a copy and I can try and walk you through it. Its really not hard, it really just shows you a list of items and if you apply the cleaning filter anything that is green is a edited vanilla item making it simpler to find, the filter does nothing unless you specifically tell it to.
  21. Load the .esp/.esm up in FNVedit and you can see all the edits you made in the world space, it will prolly be in the "thestripworldnew". You can then see everything you edited and just delete whatever you accidently edited (even deleted in GECK).
  22. Looks like Izumiko's permissions is: Reproduction to other uploader, etc. Please refrain from things that this MOD files. Which to me means, please refrain from using these items in any other mods. So in other words, PM him/her be with a very simple request. Make sure you spell everything correctly, and do not make long drawn out sentences. Simply ask if you may use some of his items from whatever mod you want, make sure its simple for best translation if he needs one.
