And nevermind... It just started working again. That was odd.

This problem just popped up for me on Skyrim Nexus. Worked fine a couple days ago, but now I just just get a redirect to the purchase premium page.

I set my personal auto saver to PCB directly after the auto save. I found I have to purge directly after it autosaves and the script has to be in an .esm and not in an .esp. If I don't do both these things and use any sort of saving that isn't manually done I get random ctds going through load doors or fast traveling. Edit: So I'm basically purging every 3 minutes since that's how often it saves.

The following information is New Vegas related not FO3: I wasn't able to use any type of auto saving (vanilla, casm, etc.) until I inserted a PCB after each save then bam the crashes I had been experiencing while fast traveling and/or moving through load doors went away. I thought about tossing a menu into my personal auto-saver (it PCBs after each save obviously) and uploading it, but I just don't feel like messing with it, however I felt I should share this information in case it's of use to anyone else. Edit: I also found that the file that does the auto-saving has to be an .esm and not an .esp, or I still get a few ctds. Weird...

The usual problems with follower mods is a crash at launch like you described. Usually it's caused by not having an .esm that one of their .esps is mastered too. You can look at the follower mods in the CK and you'll see UNKNOWN listed as a master for the one that's the culprit. I'm guessing that if you don't have Apachii hair that it may be the master you're missing. Almost everyone uses it when they make a follower.

Are there any armor mods apropriete for cold weather??
mojodajojo replied to wsejack's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
I don't know how cold friendly it is, but there's: Lore Friendly Armor Pack at http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6684 -
I was 99% sure, but I just wanted to verify before posting naked pixels there. Edit: Just realized how badly I necro'd t his thread. Oops. I suck at forums.

So I'm premium and I went to the Members area and clicked on the "Add a new supporter's image" button. I then flagged "Is there adult-only content in this image" as yes. It still gives me this message: NO NUDITY ALLOWED Do not post any images of nudity including breasts, genitalia, buttocks or characters that are wearing so little that they might as well be naked (like 1 pixel wide thongs that cover nothing up). If you do not heed this warning it is very likely you will be banned. I routinely come across naked pixels in the supporters area. Is this message erroneous? Edit: This was on the Skyrm Nexus, by the way.

His face showing up as too dark? Highlight him in the creation kit and push control + F4. Then say yes when it asks if you want to export. Edit: By him I mean his editor ID in the list of actors.

CK created NPC Dark Face/Light Body?
mojodajojo replied to Dragonfire12's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Highlight their editor ID in the CK and hit control +F4. Edit: Also, if you release the mod to the public, include the folders with the facegendata you exported when you hit control + f4. They should be located at: Meshes/Actors/Character/FaceGenData/FaceGeom/ModNameHere.esp Textures/Actors/Character/FaceGenData/FaceTint/ModNameHere.esp This will save the end-user from having to do the control + F4 magic as well. Note: If the npc you changed is one that existed in the vanilla game (for instance Lydia) their info may instead be located at: Meshes/Actors/Character/FaceGenData/FaceGeom/Skyrim.esp Textures/Actors/Character/FaceGenData/FaceTint/Skyrim.esp -
Yeah, what I was trying to say to do was to not only delete (or at least move them somewhere else so you can troubleshoot with a fresh save folder) your old saves but delete the folder they were in as well. Also, try with no mods at all and if you get a crash free game you can add mods in one at a time. Process of elimination. If doing this doesn't fix your problems, it isn't much help trying to add the mods back in :), but it should be worth a try to see if it does help.

Are they allies with the enemies you want them to attack? Edit: Relationships irrelevant with thralls? I haven't really played with a conjurer type character yet. Edit: I'm curious as to the cause of this myself. Same kind of weird problems I always seem to stumble into.

1. Fort Amol (i made myself, turns fort amol into a personal fort 2. Provisions (another homemade, adds a custom armor and sword) 3. Vendors have more money (a download, vendors will have more gold on hand) 4. Blackwolf lodge ( a download that i changed the interior of the house) Version 1.6.89.0.6 thats it Anti aliasing is off Im going crazy over this, i love the game but cannot stand the crashes I would suggest removing all of your mods, doing a complete uninstall.reinstall of skyrim both through steam and manually (including removing all old savegames) then the verify cache thing on steam. Play the game and see if it crashes. If it still does, it is probably related to your hardware or graphics settings rather than the mods. If you can play on just vanilla then it's your mods. Pretty much what she said, but I would try without the mods before doing the uninstall/reinstall etc. Might get lucky. Edit: Also, whenever you start a new save game delete the actual save folder, as well as moving the old saves out.

Download links for the mods you downloaded? And have you have tried playing with no mods at all?
-
What's your loadlist? Which official patch are you using?

I have an older computer. I run a lot of mods. Skyrim NEVER crashes on me. I wish Oblivion had run this well for me when it was this age.

I added the glow to the player, and it didn't sit in their eyes. It sat as you guessed somewhere below probably cheek areaish. I'm sure there is a way to fix it, but I lost interest at the first bit of trouble :)

If you like shadows, I have no solution. I for one have never found them to be something I notice much in games until Skyrim. And the noticing them in Skyrim was just to go, "Wow, shadows suck in this game!" I use the following mod in conjunction with .ini changes http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/16464

How do i coc the player at the end of dialogue?
mojodajojo replied to bagelfromhell's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
thanks for the tip. Good news. That bug where MoveTo acted as a return in Oblivion does not happen in Skyrim. I guess it's a peculiarity of TES script and luckily doesn't affect Papyrus. I just wrote a couple different scripts for a mod that did multiple things after using MoveTo() on the player, and it worked fine. -
I uploaded a file just a few minutes ago. I then uploaded 4 images for it. I went to the manage images to set which one will be my primary image like I usually do when I upload more than one image. Only... The option isn't there for me like it usually is. So I deleted all four images and reuploaded them again. Same thing. Is there an interface change or is it depecrated or what? :)
