It sounds like you're using the 1.6 version without the armor fixes your options would be to add the fixes, uninstall & just use the original vanilla body, or uninstall 1.6 & install the 1.3 version

It's currently impossible to do a proper dwarf AKA "little person" or "LP" ("Midget" is a negative term) as the weight variable is broken in Fallout 3

The only time a FOSE-based mod crashed for me was when I didn't use FOSE. So are you launching FOSE or just Fallout3?

I have a different theory. I think the problem is that unlike disc 1, the installer for the DLC doesn't use external ".cab" files so the computer has to load the whole 2.03 GB file into memory before it can even run whereas with Fallout3 a computer only loads a small installer then seems to take from the cab files as needed,

Settings: didn't seem to affect the birth lockup I couldn't say exact what it was that worked but in the advanced options all boxes are checkmarked, all the dropdown lists are set to "high" & all sliders are roughly in the middle in all the tabs. though if you use an older system that may be to much for it to handle well. I hope I was able to help.

When that happened to me, the only thing that worked for me was tuning up the settings in the default launcher. it didn't seem to matter that I had let it decide the settings for itself. after I upped the settings a bit in the "Advanced..." button I was able to play the game.

Personally I'd like to see Beth use an IdTech engine, not saying those engines aren't good but I'd like to see Beth to work with a sister company that knows game engine as opposed to going outside ZeniMax Media for the game engine

that sounds like Fomm wasn't installed to the same location that FO3 was installed to.Please try reinstalling FOMM

From what I can tell Morrowind ran on the NetImmerse engine which is the preceding engine to Gamebryo. While I don't expect an improvement (at least not a significant one) with New Vegas. I hope in future titles that engine & implementation are both improved

a quick question: Did you install FOSE? FOSE is not compatible with LIVE. And your computer should still have your Saves that you had when LIVE was active just look in C:\Users\<UserName>\Documents\My Games\Fallout3

Yeah, sounds like you may need to reinstall Fallout3 then Geck (you might've deleted a Fallout3 file that Geck needs)

I think it depends on the situation but first a size comparision ROTF Optimus: 32 feet tall (10.7m) (Source) L-Prime: 40 feet tall (12.2 m) (source) Imho that battle could either way, if Optimus isn't actively looking for any pesky humans he could hold his own (the forest battle) but if he's distracted he's Nuked EDIT : if Optimus was able to win Liberty may end up self-destructing ending it in a draw with both becoming scrap
