  1. Use mod organizer 2, NMM is no longer supported.
  2. Hmm its saying it can't open files from the dlc in your papyrus logs, did you disable the dlc .esm files per chance?
  3. Why do you want to keep obsidian weathers? You are looking for the lighting in that video you want cathedral weathers mate... Cathedral weathers is literaly by the same author, with focus on more fantasy lighting like in the video above, while obsidian weathers focuses on a vanilla style.
  4. By using this ENB: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/43998 (the one in the video)
  5. Can't you just overwrite an older save instead of making a new save everytime?
  6. Don't install/uninstall mods with .esp mid-save. It's a good rule of thumb to prevent issues like this.
  7. Hope he can shed some light! Remember even legitimate cards fail quite frequent, they're one of the more vulnerable parts of a pc!
  8. That is NOT at all what it says. Legal definitions are specific in how they're written. It says if I do distribute the file I must take reasonable measures to prevent the end user from having the files. That is COMPLETELY different then saying I'm just straight up not allowed to give people access to the files themselves in any way shape or form. Clearly the 21.3 clause you're misinterpreting opens up the idea that these assets can in fact be used in video games, it even mentions it which means they can be distributed if they are protected reasonably. I'm not trying to provide direct access or loose files. Surely packing into an archive .bsa constitutes encrypting/protecting the file? It's not like joe blow can just drag the files to his desktop and start using them. The file is not being provided in a format where people can just have it, as though I gave them access... for them to get them out of .bsas requires special tools that require effectively breaking into archives, which is obviously beyond my reasonable control and could be done to literally any type of encryption or archive. I'd l ike to see if somebody a little more knowledgeable on the subject could jump in. The important question here is, does packing into .bsa constitute reasonable enough measures? I would think so, as it is a proprietary format and not exactly intended for end users to be open or know how to open. Wow good job being rude and completely wrong at the same time. I am knowledgeable of the subject, the contract is very clear on the matter. Funny for how clear it was to you, I contacted CGtrader last night and they verified that I was okay to use the files how I intend to. They said putting into Bethesda' proprietary format was a good enough measure by their standards. Which I told you to do didn't I? I told you it was blurry and that you needed to contact them as the contract is not clear on the subject and could be interpreted in the way I mentioned. This was very clear to me. And it clearly was clear to you as well, or else you would not be here asking.
  9. I am not sure but this is the process of adding dialogue, skyrim has built in lipsync: 1) Make a new line of dialogue for you NPC in a quest. 2) Go into the dialogue window (don't record anything). 3) There will be a box with the file name for the audio in it. Select it and copy it so that you can paste it later on. 4) Go into your skyrim data, then make these folders if they don't already exist: Skyrim>Data>Sound>Voice>(Name of your esp, for example: myskrimmod.esp)>(Name of the voice type your npc has). 5) Record the lines of dialogue in a program like audacity and save them as a wav file. Paste the name of the file you copied earlier, and now save it in the folder that has the same name as the NPC's voice type. 6) Click OK to close the dialogue window and re-open it. 7) Now you can check the 'from WAV' box, and click generate lip file.

I am knowledgeable of the subject, the contract is very clear on the matter, you need to encrypt the file if you want to redistribute it as part of a game. As you can not do so with a skyrim mod you will have to somehow significantly alter the source material, like with a clear watermark that can't easily be removed, as Ishara mentioned, or significantly changing the appearance. Again, if you want to avoid legal issues your best bet is to inquire with the people you bought the license from.
  11. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/39113?tab=description https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/37061 If you want to make water effects more intense you can do so ingame by opening the ENB menu (shift+tab by default) and modifiying the water section.
  12. Starting to sound like your hardware is faulty, most likely the GPU, did you get it at a proper retailer or was it a downpriced or scalped one? As for screenshots: you can upload them to nexus in your personal images or to an external website and simply put the link to the image.
  13. I don't mind I've done that before for other recolors, just send me the file and I'll whip something up
  14. Random question, but the overlapping stuff rang a bell: are you playing off an external drive per chance?
  15. Export into obj then export into nif using outfit studio (program part of bodyslide mod)
  16. 21.3 clearly states you are not allowed to give users access to the files. So no you are not allowed to upload it to the nexus as that means you give access to the product to everyone. Unless you find some way to encrypt the file. Which afaik is not possible with skyrim mods.
  17. I do not, and that mod specifically says you don't need it if you're using "SSE Fixes," which I'm already using. I've already created a new shortcut directly to the skse_loader to see if that might solve the problem, but I've yet to test it. Beyond that, I'm not sure what else to try. My saves aren't marked as modded, so the only thing I can think of is that the game isn't communicating with Steam that the achievements have unlocked -- hence why I'm thinking it has something to do with launching through MO2 or that the plugin preloader (or other such SKSE plugin) is interrupting that communication. Yes, it says that. Three years ago. The game has gone through updates and SSE fixes could be broken now.
  18. You're going to look back at this post in a few years and cringe so hard you turn inside out.
  19. There is no magic wand here sorry. You'll have to put in effort. (btw the way of converting mods from LE to SE you described is not the proper way it requires way more effort than simply resaving it in the CK)
  20. The royalty free license is designed for using them in videos etc not redistributing them as downloads afaik. Sounds like a blurry line that is probably specifically defined in your contract. I suggest you read the contract rather than ask here as contracts can differ.
  21. Which 1060 do you have? The 3GB one? Random crashes like this sound like vram issues. What resolution are you running the game at? Did you try deleting your ini files? Did you run the game and select the proper graphics card with the regular launchers graphics options? Are your drivers up to date?
