Way too many mods that spawn new things constantly. Lots of script trouble makers too. I'd take a chain saw to that list.

Crashing at that point usually means an esp. cannot find its master file. A patch for a mod you don't have would do that.

Problem 2 sounds like a physics problem, is your FPS above 60? Skyrims engine gets flaky above 60 and causes things to fly around as well as endless loadscreens. High FPS is not an achievement to be sought in Skyrim. I have mine limited to 40.

On the front page you will see Gophers " modding for beginners" or something. Hunt down his YouTube site and he will save you much grief.

ENBoost, optimized 1k textures from the communities finest artists, don't use Beths hi res DLC, go very easy on mods that spawn a lot of things.

Sounds like a missing master. Check your new mods for dependency on other mods..

Better FPS with a gay Skyrim? It's a very malleable (modding) fantasy game. It can be whatever you want it to be and is the last place I want progressive social ideas for reconstructing society baked into scripts.

Pull them out of your pex files in the scripts folder and put them on your desktop. Run the game without them. It should be fine, if it isn't, put them back in from the desk top and do more hunting for answers.

Stats from Steam may not be accurate. I always play offline and Steam has a tiny fraction of my stats recorded.

Depends on the "bug". Spiders have full citizenship, Ants are ignored unless they are raiding my refrigerator. Earwigs are Thalmor and are dealt with accordingly. And anyway, keeping doors closed won't keep bugs out and on a microscopic scale your hide is infested with bugs, so you are never keeping life out so don't be bugged.

There are some real texture artists here who can make an optimized 1k look far better than 2k and even give performance a boost.

All those extra patrols, birds, monsters etc. is what is eating up your ram. Spawning things all the time every where. Thin out the spawning herds would help. I've used ATTK as an essential tool since it came out. Look for excellently made and optimized 1k textures. There are more than a few gifted texture artists here. I recently got a retex of Whiterun that not only made it incredibly better visually but also gave me a 5fps boost in Whiterun.

This sounds vaguely familiar so excuse my vague advice. I think you need to install the latest NMM and also uninstall and reinstall BOSS and then run it. Revalidating your cache tends to trash BOSS and NMM setups I seem to remember reading somewhere.

I've got ..... Amd II X 4 640 proc, 3.00gh windows 7 64 bit 8.00 gb ram Geforce GTX 650 Res. 1920 X1080 (60 Hz) 1. I was wondering if I got a Geforce GTX 660 Ti, could I just swap it out with the 650 without doing anything else? 2. Is my untrained eye correct in guessing the 660 Ti is perhaps 3 X better than the 650? Any advice would be most welcome!

I can't be much help but I have read about this. It has something to do with clothing or armor involving Ashara I think, or whoever the lead female is in the Dark Brotherhood. Sorry, it is a vague clue. Perhaps google the issue.

Been having a delightful time trying to start a game of Skyrim. All mods inactive, bring them online one by one, yada yada yada. Nightmare, CTDs trying to get near whiterun, just won't work, start again , similar fate. Cant get near theBleakfalls Barrow, CTD, can't loot, CTD, can't talk to Delphine, CTD. And then I notice that NMM is not deactivating everything. It left the esp's of Sounds of Skyrim active in the load order and even viewed two of them as esm's! Also the esp of Realistic Ragdolls was left active and in place. All through the saves I was making. Perhaps that was the root of my problem. I've just got a game going and don't know if my problems are over yet. So the TL:DR........................ don't trust NMM to deactivate all things, check your files and plugin lists and save yourself some grief perhaps..

I believe the author is recovering from eye surgery and is going to modularize all aspects of the mod. So I expect you will see it back in a new form when it is complete.
