I doubt that such mod exist because you can easily use " Wait " function. Almost instant, you just have to "wait" a few seconds until it's daytime or nighttime.

Looks like those chairs came from one of your mods. You probably have better chances to fix purple chairs by properly install that particular mod(s). Doing verify cache or reinstalling skyrim wouldn't fix this unless you also reinstall your mods and their requirements. Please install that certain mod(s) and their requirements correctly. If you already correctly install all the mods, it is probably mod author's bug issue or something.

Simple, they want those kind of mods. They have preferences... just like you who prefers Skyrim as Skyrim and Fallout as Fallout. Playing Skyrim or Fallout with big tits follower is thrilling and fun to some people. Installing mods that related to their favorite anime/game/what-so-ever-stuff into Skyrim or Fallout is fun and enjoyable for some people. Can't help it.
