It sounds like you may have another mod that may be altering her that doesn't change her appearance When I have this sort of problem I load my modlist up in >FO3Edit< & look to see if there are any extra instances of the NPC in the list that may cause a conflict. Good luck

It may help if you checkmarked the "Can be all races" box on her NPC window in GECK, Ithat has helped me in the past with making the skintones a little closer match

Yeah, It should be safe I have Fallout3 GOTY installed since last year & haven't heard of any "Fallout killed my computer!" stories either. Hard drives do go bad.

on increasing visual range, have you checked out >Fallout 3 Configator< ?

My hunch is that we haven't seen the last of GECK, in-game or the modding tool

1- Optimus only issues his famous "Autobots, transform & roll out!" command when he isn't in the immediate vicinity of an enemy. 2- Cybertronians (Transformers) don't generally refer to themselves as "Transformers", they usually say what "faction" they are in (Autobot, Decepticon) So I've got to disagree as I don't think liberty has over the horizon nuke-lobbing capabilities or would let them get close & allow them to drop their quard

FOMM's package manager wouldn't setup FOSE correctly as FOSE goes in the "Fallout 3" folder & package manager would put it in Fallout 3's "Data" folder. I am a fan of unpacking the mods then using the package manager to "create from folder" after I check the file structure & readme

your problem is that you're putting FOSE in the "Data" folder. It actually goes in the "Fallout 3" folder that the "Data" folder is in Welcome to the Nexus

With me I'll take a "wait & see" approach with Starcraft II & Diablo III to see If I want to even have them on my computer, though the high price tag doesn't help Starcraft II's cause. I personally liked WoW's look but I didn't like the feeling I was paying to work (not play) in a fantasy world. I would love an offline version of WoW though

sounds like it needs archive Invalidation if you use >FOMM< & use the "Toggle Invalidation" button to apply archive invalidation. that just means that Fallout3 will look outside the original .BSA for textures too. if you don't use FOMM >ArchiveInvalidation Invalidated< will work too.

If you installed the DLC that should have patched your game to 1.7 aswell. but on to your problem there are a couple of fixes but it depends on how you want to play the game. if you want to use LIVE with your game you would need to update the LIVE component or if you want to play offline or with >FOSE< you'll want to get >FOMM< & after you set that up go to "Tools" then "install tweaker" & checkmark the "use fake xlive.dll" box. Hope that helped.

Did you remember the necessary "Chargen Face Preset" npc's? I'd setup at least one for male & one for female. Since this is a duplicate of the Hispanic race, an easy way is to find hispanic npc's you like & save a copy of them & you'll want new formId's & set them as the new race & checkmark the "is Chargen Face Preset" box. If all goes well that should fix that crashing.

I don't think it's released ATM but I don't see any harm in asking zomb_killer if it would be OK to use the body as a basis for fem-mutants

I wonder if zomb_killer's super-buff fem race (I don't know it's name) could be a good place to start for a She-Mutant just search "fitness" in the Uploaded images warning "Cute fitness girl" image has her in a very shear outfit

the "Companion wheel" seems really cool, I would like to see a mod that let's it work on nearly all npc's though, like a SCC or "groovy follower" type of mod
