  1. And what's even funnier is that you played the Valkyrie song! I can actually picture that and laugh just from that. Anyways, I haven't played this yet, so thanks for the spoilers guys :verymad:  I was reading something about the campaigns having a timer to complete them? Is that true? I'm a min/max person when it comes to RTS's and that would sort of spoil the fun for me if that option was out.
  2. Hey Beeyfyh, SW is coming along pretty good. I had to eliminate some features that I had been working on for sometime because they just weren't working right. I'd be finished really soon if it weren't for RL.
  3. I must be fairly lucky then. My experiences with MMOs and multiplayer games haven't really been all that bad. I've actually seen the opposite of what is mostly been said here. Most of the people I run into are very mature and I only run into the occasional childish person. Perhaps it's the games I choose to play online?
  4. I'm doing good I suppose. Been really busy lately. Nice new image btw. You too Beefyh.
  5. I haven't played SWG in literally years, since it was released as a matter of fact. I just recently came back because I loved the pet system. I think it had and still has one of the best pet systems out there for MMOs and RPGs in general. Not only does the interaction system make sense, the pets actually look like monsters rather than some goofy looking humanoid or sometime just another NPC look-a-like. Anyways, I'm just curious to see if anyone else still plays SWG. And please don't post if you just going to flame the game. That's not what this thread is about. However, I do invite you to make input if you know of another good "Pet system" game.
  6. Although not completely free of exploiters, you could just stick to multiplayer games that have their own protected separate servers, like most of your MMOs. Or at least the ones I play are near impossible to hack into/plant viruses onto other people.
  7. Here you go my good friend: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29590 Thanks to your good description and picture of the partial sword, I was able to recognize it :D
  8. What?! The heck you talkin' 'bout Willis? You'll need to find the author to ask that. This thread is about actually trying to find the file......
  9. It's under a different file name now. I'll try to find it for you here in a sec. Edit: Here we go. It's actually not even on the Nexus anymore http://www.invision.tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/files/file/514-duke-patricks-combat-archery-31a/
  10. Well there's Elsweyr the Deserts of Anequina, which seems to go off and on from public viewing. I also seem to remember seeing a similar mod to that, but I don't remember the name of it and I believe the two conflicted as well. Then there's several Hammerfell mods being worked on, the biggest and most exciting one that has yet to be completed. I believe there's a topic on the official Beth forums about it. The other Hammerfell mods seem to focus on player homes rather than extended lands and quests, however, they are also a part of the Cyrodiil worldspace, with the use of a borderline removal. The larger Hammerfell mod that is not yet finished is a separate worldspace that you access through a "gate" like area at the borderline. I think I remember reading about a Black Marsh addon, but don't remember much about it or if it was even completed. Same with Skyrim. There is a Morrowind add on called Morroblivion that combines both Morrowind and Oblivion, but for some reason it isn't allowed to be uploaded here. I'm not really sure why because you have to have the Morrowind content, which you have to buy, in order to use the mod. That's all I can think of atm. You might want to try the Mod Detective's at the top of this forum page.
  11. The Boots/Greaves are from a Set called "Dancing Shadow Rose" Link1 Link2 You can find it in the IC Arena District in a box below the statue on the right side. It also requires the Break Undies Framework Does that pose come from the framework too? Or is that from something else. PM me if you have to.
  12. Is that the glaive weapons? If so, look here: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=28723 I believe there are other variations on them as well through the files, but I would go to the original work source first ;)
  13. I just tried the link too and it's blocked for me as well.
  14. You're welcome. Well, that would be a bit weird since I'm a dude too...and married...to a non-dude...and not looking for anything extra-marital. :teehee: Have fun! LHammonds
  15. Mayu's Animation Overhaul. http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=19796 yeah, that's the one. Thanks documn. Couldn't remember the exact title to it. I don't use it myself personally, but I believe it does what is being looked for.
  16. Isn't there a mod that keeps animations to players only. I think it's called Mao Animations... or something like that.
  17. I'm actually thinking about getting the witcher myself since the price has come way down. It's a pretty long game though eh? That part has me heistant. These days I only get a couple hours at the most a night to play anymore and that's quite often split between other games I play and modding Oblivion. It's worth it Kai. Trust me, it's a game you'll be glad to have. it may be long, but you don't need to play it all in a rush. The enhanced edition is basicaly in book format. That is to say, broken up with a regular good save point. It's a very good game, I can totaly recomend it. Yeah, that's probably the edition I'd get. I love the idea of weapon switching and actually having a need for it because of strategy.

  19. LOL, I was thinking about buying that one too. I dunno guys, my experience has been pretty good with the Force Unleashed so far. About games staying on consoles, personally, I'm glad they at least port some of these games. I don't have most of the consoles that come out and my only real option is to get the computer version. I do agree though that PCs get the shaft a lot.
  20. Halororor, I think it was meant to be a platformer.... And I'm not sure what you mean about glowing orbs. Are you talking about the life you get back when you kill them? The green things that's barely visible and comes to you. Makes sense that a Sith gets life from killing. As far as the keyboard/mouse thing, yeah, that's the game's biggest flaw. The controls are horrendous, but that's why I stated that an Xbox controller for the PC is really a necessity. That's the reason I'm going to give to automatically take my score of the game down to 9 out of 10 in my review. I'll probably do another -1 point for the other technical problems. Vindekarr, so far, I've had no problems with saving files, other than you can't choose different files to save to. That is kind of annoying. I've found a way to get around that though and have different copies, but that really shouldn't be necessary. It should have been designed differently so that I wouldn't have to do that. For replayability, I'd think that's a matter of opinion. I'll probably replay a few levels again, but I can see where you coming from on that. The game might be good for one more playthrough. Still, for $10, it's been a great game.
  21. Okay, so I went ahead and bought this game because I found it really cheap over at Amazon. And I'll have to say, I think you guys were wrong. This game is quite awesome so far! In fact, I've found it to be mostly the opposite of what was said here. Now I do agree, that there could be more combos out there, but there is also a point where you can get too many combos either. This game seems to be on the slightly short end of them though. Most of them are basically just repeats or upgraded version of previous combos. Hopefully, FU2 will fix that. You definately need an Xbox controller though. The mouse controls when you force grip are really wonky. I have also had a few glitches with the cutscenes where the sounds breaks up. Seems to clear up though if you restart the game. I think after a couple hours the game seems to forget to clear out the memory or something (similar problem with Oblivion). Glitches aside, I think it's been great so far.
  22. I just read in the thread that Elys Uncapper may not work for companion NPCs such as CM. Is this stay a problem? Do they still not raise levels?
  23. In terms of multi-player games, cheating/hacking should be a bannable offense to the offending account. And if the cheating continues with future accounts, should be an IP address ban.
  24. Oh, that's too bad. I really love flamed weapons.
