Is the game all point and click? i like the consept of it, and downloaded it (for four hours) and made a player, yet i couldent understand it for anything.
pretty much. You can also use the menus to select objects and locations as well. Just stick with it, the game has a fairly steep learning curve, but its very fun.

LoL, only 1 on market for 190,000,000....not many people will fly them though. Zealots would be a better gauge. They go for 136,000,000 and sell about 2 a day on average
And that's one of the reasons I fly one. The other is just the sheer coolness factor of the ship's look. I just wish it had some higher damage bonuses. I mainly carebear in it though. When I start doing the pvp thing, I'll probably just stay in an assault frig.
I went ahead and bit the bullet and bought a new one at 180 mil. Jita markets finally fell somewhat.

Should probably get on to the test server to try out bombs but expecting WI to have a competent PVP bomber squad would be daft. WI is the new BRUCE. Calling it now.
Atleast the market in Gem is crap so I can make back the money I lose doing PVP.
How are the Absolution prices over there? They spiked up over in Amarr space and in the Jita region.

I've heard suicide ganking is on the rise with the bombs too. Kinda makes me scared to fly over to Jita. I also forsee a bomb-nerf soon.

I think its bad tidings. A lot of vets that don't want to be in a corp stay in the npc corps for the chat. A lot of newb help is going to go out the window since the "help" channels are always full of spammers.

I've got a 43m SP Caldari character in Wildly Inapproriate called Dark Sensei, and a 38m SP alt.
Impressive (said in Darth Vader voice). My character, an Amarr pilot named lLonewolf, has only 8m SP, but I only started a year ago and took a 8 or 9 month break during that year thanks to Oblivion. I've been aiming to fly the Absolution, which I was hoping Dominion would help reduce price and didn't, and am working on my gunnery skills. I'm currently not in a corp, but that's about to change thanks to the forced tax on npc corps. Anyways, I'll have to look you up and throw a shout out your way. :biggrin:

Your character looks pretty sharp.
I'll have to check out the problem on the Carsomyr. That missing sword is from my modified version of the sword where I have several "prop" swords attached to it as a sheath. You can see them on the photos that show the sword on my back. Very strange. I could have sworn I have removed all traces of it when I released the mod.... Which version where you using btw?

I am looking for Great looking armor and weapons. Looking for black and white armor. and a weapon that does high damage. I have some good ones. but just looking for more to rate and test out. Let me know if you know of one. Send me a message, or post a reply.
I am on mainly all day looking for armor downloading it and finding it, rating it, and seeing what need work on it.

This really needs to be in the Suggestions section. But regardless, Jojjo has some great armors that are dark oriented. He also has an excellent replica of the Frostmourne sword from WoW that does some high end damage. Don't know of a mod that adds white armor. And to throw my mod in there, check out my Carsomyr (v1 and v2) mods. I think they're awesome anyways. :biggrin:

The empire faction drones come from faction warefair agents, the other named drone BPC's come from drone plexs and the parts from commander drones, there basicly not worth the price, so as ppl have said you better off training scout drone op to 5 and using cheap and uusaly better t2 drones.
ahhh, that's exactly what i was looking for. Thanks for the info guys! Now I just need to find an amarr imperial factioner that wants to make some money.... :whistling:

AI Scripts? Like Final Fantasy 12? Hmm...
Are there any bow and arrow type weapons in this game? Never liked casting offensive spells, even on Baldur's Gate 2.
is that because half of them would blow away both your enemy and your party too? I always hated that as well.
The AI scripts are probably just like BG2's

I'm going to recommend Firefox simply because I like it so much and has proven itself over and over again but you really should not be having this problem with IE7.This is really strange. I couldn't even view the new post under my profile. I had to go through your profile to see the new post LHammonds. I'm running XP (sp3) and IE7 on my office computer; Vista 64bit with IE7 at home.Let's see if this is related to cached files. Click on Tools, Internet Options and under the General tab, click the "Delete" button under Browser History. And then delete the "Temporary Internet Files." Close IE, open it again and see if the problem is resolved (for now). Let me know the results. (this is one of those times where it would be handy to have a "remote desktop" option to fix the problem for you. ;) )

Not sure what your drone skills are like- but the first thing to do is to train to drones 5, combat drone operation and drone interfacing etc. to increase the damage done- and make sure you've got the racial drone skills- like gallente drone specialization. This will give you plenty damage, and let you use the T2 drones.
My drone skills are not fully trained- but I am very happy with the damage drones do- and have no desire to try higher meta drones- who would want to loose 5 drones worth 15 million each, and then loose them again the next day? T2 drones work brilliantly if you have the skills.
I have not looked at drones- so not sure - but the Loyalty Point (LP) store gives out some BPCs (do not rememeber seeing any for drones) and lets you upgrade certain items like ammo. For example if you have 5000 heavy missiles of one type in your hanger and enough LPs you can give some money and LPs and convert the missiles to factional missiles.
How many skill points do you have? When did you start playing eve?
sweet, i didn't know about the LP store upgrading. i've been playing off and on for over a year or two. I've got drone 5, and scout drones 2 or 3 and I think that's about it. I'm still in the fog about the LP thing, but have a semi idea about it. I knew you could buy things with LP but had no idea about the upgrading thing.

Ahh. I'm wanting to get stronger drones and was looking around for some on the market but couldn't ever find any save for tech2. when you say upgrading drones to navy via a bpc, do you mean upgrading the ones that already exist in my bay or just making complete new ones?

Where do you find the higher meta level drones that are beyond tech2? I see them listed in the info, but none are on the market and only a few are in contracts.

Opera and Chrome are known to have some serious caching issues with this site.

Okay, I've got another strange problem. The computer I use at work is not updating the file upload histories, but the computer I use at home is. The work computer seems to be stuck on Oct.28, 2009 and will not update to the current days. I don't think its a firewall issue because the entire site would be blocked if it was. Any other suggestions?
I think this might be related to my "lost posts" issue I posted about earlier.

From what i've seen in movies and pics, it looks like an updated Baldur's Gate series. I will probably get it, after price reductions, and will love, but I'm going to miss my favorite class: the Paladin.

I love all those games, and I think everyone one of them are great, but after some thinking about them I'll have to say that FF7 is probably going to take my vote for one reason. It made me look at the rpg and fantasy genre altogether in a different light. The many ideas that came from that game were completely different than previous rpgs and it changed my fantasy perception forever. It was so different that a few times I didn't understand what was going on until after the event took place. I think this is why a lot of people like the game so much and have made such a big deal about it. Not particularly the game play or even the story, which both were great regardless, but because of the change it brought to the genre. I remember before the game came out, they were advertising it on TV like it was an epic movie or something, and the game delivered!

Btw, I looked back and the few replies to that thread are in my post history. Not really sure why they were deleted. Nothing bad about them at all and actually answered the continued questions of the OP.

It might've been me. I was very angry with the reply post I was refering too, but nothing that would be against the forum rules... i think. Anyways, thanks for the reply. I was just wondering about it. I also noticed that in the Unnecessary Violence thread the last few postings on it weren't showing in the forum even though the # of posts was increasing. This also made me think there was a glitch going on. But, if you view the thread from the official TESNexus sight, the comments show up. Was a little weird.
Anyways, thanks mate for the explanation. :biggrin:
