It is a very long shot but you can try talking to the editors or publishers of PCgamer magazine and mention that your file contains the most prettiest female character in fallout 4. Try that. Worth a shot. I guess.

Search your skyrim folder. It should be there. Look for the name and its file type of " NPC file " If you use Racemenu or ECE, you don't really need SPF. You just need Nifmerge and Export head nif from CharGen SKSE folder.. just saying.

I have PC, xbox 360, Wii, android tablet, and iPad which I use to play games. I mostly use PC for everything including gaming. Xbox 360 and Wii are now gathering dust.

For my experience, ENB can greatly increases my loading time, but only when I first boot up skyrim.

Try using ENB (like Matso ENB, project ENB, or K ENB). It may enhance your characters/NPCs appearances.
