Since my parts are a lot more complicated than yours a doctor who is reasonably able to deal with your problems is not reasonably able to deal with mine without a more specialized level of expertise, based on gender alone.

I would suggest PM is not the way to go. It would be much better just to add them here, don't you think? Easier and more accessible to others who want to help with the compilation task. I can think of many I have not mentioned, simply because I don't have time, and can't think of the name off the top of my head, but for example NPR's little cowgirl outfit with Shorts/Chaps has small busted halter top; NPR has a school girl type uniform with two tops, the t-shirt in that one is no more than a B cup. In fact I'd like to see the striped top and the t-shirts both sized to match each other. NPR is very generous with her meshes, so anything she has done can be sized.
A better idea, I think, would be to start a thread in the general Oblivion Mod Talk forum and compile it publicly with input from the general population, Keep a list of mods that contain meshes with small cup sizes already, and make a concurrent list of meshes that are on your "wish list". You can link that thread either to the first post here, or to a thread you create in the mod request forum, or link to both.

In fact, theRoadstroker is always a safe bet for modest proportions so all his files should be examined periodically.

Everything by Justice123 should be suitable, they are all fitted to the standard size torso, there seems to be some confusion on that point.
Everything in the TGND project is likely to please as well.
So if you do this publicly like this, I will add the ones I know as I have time. The threads will obviously need a caretaker to update the initial post and correct for duplicates etc. Any housekeeping issues, like copying and pasting links with labels for example or pinning if it takes off etc, I can do for you as needed.

As to the question, I think, if you could keep the monied interests from corrupting those plucked from the people, it would very likely have a better outcome for the population. Juries generally do a very good job in the great majority of cases, which is why monied interests want to limit your access to them and contractually obligate you to arbitration instead.

What about an Anime tag, Vindekarr? CC's point is that there may be less trolling on the file threads if you could easily segregate by anime tag.. What are your thoughts regarding that specifically?

If you don't know what trolling is, let me assure you, your topic is a troll of itself, which pretty much makes you a troll, but thus far I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt because this is not allowed to be debated on a release thread so I'm willing to give you a little bit of forum time. I guarantee that most of the Staff would have shut this thread down long ago, and I have no problem if any of them come along and decide they can't stomach it. It always leads to the same flamefest.

As much as people hate the complaints, I suggest that the forums are the place for it rather than taking it out on the modders and their release threads.

Actually it's not a waste, it's just that I tend to notice armors and such.
What would be a great thing to do, that would be useful is to keep the list going and identify the ones that really need doing.
Especially, because you aren't the only one who has trouble finding them. It would be a great service. (I confess I get tired of people crying about it*, but that takes nothing from how useful it is, it only adds to the value of such a project.)
by "it" I mean not being able to find things I know are here. I'm tired, I don't mean to come off snippy as it seemed that might have.

I think you might have missed a lot. Did you try Eve? Did you look through all of NPR's things? Did you notice there's an armor by FLY on the front page that is exactly what you describe? There are many. Which ones were you considering doing, in case it's already been done, if it hasn't, I can be of some assistance, do you have blender?
I'm talking about resizing armors that have NOT been done. I know there are a bunch, but it just happens that all the ones I actually like the look of, are stupidly oversized. I do have Blender, and I have all my vanilla meshes resized thansk to a handy mod, but generally all the armors I want are just stupidly oversized. I don't really know much about using Blender, but over the weekend I plan to learn and memorize the controls. As I said, any guides as to what to do (including how to use references well) will be handy and welcome

Again, I would in all seriousness ask which ones you mean, as it's pointless to to do work that's already been done. (And it also makes a difference which body replacer you're using, though this complaint is normally leveled at HGEC primarily.)
