  1. Improved Camera has a option in the ini to disable the body during the intro. But, if you use Alternate Start it breaks the bFixSkyrimIntro option causing the body to appear throughout the intro scene. Anyone know how to solve this?
  2. Enhanced Blood Textures has a couple of different blood textures for certain NPC's types. For example; Dwemer NPC's bleed oil instead of red blood. If the Dwemer are able to bleed a different type of blood texture (oil) then I assume there is a way to assign blood textures to NPC types? I want to assign a different blood texture for magic wielding NPC's, such as Mages and Necromancers, so they bleed a specific type of blood. Is this possible?
  3. I too would appreciate a option to automatically remove the notification after clicking on it or marking it as read. It's a major hassle to go through each notification one by one and have to click the three dots, then click the remove option. Too many clicks. It actually acts as a incentive to not use the site to it's full potential. Although I've been removing the notifications one by one, I'd rather not. I stopped tracking many mods just to keep the number of notifications lower so I don't have as many notifications to manually remove. It was still annoying though so I took the most drastic step and simply disabled all notifications for the time being. I might miss a notification when a author released a mod or when someone replies to one of my comments, but at least I won't have to go through all those clicks just to remove all those notifications one by one.
  4. I use Enhanced Vanilla Trees along with HQ Bark and Vanilla HD Tree Branches. When generating LOD's with TexGen/DynDOLOD will it use the textures from HQ Bark and HD Vanilla Branches?
  5. Hi all. There is a broken vanilla brazier. I fixed it using CK but I don't know how to turn it into a mod. I'd like to upload the fix and share it with the community. Help?

  7. The SkyUI weapons pack is a mod that adds icons for the different weapon types. For example; quarterstaffs currently use a hammer icon. But, with this mod it'll give quarterstaffs their own icon that looks good and is fitting. It also provides many other icons for different weapon types. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/37231?tab=posts The only problem with this mod is that it conflicts with a handful of files that Frostfall uses which results in the warmth and coverage values looking messed up. Could someone take a look at it and see if it could be patched? Thanks for looking :) Fingers crossed.
  8. During the intro, once you're inside Helgen Keep, you'll reach a room that has a few hanging prisoner cages. The cages are supposed to contain skeletons. But, the skeletons are on the floor instead of the cage as if they've fallen out. Any ideas what is happening here? I opened Creation Kit and the skeletons have 'no havok settle' checked. I don't know what to do to fix this. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance :)
  9. Not sure which game you're inquiring about, but you can find mod list with a Google search. Some users will upload mod guides to Nexus that will walk you through the setup of a build step by step. Some of these builds will have 10 mods and some are up to 1000 mods. Take your pick :) Not sure if you're talking about Skyrim SE, but here is a example of a mod guide that will instruct you how to make a stable build: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/40407 The modder who made this guide is pretty good and the build is not bad IMO.
  10. You're not supposed to discuss these matters? I wasn't aware because there is a thread that announces warnings and bans... that made me think these matters are publicly discussed. Sorry for that moderators. Lock or delete this if necessary. If users are asking the same question, and the answer to that question isn't available, then why would someone reply rudely to that inquiry? If the modder doesn't want to post that information then that is up to them, but don't treat people bad for asking. That's not nice, it's not responsible, it's not considerate, and the Nexus community shouldn't treat each other that way. Sure, I became abrasive and said 'idiot' but only after the other person was abrasive to me. For some reason my emotions and the way I'm treated aren't considered. I've learned something today. In the future I'll stay quiet. Instead, I'll start reporting rude people without saying anything. Thanks for the responses :)
  11. I asked a question on a mod page because the information I was looking for wasn't in the description page and I didn't find the answer in the comments. The modder rudely replied to my question, "Yes. Asked, answered and explained several times again." Why is this person being rude because I asked a question? I replied saying "Here's a thought, if you have to keep answering and explaining then how about putting this info in the description so we don't have to ask? Viola! Problem solved. You rude Idiot." Nexus gave me a formal warning? EDIT: It's informal warning, not a formal warning. My mistake. Still, I got a warning.

  13. This happened again yesterday in Helgen Keep during the intro. In the keep, while running through a corridor, my character disappeared. I immediately stopped in place and opened the ENB menu while I was still invisible. I started turning off/on the ENB effects one by one. Suddenly, when I disabled/enabled complex particle lights my character reappeared. Particles are set to 10,000 in the ini. I quit the game and reloaded the save. Sure enough, in the same section of Helgen Keep my character vanished again. I opened the ENB menu and this time my character reappeared when I toggled on/off sun rays. <---It doesn't appear to matter which ENB effects I enable/disable. What does seem to matter is that I 'fiddle' with a few settings by toggling off/on then it starts working again. I also notice that this only happened in Helgen Keep, Embershard Mine, and Bleak Falls Barrow... all are dungeons/caves.

  15. Hi anjen. Yes, I'm aware of the necklace. But, my goal is to increase the default duration which you can hold your breath because I feel the vanilla duration is too short. I did look off and on for months hoping a mod would pop up on SE. I should have looked again because someone uploaded a breath holding mod less than two weeks ago. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/40095 ^^ I found this mod last night. I can hold my breath for two minutes now :smile:

  19. I was running through Bleak Falls Barrow. As I continued down a hallway and rounded a corner I suddenly became invisible. I could still hear my footsteps, I could draw my weapons, I could attack Drauger... basically everything worked normal but you couldn't see my character, nor the armor, no weapons, no spell effects in my hands from the flame spell. In fact, you could only see the fire after it left my hands and hit it's target. I continued further down the hall and suddenly I wan't invisible anymore. I backtracked to where I first disappeared. Soon as I returned to that area of the hall I turned invisible again. ^^ This isn't the first time this has happened. I've ran through Bleak Falls Barrow 40 or 50 times and if I turn invisible it always happens near that same spot. The entire area I vanish in is about 10-15 paces long. Soon as I step out of that area I can see my character, armor, weapons, and spells. Also, sometimes when I turn invisible, I can make myself reappear by turning the camera at a certain angle. But, soon as the camera leaves that angle my character can't be seen again. Lastly, this happened in Embershard mine before too. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance :smile:
  20. Dang, that's way beyond my knowledge and capabilities... I know Real Estate not Skyrim Modding lol. Nonetheless, I think this would be a unique and immersive mod if anyone has the skill to apply the blood to necromancers, mages, etc. Thanks for the reply VulcanTourist.
  21. After a lot of testing I found the mod causing it. Velexia's Animals are not Monsters. Great mod, but for whatever reason it's causing the frostbite spider to spawn way too early.
  22. Just started a new playthrough and I'm nearing the end of the Helgen Keep cave. Hadvar and I reach the cave bear... but there is also a Frostbite Spider there. It's not one of the spiders from the room just before the cave bear. This is the type of Frostbite Spider that usually spawns later after the bandits occupy Helgen Keep. I haven't been able to identify a a mod conflict. Any ideas?
