i remembered how early on in the game, during that 1 quest for Moira where you research radiation sickness, she tells you that youve developed a "bit of a benign mutation" that makes your limbs regenerate when you are irradiated. so based on that, i did not release the virus, because my LW was a mutant. i made Lyons do it, but only because i thought maybe id get to continue playing afterwards, and it was poorly designed so there was no option other than me or her.

i think its really funny that i can kill children, rape captives (its a mod), and enslave the entire population of a town, but im still a local hero because i give lots of money to the church that worships a bomb and waits eagerly for "Atom" to "come in the cloud, and make every eye blind with his glory, and every ear deaf with the thunder of his voice!" i mean, even if my guy WASNT a serial rapist and murderer, that church is creepy, theyre like a suicide cult. why is donating to them a good thing?

the way Dad makes you clear out Project Purity for him by yourself because he "isnt a capable fighter". excuse me? remember that epic journey we just went on from Vault 112 to Rivet City? you know, that trip in which you killed a raider in a knife fight? the trip on which you not only attacked a giant radioactive mutant bear with your bare hands, but chased after it when it tried to run away from us? the trip where i almost died because your bloodthirsty old ass insisted on killing every living thing that we encountered?

them being hideous now is kind of the idea. maybe they WERE pretty at some point, but having all of your skin fall off kind of has a negative affect on your attractiveness. but yeah i know what youre saying. i took Gob's Merc Grunt outfit one time, forgetting for a moment that ivge got a nude mod. *shudders*

how is it that everyone is fooled by the simulation, when the culdesac they live on has no outlet? its a closed circle. also, why do none of the adults care that Timmy Neusbaum and i are having an epic fist fight to the death all over the street? we were literally fighting back and forth around the whole culdesac, up into peoples yards and back out again, there was blood EVERYWHERE. IRL we both would have succumb to exsanguination for sure. it was like in Family Guy when Peter fights the chicken man. and yet, none of the adults tried to break up the 2 ten year olds beating each other to death, instead they covered their heads and ran away screaming "IM OUT OF HERE!!" as if there was a gun battle, rather than 2 children fighting. and finally, why did people blame Mrs. Rockwell for the murder of Ms. Simpson, when i beat her to death with the rolling pin out in the street in full view of everyone?

i lack the modding skill to make it myself, but basically i want something like the AT Dungeonkeeper mod for Oblivion (which aded a large underground prison/torture chamber, and various spells that allowed you to take prisoners, order them around, torture them with various devices, etc.) you can see the mod im talking about here. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9434 if someone were to make something similar to that for FO3, it would be the greatest mod to date imo. ive got something in mind like, a hatch in the ground somewhere leading to a subterranean prison with a couple cells, and a device or something added to the game with the mod that lets you mark a spot and then teleport NPC's to it (so you can take prisoners and move them to the cells) and maybe also there could be a room with a chair and a control panel and if you push the button on the panel it sends an electric shock through the chair. and you could add a way to order prisoners to sit on the chair. its definitely beyond MY capability, but all that and a lot more was in the Oblivion mod, and as it uses the same engine im sure one of you could do it.

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=9433 heres a mod that adds a holding area for slaves/prisoners west of Megaton. unfortunately theres no mod that lets you teleport NPC's, so theres no way to GET the prisoners there :( the one above is no good to me, it only works with EC 0.90 and i have 0.75 (no script extender)

i want a mod that makes ammo significantly more scarce, but changes nothing else so that it wont conflict with the many other mods im using. does any such mod exist?

i would like US Army troops for the Enclave Commandr mod. as in, guys with the US Army power armor and regular combat helmets. so theyd look like the guys on the Anchorage War Memorial.

i cant get any nude mods to work. i extract textures and meshes to my data folder and merge with the existing files, but in the game everybody still has the default underwear/undershirt. could it have something to do with me downloading the R18 bodies for the animated prostitution mod? what do you suggest?

because the game assumes you will be wearing a Vault 101 jumpsuit. which i wasnt, i stripped naked so they wouldnt realize i was not one of them (a wastelander). of course it didnt work :/

tbh man, coke still being drinkable 200 years after the nuclear war isnt unrealistic. what IS unrealistic is that theres any cokes left anywhere in the wasteland. i mean, everybody in this game has apparently been living off of food from vending machines for THEIR ENTIRE LIVES. theres no farms or infrastructure or anything like in the other FO games. where does the food come from??? theres a couple cows, but its unclear what the cows eat. and seriously, 200 years later theres food in a SUPERMARKET? there wouldnt be food left in a supermarket FIVE years after the nuclear war, let alone HUNDREDS. also, what exactly do Raiders do? NPC's talk as if they attack Megaton sometimes, but they never do. and they arent raiding caravans like in the other FO games, because there ARE no caravans. what do they do all day? chill, and hope a non-raider wanders into their camp?

i dont feel guilty, doing bad things in games usually makes me chuckle. the more extreme the better. when i first met the drug addict in Rivet City and he asked me for psycho, i forced him to take his clothes off and suck my %&$! at gunpoint, then when i got bored of that i shot him in the face, dismembered the body with my sword, and threw the pieces into the Potomac. thats also what i did to Three Dog in retaliation for him blackmailing me into fixing his dish, minus throwing the pieces into the Potomac. should have just told me what i wanted to know. i also like to get drunk and then chase those guys who ask for purified water for miles away from town beating them with the repellent stick (so they dont die too quickly. i wish there was a bullwhip). sometimes i cripple their legs and leave them with just a sliver of health left, in hopes that something nasty will get them as they are hobbling back to the gates. one time Carlos from Rivet City got shot by super mutants that way :D other times i like to invite girls back to my place, and then as soon as the door is closed i beat them to death with a baseball bat and then either blow the body to bits with high explosives (in my purpose-built basement room) or dismember them with a sword and stuff as many pieces as possible in the toilet. i also like to enslave people, but until i find a mod that makes collared slaves not fight back when you hit them, its kind of hard to play a sadistic, evil slaver.

well, ive tried to download nude mods for both male and female (i dont like how when you take off their leather breeches+ammo belts or their skimpy nightgown, they magically have freshly washed underwear and a white undershirt. it doesnt make any sense) i extract the textures/meshes to my data file and merge them with the existing textures/meshes as i did for Oblivion nude mods, and quite simply it doesnt work. ive tried this with several different mods, and it has never worked. any ideas what the problem could be? also, is there any one mod that has nude models for both male and female? i didnt see any.

get the script extender working? specifically, i want to run Enclave Commander, and i understand i need the FOSE. ive downloaded it but i have no idea how to get it working

is there a mod that makes it so that after you mezz and collar a slave, they wont fight back if you hit them? because i always cripple their legs before collaring them so that i can keep up with them, but if i use my slave-beating stick they try to fight me and i have to kill them. id like it if i could "force" them to keep running, but as it is i cant. not very slaverish.

hey, I really want a whip for my slaver. is there anything like that out there? and if not can i convince somebody to make 1 for me? it can't be that hard. or can it?
