How frequent is the CTD? If just once time after adding a new mod. I think it is just "normal". Sometimes, you cannot avoid CTDs. I also had this experience whatever I added a new mod. my FO4 always CTD the first time. After I load my savegame again, it works like normal.... no CTD second time.

Is your 7zip program latest version? I also had that problem in the past whenever I use a outdated version of 7zip program to extract some 7z or rar.

Look for the meshes nif and textures dds files of that lollipop bikini. Add it through creation kit to create esp. like any other armor. If you can... You even alter its body slot number so it won't be incompatible to other armors. That way, your character can wear the bikini while wearing something else.

Number of reasons: slow internet, poor wifi connection, slow computer, site not working, etc. From your screenshot, Look like your wifi connection has exclamation mark triangle symbol. Better check your WiFi connection.

Each mod should have a description to tell you where to put them. Master files like dawnguard.... should be top part. Next ECE/racemenu/FNIS.... esp etc. Next armors/textures/followers.... esps etc. But of course, it is all depend on your mods , Improvise your load order if necessary.

Do you have ENB? If so, try disabling it or try using those performance boost tweak options for ENB. It may improve your FPS.

If you haven't found a solution, try these if you have nifskope. You have to do this trial and error.... lots of it. depends on the mod author's resistance and how strongly that the people complain, really. I doubt a single unknown person/troll (or any newly registered users) who complain about it will cause the mod author comply to the wishes of some unknown troll... eh person. If sufficient amount of people who complains and staff or moderation team involved into it, the mod author probably will have to remove it whether the mod author like it or not.

Even if you did complain to them, most likely they will probably reply you with generic professional thank-you courtesy and they will forward the message to someone (to the trash bin). .... unless you gather people who support your idea and take legal action against the game devs.

How long have you waited after you click on "new game"? probably your computer is just loading very very slowly. Have you tried the troubleshooting ideas mentioned in Skyrim Unbound? It should have some kind of resolution for you... maybe. How about uninstalling and reinstalling Skyrim and your mods?

Sounds like the custom cbbe meshes weren't in the appropriate folder. Did you place your custom body files in the appropriate meshes folder?

Redownload the mod to get the textures. Did you Save dds file with generated mipmaps? if not, probably it is good idea to do so

Did you try more lightweight/performance ENB version? Probably your computer can't handle ENB. ENB can be pretty taxing on computer.

Sounds normal situation for computer with long list of mods. Random CTDs probably caused by lack of memory, overworking/bogged down CPU, and/or incompatible mods when encountered a certain event. Load stutter issues probably caused by very high intensive graphics settings... too much for your computer, I guess.

Probably your computer reached its memory and/or temperature limit. Check/limit mods (especially textures) to minimize vram usage. Try to minimize any background apps/software running while gaming. Does your computer have sufficient cooling system to keep the temperature in check while gaming? Overheating can cause game freeze. There is a list of bugs encountered on this website.
