  1. Thanks for your reply viennacalling. Sorry, not sure how to explain it I guess, maybe I need more caffeine or sleep. ;) Yes, I see the *isSneaking*, but I'm looking for a way to activate the Companion perk function, based on the *Player is Sneaking*. Afaik *isSneaking* refers to whether the actual companion is sneaking, so if they are in a wait state or sandbox (if applicable in wait state) but they are still in group, then they will not be *isSneaking* to make the perk function active. Hope that's a bit clearer. :)
  2. Seems like every 1 or 2 minutes, god (god/dog from DM dlc) is constantly repeating some random dialog line. Anyway to shut him up? Thanks.
  3. I can make a perk and know how to add a perk to companions but can't seem to find the command needed. Once the player reaches 100 in Sneak, then a high level perk would be available to control their wait state or boost the companion skill some. Trying to make a perk that will effect companions, based on the player action, so far I only see "is Sneaking" as a parameter, not "player is sneaking". For example, if want them to stay back/wait and don't want them going into Sandbox wandering around, standing up. If I say wait and Player isSneaking, they stay crouched while waiting. playerIsSneaking Sneak or an alternate to bonus them, from the player's high skill/knowledge playerIsSneaking +10 Sneak I guess if there's no "player is sneaking" then I would have to make a script? If so I could really use some help there, can make a script but do it so rarely, not very good at it. Thanks for any tips or help. :)
  4. In addition to looking for a mod or console command for Body Decay, looking for something to display a Days Counter. I would like to get rid of the bodies piling up and since I use Timescale of 5 it would be nice to see the number of days displayed somewhere for quests with long delay Time Limits between stages like E-DE My Love. Thanks for any help. :)

  6. Thanks for the reply bben46, got it. Hopefully it can be resolved, without the person getting banned. On the troll scale this is pretty low but still obvious, at least imo.
  7. Thanks for the replies and tips, M48A5 and Jeridyn. Guess I didn't explain it very well. They are Downvoting as a troll, not posting. Or maybe I don't understand how to follow a Downvote back to the troll. I moused over both the + and - votes and the Downvotes themselves with no option to report. I guess I could report my own post, in my mod thread? Thanks.
  8. How, who or where do we report a troll, Down Voting Reputation on posts on a mod page? Afaik, there should be at least some plausible reason to Down Vote a post. Thanks.
  9. Is FNV different from F3 about the way Explore Music plays? In F3 we could just rename some mp3s to Explore_01 -20 (or something close), then have that music playing while we were traveling. It doesn't seem to work on FNV, as least I can't figure it out. I put an Explore folder in Data/Music (same structure) but none of the music is playing. Tried to look through the folders of the install of FNV and see a lot of Location based music but nothing really for wandering. Is there a way to make 10 or 20 random songs play while wandering outside of specific mood music locations like towns and dungeons? Thanks for any tips.

  11. Might need more caffeine but I seem to recall being able to force a skill setting on NPCs in past games from this engine. Morrowwind, Oblivion, Fallout 3 and Skyrim. First clicking on NPC so their Prid is displayed and here's the setting I'm trying. setav sneak 60 It gives me no change, am I doing or remembering incorrectly? Thanks for any tips.
  12. Thanks for the replies Gribbleshnibit8 and Zoot365. I had reinstalled all my HUDs and the setting appeared. Really don't think I could have missed it after looking so many times, it's hard to miss actually. I'm thinking one of the mods installed must have broken compatibility until reactivated.
  13. Could someone offer a suggestion, I can't get my Sneak Indicator to work. I can see and move it with Adjustable Hud, in MCM but it never shows up in my UI. Nor do I see any setting in MCM to hide or show it. The relevant mods I can think of are; DarN Beta 4 Mod Configuration Menu OneHud Unified Hud Also using atm using Project Nevada with no Rebalance or Implants but don't see any settings for Sneak in MCM. Thanks for any help or tips.
  14. Hope this is the right forum, but One for My Baby is broken. Seems the Beret didn't get added to my inventory. I tried adding a First Recon Beret, then walking out there with the slaver, put the hat on and he won't fire. It's about 12:30am, so the time is right and victim is right (though not sure it matters on the victim). As long as the First Recon Beret is correct it should work, according to past experience and all accounts from wiki to walkthroughs. Even looked at the quest stages in GECK, oddly it's one of the shortest list for so many possibilities with only 4 stages. Wiki shows the Quest Id as 151403, with stages 10, 20, 30, 40 and even if I set the quest to 0 it still doesn't give me the beret. Anyone know if there's a way to Drop/Delete a quest then try it again in FNV or is this a problem with the GB engine? Secondly is First Recon Beret correct or is it a special hat, not in the normal inventory? Thanks for any tips, links or help.

  16. Anyone know if there is a list of the Keyboard Key Codes used on FalloutPrefs.ini, like 0011FF13 for the W key or Forward? Tried Wiki and googling amap but not really sure of the correct name/terminology. A list of the numbers which represent each Key on the Keyboard would be extremely useful. Thanks
  17. I was interested in moving UHNV to the GoodSprings area, not sure how difficult it would be. I wasn't sure if the actual Underground Home was in it's own World Space instead of physically at that location, possibly just using the Trapdoor as a Portal. Seems the big open area to the right of the Saloon would be a perfect location, as none of the new Player Added Quests like GoodSprings Filler or Red Cross would conflict. Does anyone with enough GECK experience to do this have suggestion? Thanks for any tips, links or help. :)
  18. Reinstalling for another game, don't see Community Bugfix Compilation patch anymore. I still have 4/10/2011 1.03 version and Dead Money is it obsolete or is there a new Community patch? Thanks.
  19. Is it possible this is being caused by the last patch 1.3, I don't recall it happening before? I too, have tried removing all mods, loading a clean save and starting a new game. The only thing I haven't tried is a reinstall.

  21. Is there a mod or command to make dragons randomly spawn more often? I'm level 60 and was forced to start using Fast Travel, since I hadn't had a single one after the Resurrection. It's reportedly a way to make them spawn, it's gotten me 2 random spawns total in 20 levels of Fast Travel, sigh. :wallbash: Not only was I forced to Fast Travel, just to get 2 randoms, I was forced to try placeatme, but they are not hostile and don't give souls, at least the Ancient I spawned. Thanks for any help.
  22. There are 5 non hostile thieves name "Thief" in the market area standing next to the Scorched Hammer. They are standing almost on top of each other they are so close almost look lined up. I finished the Thief Guild questline, thought maybe they were should to be down in the Ragged Flagon. Anyone else seen this problem, I was thinking about using Disable on them? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the site! :thumbsup: I was trying to keep up my Endorsement voting after I tested the mods but apparently since December started, I lost access to Download list for voting, due to not being Premium member. For the most part I've tried over a 100 mods but only been able to vote on about 50. The problem is when we start experiencing trouble especially isolating Crashing issues, it can take days and sometimes weeks. The last two have been extremely tough for me isolating crashing with that many mods or maybe I just suck as a troubleshooter. ;) I might be missing a switch or something but if you are going to use the main (only ?) method for keeping track of what we download as a list to vote with could you please at LEAST give us a warning popup we are about to lose access? Also I could swear I was getting those popups in Fallout NV and possibly F3. Had I known this was about to happen I would have tried to set aside an hour or so to go through my list to vote on what I could. Or maybe we just need a separate list with no Address Link attached that only allows voting? I can only guess it's the quick access (i.e. links) to our downloads that is important part of supporting your site. It would be very helpful in trying to get people to vote more if we had a Voting list (no links) with a feature like Deleting a File from the Voting List (or at least until the mod is fixed or patch and we download to try again), if you never intend to Endorse, nor intend to vote Not Recommended.
